I love living here, it’s cozy and quiet. Miss Thelma is an absolute sweetheart too. It’s easy to take out the trash, they have a soda machine, washers and dryers are easily accessible and they host wonderful events monthly.

Place is very peaceful, no ‘extra’ unnecessary noise. Maintenance responds within an appropriate timeframe and you are always updated via app and email. Thelma is an amazing leasing agent who takes the time to explain and inform. Overall experience thus far 10 out of 10.

I’ve lived here a little over a year and this is the only place I’ve ever felt comfortable with my son playing outside. It’s a very close knit community and everyone helps everyone if needed. I’d recommend for any ages, couples or singles. Very family oriented place to be!

I have lived here now now for almost 5years and i love it here. Community is friendly, pet friendly and kid friendly. We look out for each other. I cant imagine living anywhere else.The biggest thing is all bills included!!!

I have to give these guys a five star eating because they are very polite and understanding. I got into a financial situation and they did not hesitate to find a solution that worked for both of us. They care about their property and they are very realistic with their tentants. I appreciate the staff and especially the manager for how well they have treated me.

Ever since the renovations were completed & new management took over, Ive been extremely well pleased !!! The new staff is very welcoming & its refreshing !!! Several months ago they had a raffle for residents that paid their rent on time & not to brag or anything, but I won !!! When I went into the office to collect my gift, they greeted me with excitement & were excited that I was so excited & we shared some smiles & laughter & it was awesome !!! I definitely enjoy living here !!!And although this is seemingly unrelated, its not, for what is considered unrelated to Jesus, being that He cares about every aspect of everything !!! May He continue to bless us all !!! May we allow His Guiding Light to be our guiding light & may we allow His love to be the foundation of our love as He is love !!! For those whove experienced great loss this year with everything going on, please lift them up oh Savior !!! For those that are depressed, suicidal, sick or otherwise, please lift them up Mighty King !!! For those who are hurting in ways that well never know, please lift them up oh Father !!! But above all, may Your will be done !!! And as Your will for our individual lives greatly differs & is specific to us, may we with humble hearts look to Your Invisible yet All Powerful Presence & be lifted up, not just lifted up for the sake of feeling better or doing better, but for Your Names sake, for Your glory & for the preservation of what means most, above & beyond EVERYTHING in this entire world...our eternal souls !!! I love it here..great community, everyone is so friendly, the animals get a long and it is very peaceful. Rent is affordable and apartments are nice..I would definitely recommend
