Moving into 1451 has been a definite upgrade from my last place. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, the office staff is great, and they even host fun events. Highly recommend—10/10!

By far the #1 best student housing apartments in Denton. The utilities are included with a $30 cap on electricity (I NEVER had to pay extra), the maintenance people are quick and reliable (at all times, I locked myself out at 3am and they responded instantly), the office is full of friendly staff, the pool is always kept clean and maintained, I never experienced issues with the internet service, the in-unit washer and dryer was really convenient, and the apartment is modern and spacious. It is also conveniently located on the shuttle route for UNT. My room had a built in desk, a walk in closet, a private bathroom, and it was furnished…what more can you ask for? It was painful for me to move out after I graduated from UNT because I loved living here so much. The price of rent here is definitely lower than most competitors. You cannot go wrong leasing from here, it was a fantastic college experience for me and I’m glad I found a place like this for a really great price.

From my experience, the staff I’ve interacted with is friendly and the unit is pretty nice and spacious, this is a good place to stay. I do wish I got notice of my maintenance request, it stated they would review it and “get back to me” but I got no email or notice(I’m not sure how that works), and the maintenance did not properly dispose of a mold spot, I found it sat on top of my trash in my room, so that wasn’t the greatest to come back to.

I have lived at 1451 for a year and half now and I highly recommend their apartments!! I have lived in a 4x4 and 2x2 and they have both been great!! I do not recommend transferring from one apartment to another since you have to move out for a week and find somewhere else to stay (this is common but still) and the room was not as clean, repainted, or worked on as much as moving in during their normal move in time. However, the room are still very good, they come furnished which is awesome, and the maintenance people come quickly when a request is put in. The front office is very helpful and accommodating!! I have an ESA animal so I don’t pay for the pet fee but it is a reasonable price if you do not have an ESA. The amenities are good but the pool was closed for a couple months when it was supposed to be open in March, however this was due to them redoing the pool. I have had a very pleasant experience living here and I am glad that I did my research before hand since I know a lot of people who are unhappy with their apartments (do NOT live at UC denton!!!!) There are no hidden fees, no parking fees, and utilities are included. My only recommendations would be to buy your own shower head and a mattress topper since it’s a hard bed!!

Best student living in Denton. Ive lived here for 2 years, and have never heard of a better staff or unit. The front office is amazing and very accommodating. Ive never had any issues with maintenance, usually, requests are fixed within a business day. Overall great place!

Great place to live! Water, electric and wifi are all included in the monthly rent pricing, with an electric cap of $30. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix issues. Super lucky that I found this complex back in September :)

I have been living here since August 2020 and I have enjoyed every moment here. I hate to leave 1451 since it has become a place for me to call home. Everyone has been amazing from the office staff to the maintenance team and courtesy officer. I forget that this place is not gated because of how secured it is, I have never had any safety concerns. Shout out to Justin and the ladies and gents in the office. You guys definitely deserve a raise for exceeding expectations every time. This is the place for you to call home and you can be rest assured that you are in safe hands.

I moved here about a month and a half ago and I can say this is the best experience I’ve had. It’s very peaceful and my roommates are very respectful and loving. I enjoy getting to use the private study room and the printer helps a lot when I forget to print something at school. I haven’t had any issues and the coffee bar/gym is a plus, haha. Thanks to the apartment community for having many resources available to their residents!

One of the better apartments within Denton, as many other reviewers have stated. I lived here until July 2022, after I graduated from UNT. All-around, I was very satisfied with the amenities, location, and speed of maintenance requests.Im only giving a 4-star instead of a 5-star review due to a move-out issue. They charged me after moving-out, but they apparently sent the letter to my guarantor - no other forms of communications were used (phone, email, etc) to follow-up. I myself was never notified of the charges until a few months later, when it was sent to collections... Ive never been sent to collections before. Left a bad taste in my mouth after having a good overall experience with my time in Denton.The charges were eventually paid, but I wish they were communicated to me as well, through multiple forms of communication. Would have saved some headache for sure.

I love living here, definitely the best apartment complex near campus! I was skeptical at first because the rent is higher than other places that also looked good, but 14 Fifty One blew every other complex out of the water. The units themselves are very nice on the inside and are fully furnished which is a major plus. The furniture is also nice and modern. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is just great. The people at the office are great too. They answer questions and complaints very quickly. The maintenance is also really great and super fast at fixing problems. This place is really worth the extra money.

