I have used Trinity Air for a few years now and have had varying experiences until Rico came to work on my AC. He is the best tech I have ever worked with and I would happily recommend Trinity if Rico is your tech!For two summers, my new AC was not properly cooling. Trinity sent multiple tech’s out who said there was likely a leak but failed to properly locate and repair it. I initially paid them to do a leak search, dye test and to refill the Freon without the actual issue being resolved. I was worried about a Freon leak in my home and extremely disappointed in the lack of repair on my system and felt that it was not being properly diagnosed nor any repair being done.That was, until this year when Rico came out to the job. I called Trinity for the third summer in a row, unhappy that my system again was acting low on Freon. Rico came out and was determined to locate and repair the issue. He is unlike other repairman who would rather put a bandaid fix to the issue and get on with the next job. He actually cares, is honest and extremely knowledgable and works diligently to locate and fix the actual problem. There was indeed a leak that other tech’s had failed to find. It took Rico some time but he took the time to actually search for it. It turned out to be covered under my warranty and after locating the leak, he replaced the coil.I wish all service industries had a tech like Rico! Because of my experience with Trinity, I would only recommend them if Rico is on the job. Request Rico and you will be in great hands!

The past several years I have had some issues with my older HVAC. It has been a pleasure using Trinity Air. This company is fantastic and I would use them again in a heartbeat! My A/C stopped working on a Tuesday when it was in the mid 90’s. I called my warranty company on Wednesday, who set me up with Trinity Air. When Trinity Air called, I was initially told that no one could come out until the following Monday. I explained that the A/C is not working at all and it’s 95 degrees outside, 88 inside. I asked if anyone could come out sooner, they bumped me up to Friday morning and the reps arrived early and had my A/C running temporarily within 20 minutes. Due to a part needing to be replaced the reps ordered it on the spot, went to pick it up 45 minutes away, then returned and installed it so that the A/C unit would not break down and quit working again. I really appreciate yall going above and beyond to get my A/C working like it’s brand new. Not only for me but for my wife, kids, and all of our animals. Thank y’all so much, y’all are a blessing in disguise.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Trinity Air, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. My mom lives out in the country and had some furnace problems the day after the February 2023 winter freeze storm. Chris from Trinity Air came out to fix it even when many roads were icy and/or shut down. He was prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.In addition, I had used Trinity Air in the past when my moms AC shut down during a summer heat wave. Justin came out to fix it, and he was also excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he fixed the issue in no time.What impressed me the most was the level of customer service that Trinity Air provided. Dell took my information and mentioned that although very busy, they would fit me in as soon as they can. Both times I called when HVAC companies are busiest, but Dell assured me that they would fit me into their schedule as soon as they can. And they did! I never had to wait long for their services.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Trinity Air and their exceptional service. They are a reliable and professional company that truly cares about their customers. I will never call anyone else to service my moms HVAC because of the service Trinity Air has provided for my mom. Trinity Air (Dell) and his Technicians Jeffrey and Davin showed Great Service to install a Mini Split Unit. 2023 Summer Months has stretched Dell and his Guys on their time for a lot of AC repairs/other service to call on, still made time on trips that were needed at my place. We had a few issues to resolve but in the end of the job, everything worked out well. These guys were amazing! No frills, no lies, no up selling! They came out and did a quote same day I called asking for a quote and installing 2 days later. It took 2 days for the install, but it was absolutely not their fault..it was because of the previous owners mishaps and size of my attic entry. They were in constant communication mode with me before, during and after the entire process. These guys are local small company and worth every penny spent! HVAC guys are busy this time of year, so 24 hours in over 100 degree weather... well 84 inside was almost tolerable. Three nice respectful men from Trinity fixed the HVAC, except they found that there was not enough voltage, and to contact an electrician.It would have been nice if Trinity gave us a contact of an electrician. It took us four hours to find one, but at 8pm, we found one, and he showed up in less than an hour, and replaced a 42 year-old breaker in 10 minutes. I give our electrician six stars.

I received a dreaded call from my tenants that the AC stopped working on a Friday night. I called Trinity Air and was fully expecting to not hear back from them until Monday. To my surprise, someone answered even though it was 9 PM on a Friday night. They had a tech in my house by 930 AM on Saturday morning. Never had such responsiveness from an AC company! Ive already recommended them to others that have asked and will use them for all my HVAC needs.

Trinity Air of Lockhart just finished up at our Austin home. We had called them as our HVAC was blowing too cold, and we were worried about mold issues. Dell returned our call quickly and was out for an appointment in a couple of days, right on schedule. He was very patient, down-to-earth, and helpful in getting both my wife and I to understand the ins and outs of our system. We agreed on some repairs and revisions to our duct works, and to sealing the system and correcting some other minor faults. Tyler came back a couple of days later (right on time) with all the parts, and he and a helper fixed us up, repairing/replacing ducts and better ventilating our attic space. The pricing was reasonable, the work was excellent, and dealing with all the crew was a very pleasant experience. These guys are good, and my wife and I highly recommend them.6/29/2020: Trinity Air continues to do excellent work for us. A lightning strike knocked out our system - indoor, outdoor units and thermostats weren’t communicating. They quickly got us going temporarily while continuing to trouble shoot the system. Excellent communication and follow through. It’s working great again. The price was certainly fair and we’ll continue to use them.

They made several trips to try to get the problem, but unit was too old and my parents could not afford to replace. Dell and his crew went above and beyond to help my parents. Our AC central unit went out on Friday just before memorial. I searched google for local AC teams and Trinity air came up. In town and ready to go! They were at my residence within the hour after being closed already. I was super thank full. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they work the cheapest optuon first and ended ul being something else. The part would not be available until Tuesday to to covid shut down and holiday. We toughed it out over the weekend, and come Tuesday, we were in business. And at half the price I expected. Today, I reached out to them because we had a power surge and my thermostat reset. Hot air inside and cold air out. Their technician helped me over the phone with no issues. These guys are my new go to and I reccomend them to everyone. We are back up and running! Helped me out at 830pm on a Saturday! That is some dedication!Thank you!

I called 6 ac repair companies at 8am on Sunday. My daughter called Trinity and they came 5 hours later. Still no word from the 6 I called. AC was fixed and running 1 hour after they came.

These guys are on the level. I had to engage with them through my home warrant company, Super, and the process took way too long but that was not the fault of Trinity Air. Since Super had to provision the parts we were without A/C for an entire month, which was pretty miserable. Trinity Air was always available for a call and always gave us a straight answer on progress. Once they actually came to complete the job (yesterday), they were very friendly and professional, and went out of their way to do great work. They even programmed our new thermostat to remind us when its time to change the air filter. Highly recommended!
