Urban Air were able to come out and fix my AC problem on a Saturday when 6 other “24/7” AC companies wouldn’t even return my call. Even though our issue was an easy fix I very much appreciate them communicating with us so quickly and being able to come out same day after being without AC for hours. Will definitely continue to use them for all our AC needs!

I like the fact that they did not try to screw me in to repairing it today, but informed me I did have time to have them repair later. their prices are very affordable.Urban air will be my first choice for any service or repairs on my AC and heating unit . I was referred by a different AC company to contact Urban Air Design Heating and Air Conditioning to service my Gree mini-split unit that had stopped heating and cooling. I reached out around 2pm and was told Juan would be able to provide same day service, which was extremely convenient. Juan was highly professional and provided top of the line service. He was patient and understanding with all the questions I had. In the future, I will be contacting Juan if any and all other issues arise. I will refer this company to my family members, friends, or anyone needing their units serviced or diagnosed. All around outstanding service and reasonably priced.
