During our sons time at A&M, he lived at 100 Park and had a fantastic experience. Its so close to campus, dining spots, and plenty of things to do, which made us feel at ease knowing he was in a convenient location. The property is really well-maintained with a great gym, pool, and other amenities that are never too crowded. His apartment was spacious and had everything he needed. Wed definitely recommend it for any student looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live near campus! Corbin has always been there when we go and visit and is such a pleasure to stop by and say hello to him. -

Been living here for a couple of years now, and the place keeps getting better. Over the last 1-2 years, more and more of the restaurant and shop spaces have filled in with great companies. The proximity work work is fantastic, as it enabled me to walk to work every day. The staff are fantastic and do a great job on handling packages and helping residents with their living related needs. As Century Square continues to grow, I think 100 Park will just continue to get better. -

Was a fantastic place to live, maintenance was always quick to respond, paying rent was easy, and community was nice and quiet. Will definitely miss my time there, but life moves on. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at apartments in the college station area -

I stayed at 100 Park my graduate year of school at A&M and truly enjoyed the experience. Great proximity to campus, food, and entertainment. The complex is well kept with a really nice gym, pool, and other amenities that are never overcrowded. Apartments are spacious with quality appliances. Would highly recommend! -

100 Park does a great job with responding to maintenance requests almost immediately, even lower-priority ones.Shout out to John and Tim for working multiple routine maintenance requests for my apartment this past week. Their professionalism, timeliness, and work ethic does not go unnoticed! The maintenance team here is stacked with professionals who genuinely care about the tenants and their overall quality of life. Cant say enough good things about my first month living here! So very happy to be home.Side note: I locked myself out of my apartment after hours and John was there within minutes to let me back in. I was happy to find that they take extra security measures to ensure theyre not letting just anyone in to a locked apartment. John photocopied my drivers license before unlocking the door, which gave me some extra comfort and feelings of security. -

I lived in 100 Park for a year, and I loved it! The staff is super friendly and reliable. They always welcomed me and were attentive to any questions/requests I posed. They are also very fast at answering emails! I had one maintenance request and it was taken care of very fast. The apartment itself was new and my (non-master) bedroom was suuuuuper spacious and had a high ceiling with a large window. My bathroom was outside the bedroom and it was the largest bathroom Ive ever had!I definitely recommend this apartment complex to students. The location is convenient to walk to campus. If 3 of you live in a 2 bed/bath apartment the rent becomes really cheap! -

100 Park has been a lovely apartment to reside in! The staff members are wonderful, and very helpful. The services/maintenance staff are also very efficient. The apartments are decently sized and have a nice, quiet feel along with amenities such as the lounge and study area, which are great to spend time in and get work done. Its location is optimal because youre located in Century Square, and have access to a variety of places within walking distance including the Texas A&M campus. Parking is very convenient since there is a garage, and guest parking right next to the apartments. The rent is on the more expensive side, but I would still highly recommend living here! -

This is by far the best complex I have ever lived in my three years here at A&M. It is clean, quiet, pet friendly and not to mention the management is awesome. Emily at 100 Park is so sweet and helps with anything I need. They are not like other management companies who dont care about you and only care about money. Everything is very secure and safe as well! It is so centrally located and you cant beat the amenities. Getting to campus is a quick and easy! 5+ stars and I recommend to everyone!Ive lived at 3 other places here in College Station. For anyone questioning the price which might seem like a lot at first but, I was paying $100+ a month for just utilities elsewhere and my rent was only slightly cheaper with no gym, no pool, nothing was secure and gated and it was not close to campus. Here they get campus utilities and I was in shock when I got my bill. It was 1/4 of what I used to pay. Also, they dont require a ridiculous deposit to scam you out of in the end. Ive saved so much money being here! You cant beat the price for what they offer! -

Lived here for 1.5 years and loved it. The apartment is right across the street from campus. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet place. The studio apartment I stayed in has a huge kitchen which I really enjoyed using (my cooking skills have improved a lot during my time here). I would highly recommend living here. -

