The entire Sun AC crew was incredible. We needed a new complete system, so they arrived promptly at 7:30 AM and worked tirelessly until the job was done at a little past 6:00 PM. We had a very challenging house setup, but they figured out how to get it done in the least invasive way to optimize the system efficiency.At the end of the project, they cleaned up far more meticulously than any contractor I’ve ever had at my house. That shows me the level of care and pride for their work.Jason and Rusty were both SO informative and helpful before/during/after the project. We had been using a different AC company and were pleased with them, however Sun AC offered a better value in their quote. I am very happy that we went with Sun AC, as they went above and beyond. We plan to use them for all of our AC needs going forward and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Having used Sun Air Conditioning in the past, the repairs they performed this time was done very professionally at a fair price. 10 days after these repairs an element in our heater went out. They had replaced the heater several years earlier so they got part and replaced the same day at no cost. I highly recommend Jim, Rusty and Eric for all your heating and cooling needs.

I’ve been using Sun for my AC & heating needs for several years. After arriving home on Monday my furnace was not heating. I called them immediately and got an appointment that same day. The Technician, Sergio was very professional and determined the furnace was no longer working. He gave us options, explained everything in lay man’s terms and schedule for the new system we choose, a complete air & heating system by Armstrong to be delivered the next day. The three techs worked diligently and professionally and it was installed late afternoon. The lead technician explained everything to us showed all the photos and how everything would work. We were very impressed. He told us to call Sun if we needed anything and explained the warranties. I would highly recommend these technicians because of the excellent experience we had with them.MS

Called Sun to repair an on going AC leak going on for almost 10 years. They were prompt to arrive they were able to repair the issue by replacing the drain pan and drain hoses. They were very reasonable for the cost to do the work while the other big named AC companies only wanted to sell me a new system for $16,000 instead of repairing the problem.

Was visiting my parents in the Sugar Land Area during the summer heat wave and noticed that one of the air conditioners wasnt blowing out hot air. My dad advised me to call Sun Air Conditioning and Heating and I did. They were very responsive and said they would be out here between 12-2 and they were actually even a little early. The technician that came to the house was Jay and he was extremely professional. I explained to him what was going on and he went out and assessed the unit. He came back in very quickly and walked out to his truck and grabbed a new capacitor and within minutes he had it up and running. He was very honest and said heres your old one as I paid him and it was all rusted. Definitely would recommend them as they were on time, professional, honest, and not pushy at all!

What a pleasant customer care!. It is so refreshing to have such polite technicians that do listen and answer calls promptly and do not try to rush through things . Great fast service and knowledgeable technicians. I wish I have used Sun AC earlier as it would have saved me a lot of money as previous company that I have been using for 10 years was completely clue less for months on what the issue was with my AC and why upstairs was not cold . Our technician diagnosed the problem, they first tried to replace a aor handler motor but it was more extensive. So the bevy day they ordered a new air handler and had it installed the next day. I certainly wasnt happy to spend $5500, but the team of 3 techs that came out the next day were very professional and the got an electrician to upgrade a breaker and rewire it. I have had no issues and my AC blows like never before. I would recommend Edward and the Sun AC team to anyone.Steve Soto

I have been a customer of Sun AC for over 20 years.After 20 years my Trane AC, which was installed by Sun AC, finally wore out. I called Sun and spoke to Art. He was very helpful and together we worked out a new system for my home and scheduled an installation day. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions.On the day of the installation, the installation crew (Anthony, Juan, and Chris)arrived 30 minutes early and began the installation.They went far beyond what I expected. During the installation, the owner of the company (Jim) arrived at my house just to visit because he remembered my wife and I from 20 years ago. I could tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. The installation crew did an excellent job and installed a whole system in under 6 hours.I will never call anyone else. Great job guys.

We were struggling with an A/C unit that was obnoxiously loud and not cooling properly. They were quick to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Rusty arrived within the scheduled time and took the time to thoroughly address our concerns and questions. It’s hard to find companies that are quick to respond AND do so with quality work for a good price, but we feel like we got just that! Will use again in the future.

I had a complete air condition replacement several years ago. I called the same company to service my air conditioning unit last year, but found the company had been sold to another owner. I was told by the new owners tech that I needed $4000.00 worth of repairs. I decided to get a second opinion! I googled local air conditioning companies and chose Sun air conditioning and heating. They sent a tech. out, he inspected my 2 units and said They only needed cleaning. The tech was professional did the job and I have had no problems from my aid conditioning systems. Im a terminal cancer patient so in upgrading my thermostats I called Sun air condition. The tech a young guy, Jonathan came out to install two units I had purchased from Home Depot. After installing one unit he told me that it did not have the same features as the one he removed. I discussed upgrading, he told me he could come back when I had swapped out the units. I paid for the existing work and called the company and sit up an appt. for the next day. The tech came out, swapped out the unit he had installed the previous day at no charge and installed the other unit. I gave this long testimonial to show the honest intrigerity, high quality of work, punctual on time and for most of us a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price. Like I said earlier Im a terminal cancer patient and Im looking for companies who wont take advantage of a woman, this is one.

Love these guys. When our AC died one evening, we called up the next morning and Sergio was out at noon. He looked at the system which included components from different manufacturers from 15 - 30 years old, found the immediate problem with the system and fixed it so that it would work until we could get a new system installed. The team came out right on time four days later and put down protective coverings, very professionally installed the new system, ensured everything was working and cleaned up any debris. all on a day where the temperature reached 98 outside and much hotter in the attic. And they did not mind that my two dogs wanted to help each of them.

Had a brand new 4 ton and 5 ton unit installed in the fall. At first, things did not go as smooth as expected, but then again my expectations to standards are very high. So why a five star assessment? Well every time I had a question, a concern, an opinion, there was someone at the other end willing to be patient and listen.We are in Houston and this time of year getting a reputable HVAC specialist on short notice is nearly impossible. Sun A/C worked with my schedule, Jim, Rusty down to the whole crew showed up on time, assessed any concerns and made it right. The key here is made it right. We are all humans, and things sometimes don’t work as intended, but real service is how you handle the challenges with customers and make things the way they should be. Rusty’s team showed up on time to replace our existing AC compressor and coils. In addition he performed a holistic review of our total AC system and measured temperatures and pressures at different locations in the ductwork. He added a 2nd air filter box to increase the air intake to match the capacity of the system. Basically he corrected the flawed design of our home builder. The AC works now how it suppose to be.

Only reason why im changing my review is because i got a phone call back from someone very polite and understanding my frustration today when trying to both reach the place and, get the accurate info on the phone on all 4 times i called and never got told that the place was closed...I honestly hate reviewing negatively to hard working people, moreover nowadays with all this pandemic going on but, need to understand that driving almost 2 hours or so just to find a place that has an address on google to later find out that the address is not the right one, is just frustrating .Please, CHANGE OR UPDATE the address on google and , also have your staff tell or ask customers what they need so we know you dont sell parts or whatever so we dont waste time and gas trying to reach your place to be told at the main gate, that the place is closed .. ( time and gas ) = $$$ LOST..Thank you for the call ( that i could not answer at this moment ), i will get back to you tomorrow to see if you can help out ...
