This is an amazing apartment to live in! The staff always communicate well with the residents and are very quick about fixing and addressing any problems in the apartment. The amenities are great - especially after all of the remodeling. I love the gift wrapping station. It’s a nice touch and always has great stuff. The complex is quiet and in a great location.

We lived here for almost two years and loved it! Location is great! Safety is top priority! I never felt unsafe! The entire staff is so nice from the leasing center to the maintenance team! Brianna toured us and from day one we were always greeted by her with a smile!! They have raffles and fun activities going on every month! We were so sad to leave especially because they have so many nice upgrades happening and will make living there even better!

Location, Location, Location!!!🤩 Friendly and very responsive Office staff! Love how quiet and well maintained things are here! Though I do feel housekeeping Staff could benefit from the addition of a couple more team members at times.The view of Downtown and the city landscape from the 5th floor catwalk is beautiful! Overall the value for the rent is SOLID compared to similar properties in the desirable Heights. The walkability quotient to everything related to entertainment, shopping, and dining is off the charts! Hopefully the rent doesnt increase too dramatically this fall when our lease comes up for our 1st renewal...

This is the best building I have lived in. They communicate with their residents in great detail. Maintenance is very quick and professional. The office staff are always there and helpful if you need anything. I highly recommend this apartment building.

This is the most welcoming apartment community I have ever lived in. Everyone, from the office staff to the residents, is incredibly friendly and respectful. We felt right at home the minute we moved in. The leasing office does a great job communicating with the residents and maintenance is quick to respond to requests. 2125 Yale has made apartment living bearable, so happy we signed here!!

I love these apartments. My aunt been living here for years. The girls in the office take good care of her. Cierra has been there for years and she is always so sweet and even remember my dog name. Now with the remodel, it’s nice to have my aunt with fresh new features in a community that she feels comfortable in.

I have a long time friend that has been living here for years and she loves her space. She was there in the middle of the company renovation and it was an overall great experience for her. I asked a leasing consultant named Cierra about moving in as well but at the time it was over my budget. She is always friendly. Overall the complex is well kept and the management team seems to be very involved and concerned. It’s a smaller complex, which I love because you get more attention to detail and staff is more attentive to the property and residents.

My experience living at Yale has been good. Cierra and Brianna are the two leasing agents who have really helped me throughout my time here. They are extremely kind. Also if there are any issues in the building, maintanence usually takes less than 24-48 hours to resolve the issue. No apartment is perfect of course, but this comes close.

I have done a lot of events with this property as from food catering to gift wrapping event. The team is really nice Stephanie, Brianna, and Cierra are great resources when planning Events. The resident are nice and Simpson pays really fast which is nice for a small family business.

Big thank you to Kathie (the office manager). She is SUPER helpful and really went above and beyond for us. The rest of the staff was great too! I have lived in several apartment complexes and this one is really one of the best. We only lived here a short time but the location is great and the units are nice. Everything feels clean and relatively new. It’s a really nice community- a lot of younger people who are respectful. We both work from home and never had issues with noise at all. Also, the apartments and the parking garage are extremely safe and secure.

I moved here in July, 2022. I was new to Houston at that time and had no relatives. After reading all the reviews for apartments in the heights area, I decided with 2125 Yale because of all the positive reviews and the smooth communication with the management team. It turned out to be a great decision. The apartments are freshly remodeled and spacious due to better design. The management team is wonderful, with quick response and frequent notice on what is going on. Lots of opportunities to meet new people in the community during monthly events. Additionally, free Starbucks coffee, gift wraps, and printing.

Stopped in to tour the property and get information on availabilities as I am in the market to move. The staff was very kind and helpful. The grounds were a treat to walk and very well kept. I was able to tour a unit and it had amazing views of the city. On my list of top three as I continue my search for my next home.

