Weve had lots of contractors during our home build and later with repairs to our house and our rental house. Excalibur is no doubt the top for customer service, response, and quality of work! Derrick came to our rescue most recently, he is a very polite, efficient, and confident plumber. He got the job done, explained everything he did thoroughly and even did a walk through to make sure I was happy. You just done find good companies like this nowadays! I cannot recommend Xcalibur Air & Plumbing highly enough. I have used them on a personal and professional level for over seven years.`They have been quick to respond and quick to resolve whatever issue Ive had. Their prices have been reasonable and the techs are polite and knowledgeable. While AC and plumbing issues are never fun, it brings peace of mind to know there is a company that is standing by to ease what is sure to be a stressful situation. Xcalibur is greatly appreciated by me, my family and my work family.

Xcalibur was awesome with helping us with our warranty claim on our AC. It broke down on Mothers Day Sunday and was up and running by Thursday evening. Whenever my husband spoke to the office staff they were polite and understanding and the technician was on time and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

WOW!!! I received a couple quotes from other companies and prices for a new unit varied between $16k to $25k.XCalibur was recommended from a good friend and they quickly came by and diagnosed the problem within 15-20 min. Turns out a new AC unit was bogus and the part that was needed to fix the issue only cost $75. That along with some freon and typical maintenance put the total bill at $425. Now I should get another few years off this older unit that the other couple companies said was absolutely dead.Thank you so much XCalibur for helping the right way in a time of need. You all showed some of the greatest customer service and care I’ve ever had. Will absolutely be using you for all AC and plumbing needs for as long as you are in business.

This company is awesome! We received a call from them within 15 minutes of filing a claim with our home warranty company. Denise is the nicest person and truly cares about the customer and their satisfaction. The technician was timely and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them for any AC or plumbing needs !!

Omg where do I start let’s just say I loooooooooooooooove this company! Everyone was so pleasant & efficient especially Denise ! She was my lifesaver! I’ve been having a leak issue that I’ve been dealing with for a few years now with other companies !I also discovered recently with their visit I needed a new water heater & expansion tank that’s why my water was coming out grayish . They were great & got my leak fixed right away & replaced everything needed ! After stressing going back in forth with my home warranty company giving me the run around to not wanting to cover things ! Denise took great care of me with working with them to make sure my needs were met & got everything covered & replaced for me ! Being a new homeowner & having a husband deployed I didn’t know where to begin with these repairs ! Denise was very kind , explained everything to me & put my mind at ease !Thanks so much Xcalibur for all your hard work I truly appreciate everything & the great customer service! I highly recommend them to everyone I know I can’t thank you guys enough 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My home warranty company recommended this company over and they have outdone themselves on numerous occasions. I have had toilets troubleshooted and later replaced by them. Then sinks repaired and more recently our showers repaired. Time and time they have shown the upmost courtesy and professionalism that you do not encounter in service technicians anymore. They techs they have sent out and we’re very knowledgeable. I have seen some reviews concerning the timeliness however, when it comes to the mechanical nature of things you never know what you will encounter. We experienced unforeseen curveballs during our service and the tech carried out ensuring we were taken care of. Kudos to the team at Xcaliber Air and Plumbing. Will use and recommend time and time again.

I LOVE these guys! My A/C broke when it was 97 degrees (but felt like 107 with the humidity!). They came out right away. I used my home warranty and it was seemless. These guys, Ronnie and Damon, were so professional, polite and knowledgeable. Even Denise at the offise was fantastic. I put these guys in my phone because they will be the only company I use! I will encourage my neighbors to use them too. Thank you Denise, Ronnie and Damon for making my experience in that difficult situation so pleasant! You do Xcalibur Air & Plumbing proud!

This company is extremely customer service oriented and professional. Our handyman, Jesse was punctual and communicated very well as to ETA. He had to come to my home twice for two different repairs and each time worked on the issue with a sense of urgency. Thanks Jesse!

An edit to my review:I had a lengthy discussion over the phone about this situation, and was told that changes would be made to ensure the safety of their customers. They will now be asking customers over the phone (during scheduling) if they prefer the plumbers wear a mask or not. I believe it is extremely important, during these difficult times, to prioritize the health and safety of others over everything else. Ive gone ahead and changed my rating.-----Just had a couple of guys come in to fix our toilet and they were not wearing masks! Didnt even ask if they could enter my home without one, I had to physically stop them and tell them to put one on. No regards to the safety of their customers! This is the first time Ive had a negative experience with this business. Please re-inforce the importance of covid safety with your employees!

At first, I was upset because I thought they had forgotten about me at the end of the day and did not call to reschedule. Then their tech called thirty mins prior to arrival and was very nice, past the time they were closed and came out to fix my issue! He was very nice and professional! And fixed the issue within minutes! Very pleased.

The water heater went out Friday. They inspected it Saturday. They replaced it Monday. You cannot have better service than that.
