    We were happy with the service provided by Titan Air. Leo and his crew were professional, courteous and did what they said they would do, showed up when they said they would. We could see they cared about the job they were doing even with the blistering heat while they worked outside and in the attic. They even came back later to check on the unit to be sure it was operating properly. We did not feel like just another customer.

    This was our second time using Titan heating and air. Both times the service has been fantastic. We had been told we needed an entire new unit, so glad we got a second opinion. Titan quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and its been running over a year saving us thousands. This time, our unit stopped cooling late at night. I contacted Titan in the morning and we were back up and running by noon. Honest service by people that know what they are doing and at very fair and reasonable prices. These are the people to call if you have a failure. We will be Titan customers for life. THANK YOU!

    The air was set to 73 but the house was 84 degrees. I called the 24 hour service and Leo returned my call in 10 minutes. He was at the door in 30 and within a few minutes had the problem found. He replaced the compressor capacitor, which he had in the van, and tested the system. Right away the temperature started dropping. Leo was super nice and did a great job. Im very happy with the price he charged as well. I highly recommend Titan for your HVAC needs.

    While on our way to Rockport late Friday afternoon to celebrate Memorial Day with family and friends we discovered our A/C was not working. We had four small children with us, one only two months old. Needless to say, we were quite concerned with the excessive heat and humidity and the fact that it was a holiday weekend. At the recommendation of a relative, we contacted Leo. He gave us prompt, courteous attention. He secured the replacement part and had it installed early Saturday morning. He was extremely prompt and very fair.We are so grateful and highly recommend him and his company! Truly, a good man!

    Leo is awesome. We had a typical weekend emergency issue leading up to holiday with company. Leo arrived 20 mins after the call and diagnosed a communication issue from a bad wire. Got us up and cooled off in less than an hour!!!!

    Titan was great! We have an Airbnb property- guests arrived and AC wasnt working. Titan was on site in an hour- diagnosed and replaced system in no time. I thought we were going to have to refund guests due to no A/C but Titan saved the day!

    I highly recommend Titan Heating and Air. My A/C stopped cooling and Miguel from Titan came out and addressed the cooling issue that same day service call was made. Miguel was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual but most importantly he took the time to explain what was going on with our a/c issue. Gave me some very good advice on how to maintain it on a monthly. He did not try to up sale anything I did not need.     Great customer service and would highly recommend Leonel! I will be calling him from now on! They dont charge you a arm and a leg... like the other guys. He also gave us great tips on how to keep our AC cooling.. I will be calling him for our yearly maintenance as well.

    Leo did a fantastic job positioning and rearranging the ductwork for our dryer, the bathroom vents and the heating and cooling system in our attic. It is now working properly. He was right on time, did the job we agreed to and left the place spotless. He is also very personable. We enjoyed having him work on our home. We will use him for all future HVAC work.

I had Leo do a complete change out of my system some years back and he is one of the most honest and professional individuals that I have ever dealt with.     These guys are great. My inspector noted issues with a really old system, but even installation mistakes on that system that were dangerous.Titan came out, quoted me within a couple of days and installed a new system inside and out fixing all the reported problems from the inspector along the way.The great thing was they didnt just try to slam a system in and leave, the lines, insulation on lines, angles on drains were all corrected and made to look clean and right. Its not just to code its done well.If Mike Holmes had an HVAC guy in Rockport, it would be this guy.