I love living here and I’m so sad we’ll be moving soon! The staff and community are super friendly, maintenance is quick and helpful, the grounds are very well kept up with and exceptionally clean, no pest problems, it feels safe and I have a peace of mind with the key fob/code requirement for every door, cameras in stairwells, and overnight security, never had any issues other than minor noise disturbances but of course that’s just a part of apartment living. There are always fun activities going on and I appreciate everything about this complex! The only two things I wish were different is the price to be a little less and to have a dog park or potty areas within the complex instead of having to go out on the street. Even so, this is the best place I’ve lived at in my twelve years of apartment living. I’ll miss you 2125 yale!!

2125 is a wonderful apartment! I was only there for 6 months due to an out-of-state move, however, I would have stayed longer if I could have. The location is prime!!! The leasing/management is super helpful and nice. All other tenants were super nice as well. There was a ton of privacy and its very very quiet.

I am here just to update and confirm my opinion. After a year and a half of being part of the 2125 yale community. I am loving it more and more.Maintenance is on point thanks to Enrique and every single one of the crew.Best management team ever Brianna, Cierra and Stephanie are beyond amazing. Lots of activities in the clubroom to engage the community. All I can say they always make it feel home.Thank you so much for your hard work to make the community lovely and warm.2125 Yale is a great community to live in. It is very secure and clean. Maintenance is on point. Management team is my favorite. I like the amenities specially club room and the gym. The management team; Stephanie, Cierra and Brianna are my favorite people. They are keen about the place. They know residents by name even their pets’ names. They respond to emails and phone ne calls immediately. They take it seriously when it came kes to maintenance. maintenance They treat the place as their home and residents as family. Neighbors are awesome with right amount of friendly! I have peace of mind when it comes to safety. love it here.

I LOVE this place!! I have been a resident at 2125 Yale for almost 1 year now and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place! Everyone on staff is amazing! The Maintenance associates on site are wonderful! They respond so quickly and take care of maintenance requests faster than any other complex I have ever lived at. The Office Manager is equally as amazing and she takes such great care of all of us here at 2125 Yale. I love living here and may stay here forever! This truly is home sweet home! Now I understand why 2125 Yale has been recognized three consecutive years for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HIGHLY recommend 2125 Yale to anyone looking for a community in the city that is affordable, well maintained and has a staff that consistently provides great customer service to their residents! It does not get better than this!

I lived here for two years and the experience was excellent. The location is amazing and the property is well maintained. You are walking distance to quite a few restaurants and there is grocery store across the street (not a very good one but comes in handy). There is a new HEB close by.Other residents tended to be young professionals or small families.The pool is really fun during summer; lively but not over the top. The balcony units which face the pool are really fun during summer. Depending on which side you are on you get shade and a nice breeze.Ciara, Kathie, and Crystal (management/staff) are extremely helpful. It was the best management team at any property I have resided. I have had many interactions/phone conversations with these three over the past two years and they always sound genuinely excited and happy to help. They treat you well after you sign the lease.Also, I was sort of amazed at how often they had projects in the works to improve the property.Last but not least, the maintenance guys are pretty amazing. They respond really quickly and fix any issues.

2125 Yale has been my home for 8 months. I was somewhat hesitant to live in an apartment but, this has been a great experience!The building and grounds are well kept. Yes, there have been a few problems but the staff does a great job of taking care of them. Anything that needs to be addressed in my apartment is fixed the same or following day.My apartment is a one bedroom and I am amazed at how much storage there is. I really enjoy my balcony and storage closet. I have found room for everything and even have some empty cabinets.During Covid 19 the staff has been so thoughtful. They have sponsored on line workouts, art classes, and even delivered dinner and cookies at different times.Ciera and Kathy are outstanding! Always willing to answer questions and any concerns. Plus, they always have a smile and remember the residents names!

I have lived here for a year and the office staff has always been amazing. Kathie, Cierra, Bri and the maintenance team are all great and responsive. You never have to wait a long time to hear back from them. When I pace a maintenance request, a team member typically comes the same day.The community has nothing but respectful tenants and I have not experienced any negative encounters. The location is also great tons of options close by in walking distance to enjoy.We have decided not to renew for minor reasons. I have a dog and although the complex has been safe, I prefer to have a dog walk inside of the complex versus walking around the exterior.I would highly recommend moving in here - the prices are great and competitive. You get a lot more sqft compared to the newer units around the area.