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and love living at 100 Park. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and other great amenities. We have lived in multiple apartments over the course of our time here in College Station, and 100 Park is by far the best. The new management team is kind and work with you to address any concerns you may have. The maintenance staff has also been very diligent in keeping common areas clean (even more true during COVID-19) and respond quickly to maintenance requests. Glad to call 100 Park home! -

They say a house becomes a home because of the people in it. I moved to College Station from New York City. I have a particular sensibility and standard. When I sought to relocate, I toured several competing properties in the area. Out of all of them, 100 Park was the only on which exceeded far and above the rest. As soon as I walked through the doors into the tastefully decorated lobby, I was greeted with a courteous, warm, and professional handshake. I was hooked. The amenities are clean, well-maintained and continue to expand. The staff are responsive and excel in making the living experience here superior. The building itself is quiet, consisting of a predominantly professional and doctoral student community. This is a space of respite and efficiency, one which makes working from home during a pandemic as easy as possible, something for which I am grateful. It is also a pleasure as a city-dweller to have access to Century Square, a space in which one can walk to dining, libations, recreation and shopping. Centrally located, the university grounds are directly across the street; for folks who work there, walking, rather than driving, is an option! I am humbled to have the opportunity to have called this place home for four years and I will miss the relationships I have cultivated with the fabulous employees at 100 Park who have made this already lovely apartment complex more than just another building... they have made this place a home. -

I came to check out this apartment complex and they were beautiful. Corbin gave a very thorough tour and was very nice, unfortunately they were a little outside my price range, but I will be back. -

Truly a wonderful place to live. The staff are very friendly, the facility is immaculate and the units are beautiful. I had an issue with my WiFi when I first moved in. Even though the issue was with a third party, the people at 100 Park worked tirelessly to get it resolved. I was very impressed. By far the best place Ive lived in College Station. -

Just wanted to thank John Galizia and Tim Garcia for fixing my AC. These guys are awesome! They showed up on time, knew what they were doing, and got the job done quickly. My apartment is now super cool again and I can finally chill out without sweating buckets. Thanks again to John and Tim. -

Ive been living here with my husband for over a month. We are international engineering students at A&M.This place was the last one we saw, after 3 days of intense touring, and it was a no brainier (they also had a special rate going on).For our specific circumstances, this place was the best for us, because:- its a 6 mins walk to the engineering buildings- its unfurnished. We rented our furniture from CORT (A place they recommend us here) and everything was ready the day we moved in.What can be good for everyone:- theres a very nice 24/7 gym (which was a must for my husband)- there is are laundry machines in the apartment (which was a must have for me)- pool (which is weirdly empty all week, except sundays)- free coffee, te ,ice and water- lounge area with TVs and pool table- computers and free printing- A study room- free gated parking for residents and guests- all fees included except electricity (though you pay it in the same website). What is great about this place:- Location: it is located in century square. its like an open mall, with a central green area. They sometimes have fun events and its great to walk around. You also get 10% discount from almost all the business there.- Community: they have a monthly event, where they give gift bags or beers and things like that.- Management: Super helpful and know what they are doing. We came about 3 times to ask questions about the contract and were helpful and kind.I have to add that they are always willing to give us extra help: eg. lent us a screwdriver, changed a broken access card without charge, called USPS and internet service in our behalf, etc. Thank you Makeena, Cassidy, Joe and Cody!Things to take into account:- its 21+- its smoke free- its pet friendly- quite hours (or something like that) after 10:30 pm for the lobby area on week days (If I remember correctly).I would add 1 con: its not walking distance/ near any super market. We are still over-analysing every possible aspect of buying a car, so mean while we are stuck with delivery or a 35 minute commute by bus+walking.Recommendations I would make:- Make sure the elevator is cleaned daily- Checking if coffee machine can be changed or a way to get it permanently fixed. In summary, what I like about this place is that, unlike other places where they charge you for everything and add surprised fees that make you fear/hate them, 100 park is actively looking for you to want to stay here (theyve got their priorities in order). -
