I lived here for 6 months while I finished out my fall semester at UT. The location was amazing! Literally a 2 minute walk from the 656 stop or about 7 minutes from the 7 bus stop. I loved how close it was to everything I needed, yet it felt tucked away along all the other avenues. As for the actual studio, it was 400 square feet. I moved here for the low price, but I found it to be very cozy once decorated. There is a washer/dryer on the first floor. I never had issues with maintenance concerns. The maintenance team was amazing and responded ASAP. My nemesis while living here was the fruit fly. I ended up making traps with apple cider vinegar and saran wrap cups in the kitchen and bathroom, and that eliminated them. Nothing out of the ordinary for an apartment in Austin.Miller properties was always so nice and speedy to assist me with any issues that arose. Parking was never a hassle and overall, neighbors were really nice. I never felt unsafe here either which is really nice! The apartment itself is surrounded by a residential area, so there are loads of families, etc. Also, walking through Hyde Park is beautiful.I am giving this apartment 4 stars because rent was $1075 which is steep. You are definitely paying for the location here.

The apartments are large with good sized closets and nice updates. All the apartments have been remodeled, and you cant beat the location. Quick shuttle ride to UT but without the loud dorm feel. Nice pool and convenient to Mothers, Hyde Park Grill, and Daily Juice restaurants. Cool people and the new management is awesome. Really nice couple.

Location, location, location. This complex isnt the fanciest and the units are practically shoe boxes, but if your goal is to live alone and go to UT, this is the place. With the bus route right across the street, I can make it from my door to the classroom in roughly 20 minutes (got the routine down). I wasnt a fan under the previous management, but when miller properties purchased the complex, they immediately went to work on repairing the pool area and the individual units. Overall, this place may have some little issues, but with the proximity to I-35, HEB, and campus, its easy to look past those faults.