I moved in September of 2020 after a horrible apartment experience.Kathy and her team take care of their residents.They are always very friendly and keep us up to date on what is going on with renovations, repairs, scheduled maintenance, free meals etc.I don’t know about anyone else but I appreciate every email that lets me know what is going on while I’m away at work or visiting family out of town.I was recently in and out of the hospital for weeks at a time (during the winter storms).I emailed Kathy and Cierra.They made sure everything in my apartment was taken care of “maintenance wise” while I was unable to travel back and fourth to turn things on/ off.The property is well maintained, nice gym, clean hallways, well maintained pool, safety is always a top priority, only residents have access in and out of the building, and there is a parcel locker area so I know my packages are only accessed by me.My apartment is very spacious with concrete flooring.I feel safe having my toddler niece and nephew visit me, they think it’s a hotel and their on vacation lol.Enrique and his maintenance team are the best!I don’t have to wait 3+days for something to be repaired or changed out.The community is within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.Thank you ladies and gentlemen for all you do!

The area is in one of the best locations within the heart of the heights and the property management team here are all absolutely fantastic and the community itself is chill and friendly. Definitely recommend taking a tour!

If someone were looking for an apartment in the Houston Heights area, I cant imagine a better location than 2125 Yale! Ideal location 2 blocks from 19th St, and a short drive to half a dozen supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants that cover all the bases of taste and cuisine. Its a complex, but not too large where you become just a room number.Management is personable and friendly, the grounds are kept nicely landscaped and maintained, with shrubs and flowers that get changed out with the season. Carpeted hallways, door-side recycle pick-up, pool, small gym and communal, large club room with complimentary Starbucks! Maintenance staff is professional and prompt, and pretty much accessible 24/7.Oh yeah - SUPER dog friendly!

I’m an apartment locator and chose to live here myself. I thought it was much newer upon touring than built in 2008, which shows me that they take care of the place. The staff is incredibly helpful and very responsive. The Maintenance guys are friendly and took care of a minor issue for me in a jiffy. I’ve see A LOT of apartments and this place has some of the best value for its units, location, and amenities. Have loved my experience so far and don’t have enough good things to say.

My husband and I have lived at 2125 for about three years now, and have been extremely pleased. In the past, there have been areas that needed improvement and weve had some major setbacks, but Kathie (the manager) has made tremendous strides and made 2125 the best apartment weve lived at so far.There are many convenient amenities, and the management has been communicative about ongoing improvements. Like any apartment, there are some neighbors who dont pick up after their animals or arent as clean as they should be, but management makes it a point to address these concerns. The apartment overall is very quiet and is located in a great spot in the Heights; many restaurants and 19th street are very close and walkable.Total disclosure, the first year (2016) we lived at 2125 there was a major crime issue and my husbands vehicle was stolen out of the gated garage (the security videos werent on that night). This was one of many car break-in issues, but with the new management the property is much, much safer, and there havent been any thefts in the last couple of years. There have been clear steps to increase security, and it has paid off.We are moving out of state, but if we werent, we would definitely renew at 2125. This community has a very communicative, responsive management team, and works hard to improve your experience.

I lived here for around 9 months before relocating to another city. I highly recommend 2125 Yale to anyone looking for an apartment in the Heights. The management is quick to respond and you cant beat this location (very walk friendly). Parks, Tennis court, Kroger and restaurants/shops on 19th street are all walking distance and you are very close to the 610/I-45 highways, if you need to go somewhere. They have a Texas Childrens pediatrics, dentist offices and eye doctors across the street and just opened a Bank of America branch next door. Ask for the corner units that have wood floors throughout the apt and floor to ceiling glass in the dining area for some great views.

This beautiful community is a true impression of Houston Heights. Some of the units have original restored elements from when the property was party of Heights history. The complex is small which is ideal, I get a real sense of community from neighbors and management. Very walk-able neighborhood and Bernies Burger Bus just opened literally across the street and Krisp in the Heights is opening too. Excited about living here!