If you’re going to spend your money to live somewhere this complex is one of the only student living complexes in denton worth splurging the money. Maintenance is fast, the leasing staff and management are great, my home was in amazing condition when I moved in, I had no issues getting accustomed to the 1451 community and my neighbors were great as well. I Would definitely stay longer if I could Great job 1451!

1451 made my student living experience awesome!!! The staff is nothing short of amazing, they are the sweetest most welcoming people you will ever meet. They are always hosting fun events that gives opportunity to meet new people as well as interact with your roommates while sometimes getting a free meal! The maintenance men are always there to assist with problems, if any! I have lived at many apartments before I finally found a home at 1451! They have many different floor plans that will fit your budget! All so spacious & luxurious!

I lived here for almost a year now and I would have to say it’s pretty nice area to live in! Management is very helpful and everyone is friendly. I had a few problems with my apartment and I submitted a request online for them to fix it and in a few days they came in and fixed it in a matter of minutes! The apartment complex is also near the unt bus route and it takes a minute to walk there to get picked up to go to campus. Internet speed is decent. Great area for pets! I definitely reccomend living here although the price of the place increases every year by a few dollars. They giveaway free food sometimes and have events. The place is also very clean and tidy.

I love living at 1451! The staff is so nice and welcoming every time I walk in the office. The cyber lounge and gym are really nice. I love how I can always find parking right in front of my building. They are always doing free lunches. The grounds are kept very nice and neat, I always see men cleaning up trash in the parking lot throughout the day. And the apartments are so nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend living at 1451!

My daughter lives here and I feel so comfortable with her first off-campus apartment. We visited several complexes and by far, this is the best. The staff is professional, attentive and courteous. The facilities are clean and well maintained.Most importantly, I feel like she will be safe.

I’ve had 2 full lease terms with 1451 and honestly, this is the best student living here in Denton! The staff and management is amazing and always helpful, the maintenance along with the management gets things done without any delays! There are always events, giveaways, and things like that to let you know that the community appreciates you. The rooms and spaces are also pretty great and the best in Denton, I would say. If you’re looking to start your student living experience, honestly don’t think about anything else except 1451!

I called in for information on their available floor plans. After learning of my options I decided to come in to see if this was the place for me. The staff was very friendly; and the lady who assisted me was so helpful and committed to making sure my needs were met. The apartment homes and modern, with up-to-date appliances, and are very spacious! They also have a lot of cool amenities! I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area and couldnt see myself staying anywhere else!

Five stars does not even begin to describe this apartment complex. I absolutely loved my time at 1451, the mangement and staff are amazing and kind, the maintenance team was astounding and had any issue fixed within two days max, and the cottages are clean and cozy. I lived here for two years and the only reason I left was because I wanted to live in a one bedroom which sadly they do not have. Make your life a little easier and move here.

Maintenance is fast, the leasing staff and management is great, my home was in pristine condition when I moved in, and I had absolutely NO issue with pests or loud neighbors. This is my first year living at 1451 and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience here. All of the staff are super friendly and they give great customer service to their residents. The apartments themselves have a modern, feels-like-home vibe to it. Its more of a home to me than an apartment. Also, Ive yet to have a bad experience with my neighbors. They have been nothing but friendly.

The best pet-friendly apartment complex around, I really love living here. On top of all that maintenance always takes care of any problems I have (although they are few).

Ive been the courtesy officer at 14 Fifty-One since August of 2013. The staff has been exceptional and the students have been exemplary. Ive lived at other student housing properties and 14 Fifty-One is above and beyond the rest. What makes this property different than the rest is easily the staff. They are always helpful and available to address problems and issues that may arise. The property is well kept, clean and is one of the newer student housing properties in Denton.

The gym, game room, and pool make the off campus living environment worthwhile. Each staff member knows the residents, which makes the overall experience wonderful.

