This is my first apartment in the U.S., and I highly recommend it. The property manager is very responsive and takes care of any issues almost immediately. They also organize monthly events for residents, which creates a great sense of community. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living here.

I absolutely love living here, for the most part it’s pretty quiet and everyone minds their business. My favorite part about living here is the amenities. I absolutely love the eclectic club house that creates such a good space for studying. I also frequent the gym which is always clean and I have a dog, the pet spa is so convenient and is always spotless. Management stays on top of everything and as a plus there’s always snacks in the club house :)

1720 at Harvey provides OUTSTANDING lighting throughout the property. The grounds and breezeways are well maintained & the landscaping is beautiful. Overall the community is respectful and quiet. If youre looking for amenities--they have plenty at the main building for leisure time: pool, exercise, games. As for management, Ive had limited need to consult with management, but when I have my questions have been answered promptly and professionally.Anyone looking for an apartment, I recommend checking out 1720 at Harvey. An added plus---I love the location. Being new to College Station--I feel I am out of the heavy traffic and yet mins away from primary businesses.

I am living in 1st floor, moved in 06/29/2024, today is 07/03/2024, these pictures are what I’ve been seeing. Last pic is even right after they did “pest control.”- update - 07/05/2024They swap the front door for me, i am not sure for the patio one, seems they didn’t take care of. But I put this powder and I am not using patio anyway. So far front door is solid and nice. Hopefully no more crickets, if they come from patio door I’ll put another work order. They came same day so I am not worry about anymore.Remember, if too many bugs in your home, definitely there are holes somewhere. Pest control is NOT working.1⭐️-> 5⭐️

Living here has truly been such a wonderful experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, and their kindness really makes a difference in my daily life. The community feels like a family, and its so comforting to know that Im surrounded by such caring and respectful neighbors. The apartment itself is a peaceful haven, and I truly appreciate how well-maintained everything is. This place has become more than just a home it’s a place where I feel valued and comfortable, and I’m so grateful to be a part of this amazing community. Every day, I’m reminded that a great community isn’t just about the building you live in, but the people who make it a home.
