Its been 2 months since we moved in and we feel more at home here than anywhere weve lived before. The staff are so welcoming and prompt to answer questions. The community is well kept and beyond gorgeous. Great amenities, large garages, beautiful design, and amazing outdoor grilling area, large gym and pool. Couldnt be happier! -

I had an amazing experience working with Myra at 1846 Apartments! From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge of the property and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. If you’re looking for a leasing agent who genuinely cares about her residents, Myra is the best! Highly recommend her and 1846 Apartments! -

Michelle, Kiera and especially Mayra were very help at the leasing office. Long story short I was a in a hurry to make a decision on an apartment and they were very helpful and accommodating to help me out. Look forward to working with them. Also, Tony I think his name was; he was the property manager. He was really helpful and said he could make necessary paint touch ups quickly. Really cool, really friendly guy. -

Just got our keys & we are BEYOND excited!!!🥹🤍🔑 Kiara & everyone in the office was SO incredibly helpful & sweet to us — we feel so welcomed & at home. These apartments are absolutely beautiful & amenities as well! Best in Fredericksburg, HIGHLY recommend! -

Michelle and the crew at 1846 apartments are outstanding, from the time i stopped to inquire about an apartment till i got my keys they have been very helpful but it didnt stop there, anytime i have a question or concern they have responded in a timely manner. The gym and the clubhouse are always clean and organized. The pool is big with plenty of seating next to the bbq pits and big screen. Call michelle today to get you into a highend apartment -

A beautiful complex, great facilities, and superb staffing. I recently signed a lease here and was treated as royalty. The staff, including Jessica, Kristin, and the property manager Michelle, were all fantastic. They were always very cordial and treated me with the utmost respect. You dont see that kind of treatment very often these days at all. As far as the amenities of the property, they are second to none. The clubhouse is beautiful and the fitness center is top class. Theres definitely not a need for a gym membership with this fitness center. If youre in the market for an apartment, this place should be at the top of your list. -

My family and I went for a tour and just walking into the office you notice how beautiful it is . This place is very luxurious . We were instantly greeted by 2 wonderful ladies but Michelle just made us feelSo comfortable ! Was very knowledgeable and right away got us some quotes . She took us on the tour and wow the apartments are beautiful. Michelle answered all our question and also gave us great advice . -

We came in for a 12 pm tour booked online. Even though, for the holiday, the office was supposed to close at noon today, Michelle happily took us on our tour! I was surprised and very happy to hear that the employees at the 1846 live here as well, so my tour was full of personal experience regarding the living! This complex is beautiful, has great amenities, and is definitely worth checking out. -

We have had such an amazing and positive experience finding our new home here at 1846! All the staff and personnel are so helpful and kind, each and every one of them have made this experience as delightful as possible! Jessica especially has been the biggest contributor to our experience through out the whole process she was very informative and quick with all the information we need! So so excited to be apart of this apartment. -