I moved in about 4 months ago and so far I really do like this apartment complex. This is my first experience living away from my family, 300 miles away, and 14fiftyone really puts effort in to make sure that it is a smooth transition. The staff knows my name, (I was very suprised!) doesnt mind my constant questions, and is always very pleasant. Weve had to put in two work orders already and maintenance fixed the issue in less than 24 hours which is amazing! The complex is clean and professional looking, my unit is filled with natural light when you open the windows, and I really appreciate the amount of space I have in my room. My main complaints are that I have are roommate related which is not 14fiftyones fault. It IS a little noisy here, but thats a given when you live so close to the train station and fire station. Im rarely woken up by dogs or partiers even though I live right next to the dog park. They let my hedgehog live here with me unlike the other complexes I spoke to. You do need to be very mindful of the rules of the complex if you want to avoid fines but thats necessary to keep the place nice. My one big complaint is just that the bathroom flooring is cheap and I accidentally messed it up with a very normal cleaner. I guess thats my fault but I was a little peeved that something that cheap was used in a bathroom.I signed a lease for next year and Im content to pay what I do ($650) because of the amenities and of how safe I feel here. Its worth the extra money and lets be honest. I love my giant closet and the drawers that were provided.

I spent one semester at 1451 and overall its been a great experience. I chose this place because it reminded me of home and that its really nice. Here are my pros and cons.Pros:- Everything is included. So your water, electric, and internet are included in your bill.- The apartment is furnished. You dont have to worry about a bed, dresser, couch or a desk.- Easy way to pay your bills online.- Maintenance is quick with answering work orders.- The team is very friendly and will help you with anything- Getting packages is very easy and they do a great job notifying you and keeping your packages safe.- Safety (alarm system, bolt locks for each room)- Pet friendlyCons:- Somehow my apartment had A/C problems during the first semester. It would go out every week.- Just a little expensive- Internet keeps on going out and its really annoying when all you are doing is homework. Recommend getting an ethernet cable to use the internet.- Water tank in the apartment is small for four people. I would get home late from work and my roommates would already have used up all the hot water.- If you have guests, tell them to park in the guest parking or on the public street, because the tow trucks are out almost every night and they will take your car swiftly.Overall, the apartments are really nice and its a great place to live... if you are able to afford it. It really does make it easier if you didnt have to worry about different bills to pay. Its close to campus. The apartment sits on a bus route. Great place if you and your friends want to room with each other.

14fifty one is the best living experience in my college career. I moved in the beginning of my junior year and I have loved it ever since! The homes are beautiful and well made, and the staff is friendly and kind to all residents and new leases. The amenities are great, they include a huge pool, a printing lab, a gym, and a sports lounge. The community itself is very friendly, I have met most of my immediate neighbors and they are all very nice and made me feel welcome. I call this place home because for me it feels just like home. My house is a 4 bedroom, 3 story townhome. It has a great TV, the internet is fast and the hardwood and carpet upstairs are awesome. If I have ever had a problem at 14 fifty one it was fixed in a timely manner with no fuss, and they did not make me feel bad for asking for help, even with the smallest things. I would recommend 14fifty one to anyone I know looking for a place in Denton, and I have! Make the good choice and lease with 14 fifty one if you can, I really would say go for it!

From the moment you walk through the doors youre instantly drawn in by professional leasing consultants who know how to do their jobs. Management is so friendly and willing to help out when you need something ! I appreciate the energy and positive environment by each and everyone here ! From the full amenities to the fully furnished town homes/cottages , 14/fifty one definitely knows the atmosphere to provide for a college student. Parents dont have to worry about being concerned with safety of their child because the officer stays onsite works for DPD. The fact that I have somewhere to always print is also a plus ! I have lived at a lot of student housing properties and my experience at 14FiftyOne has been phenomenal! I have never lived in a student housing property that has beautiful amenities, spacious apartments, with your own bathroom and privacy to even a ginormous kitchen. 14FiftyOne is also pet friendly with a pet park which is great for my two little dogs. It has everything for everyone. These apartments are highly recommended because its a place you can call your home!

Literally, the BEST student housing community in Denton. I had a bad experience in the past with a neighboring community and 14 Fifty-One is the complete opposite of my last place. A staff that genuinely cares about their residents is something you dont see often. Just today, they delivered baskets filled with goodies to all the apartments. Where else can you get treated like that? NO WHERE!! I can really say this is my home away from home! Live at 14 Fifty-One... you wont regret it.

I absolutely love living here. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. The property is beautiful, and the apartments are spacious and the location is great! There are UNT busses that shuttle you to campus, which help alot when you dont wanna drive. Also the property has a cyber lounge where I can come study, and a 24 hour gym so I can always stay in shape. The apatments are homey and they are absolutely luxury student living. I definitely feel at home here. 14 Fifty-one helped me make Denton my new home(:

1451 is the best apartment living I have stayed at since Ive been to UNT my sophmore year now that I am a senior i love my room and the balcony with the view of the amazing pool they have. Fully furnished, all bills paid, washer and dryer, the kitchen layout is beautiful with the back porches, and i appreciate the 52 in tv they gave us mounted on our wall with verizon cable/ internet wifi plus the apple tv!!!! The staff is soooo amazing that they are very helpful and understanding if you have any issues with anything especially rent!! they go out of their way for you when you need any help. the security is very helpful which means the neighbor hood is safe, parking is available for residents!! they are planing to build a kitchen for the grill area and i sooo cant wait becasue im ready to bbq. Ohh & they keeep the area very clean and spotless!!!! i lovee this place!!

Yaaassssss 14Fifty-One!! Pop off!Living here is legit like a walk in the park. Its super close to campus and they have a little shuttle that takes you to school. The office people are super dope and so friendly, they dont even FEEL like just employees. They also have hella cool events for the resident, and a lot of them involve food.. Like.. Come on now. thats my favorite. Its the place to be!

Ive lived at the forums and the republic and I have to say that 14 fifty one is a great place to live. Its very spacious, especially the kitchen and common area. Its very accommodating if youre riding the unt busses. Everybody from the head manager to the people working in the office are very helpful and make sure all your needs are taken care of. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone that asks!!

This is honestly one of the best student living places you can live. So sad I’m leaving lol. The customer service is amazing. Maintenance always comes the same day I call. Never had any issues with the office. They all know me by name and my apartment number (maybe bc im always there) but they have been really helpful with everything. The only reason I’m leaving is bc I had no one to stay with me honestly. Best experience best place. If they had two bedrooms available I would have stayed but the waitlist is super long🤦🏽‍♀️

No matter where I live the most important thing to me is making sure my dog is welcome. 14fiftyone is by far the nicest complex Ive ever lived in and they ARE PET FRIENDLY, they even have a dog park that my sweet baby moo loves to run around in. On top of all that my townhome is spacious and very nice, great quality appliances and spacious rooms. The amenities surpass most other places as well.

Best option for Student Living in Denton as far as bring out of the ghetto. Everything is included into one bill. Very fast response time to maintenance requests. Epic pool, 24 hr mini gym, clubhouse with big screen tvs everywhere, fully furnished apartment/house (whatever you want to call it). Well worth the money!

This is a nice place !, I have enjoyed living here !, and I would recommend it to everyone!,the staff have been super friendly to me and I’ve never had any problems with maintenance!, Justin the leasing manager is super helpful!, I really do love this place but the reason I give it 4 starts is because the rent went up ,and with that being said that’s not there problem or nothing they can do but it’s student living ..you might as well get a non student apartment, also to be paying 875$ for 4 people a piece is crazy to me ..especially bc they could be a lot nicer ,and with that being said when I moved in ,it wasn’t the cleanest ..the stove ,microwave,floors ,needs to be replaced after a certain time frame ,you can tell how dirty and dusty the place was like they didn’t clean it or something, ofc the model is amazing,but that’s how every apartment needs to look .also roommate matching..there not very helpful when it comes to that or if you have any issues ,it’s like no effort in trying to move you ,also the questions could be a bit better, there just your basic questions then people wonder why they got all these issues, but the main thing that made me do 4 starts was the fact that it wasn’t clean when I moved in and the rent going up , but over all ,no major problems but ntx is super nice ,that’s a place that is actually worth the amount your paying, but if you speck to anyone..speck to Justin or haily !

He answered all my questions, gave me an amazing tour of the apartments, and was very knowledgeable of the property. The apartments are in great condition. It is also very close to TWU, where I plan to attend school next year. :)

Everyone has been so wonderful and friendly. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me when i toured at 1451. The area is kept nice and clean. I enjoyed the gym and pool. The apartments are in great condition.

14 fifty one student living is by far the best an most comfortable place to live in Denton. The staff is GREAT and always have the answers to any questions. the houses are spacious and the kitchen is huge. Also im in love with my WALK in closet! :)

Ok no Im not paid to do this so whoever said that is lying. Also I lived here and it has been by far the best student living I have lived at. The staff are all willing to help and are really nice. The unit was clean when I moved in. Any complaints I had were minor and could happen at any apartments.
