    Their fall exhibit caught our eyes, so we stopped. Very nice assortment of pumpkins and they offer a pumpkin painting area so you can customize your pumpkin. Come and enjoy it with the family.

    Thanks Strategic Air for repairing my heat right before the storm arrived. Eric was the technician who stopped by on the same day at 6pm for diagnostics. He is nice and professional. He explained to me the problem with many details. I would strong recommend him and Strategic Air. I have used a few services nearby (southwest Austin and Dripping Spring). Strategic Air is the best!

    When our system failed, it was still 99 outside, we werent sleeping and therefore we were not thinking straight. We immediately signed a very bad contract with our usual AC guys company, financed with abysmal rates and just all around--a poor decision.But, our friends lent us a portable AC unit, and I snapped to my senses, cancelled the bad deal and took 5 estimates in one day.Enter Ryan, from Strategic, who came over within 20 minutes of a phone call.No nonsense. And he was the best deal BY FAR. If you call them, and you found them on GOOGLE or Yelp, you should mention that because they sometimes have [very] special pricing if you find them through reviews, etc. *You do NOT have to shell out 10K as a certainty in the Austin area! Its not a hard and fast rule.Ryans quote was so good, it made the other companies suggest that his installers would rush, and create an unsafe environment (they DIDNT).Ricky and Preston were polite, quiet and got right down to it. They were there within 24 hours to install.My impression is that this is a hardworking company who wants your business now and long term, end of story. I am pleased with how this turned out.

    It was Saturday night, 3am and I woke up hot. Checked the AC system and it wasn’t cooling. Everything had power but no cooling. Our normal company is awesome but they were closed on Sunday so I called these guys. Was able to get on the schedule and Jake showed up knowledgeable and with the compressor on his truck. Turns out our system was in good order these compressors just go out sometimes. Anyway he found a few things we could work on sent us some estimates and collected for the compressor. Easy cheesy. Was glad to find honest folks with availability to help us since it’s still 95 in October…. Would recommend.

    Strategic Air Services is awesome and very easy to work with. I called and they were able to fit me in same day for a technician to come out which, in my experience, is unheard of. My technician Jake L. was top notch. Came right on time, walked me through the inspection he was going to perform, did a thorough inspection, provided me a detailed rundown of what he found/saw/etc, and gave me advice/pointers on what to watch for etc. Top notch service from Jake and the Strategic Air Services team.thanks guys!

    Ricky Gillmaster and his apprentice did a great job running a new lineset for a mini split issue we had. Was losing Freon so Ac and heat weren’t working but could not find a leak in the handler inside or the outside unit. They put a new one line in and the heat is back on! Very informative and professional! Fair price!

    Thought that I had a minor wiring problem replacing a thermostat and just couldnt figure it out. Cold weather was coming up and needed professional help. It was Friday night and thought I would have to wait until the morning or Monday. Jake came out promptly and diagnosed a major problem and had the system up and running in 30 minutes. He explained everything and walked me through the procedure. Jake is the best!

    Front to back these guys were great to work with from my initial call on Friday afternoon to a complete system installed by 2pm Sat… Ryan was great providing options and a very competitive price, and Ricky and Preston did a great job installing and showing me everything an owner should know about a new system… they exceeded my expectations… highly recommend!!I had a follow on service call from the install and Trevor and Eric were patient and diagnosed things and got my outside unit stabilized, elevated and sitting flush and level… they also fixed the clogged drain pipe, cleaned up and Trevor educated me on routine maintenance and helped me understand the system… really good old school knowledgeable guys!

    An extremely honest bunch of folks who luckily happen to be our neighbors as well. We were quoted 3500 for repairing our AC unit by a company which had been ripping us for 10 years. Strategic fixed the problem at 1/10 th of the cost. A coupled of days later I happened to try my hand at installing a thermostat , was almost there , the guys came back and worked out the kinks at no extra cost. Jake and Chad have been exceptional.

    If you’re looking for a company that is honest, does a great job, look no further. I called 7 companies and had 2 come out and tried to charge me for things that I didn’t need done. I have a mini split that is under warranty and with the warrantied part and serviced needed to fix the issue they were trying to charge me 400$ less than installing a new unit. I finally called Strategic Air. I explained my issue and how hard it was to find an honest company that was t trying to take advantage of people. Even though I was out of their area of service by a few miles they took the job and charged me a fair price. Highly recommend!

    Strategic Air Services is great! I HIGHLY recommend them. After talking to Ryan this morning he was able to coordinate a coil replacement for this afternoon (the same day!). Ricky Gillmaster and Thomas were here a short while later and got the job done. Ricky went above and beyond to walk me through the process and was even done sooner than expected. Im blown away at the level of customer service and follow through by these guys.

    I want to compliment the service level we received from Ricky, Jake, and the rest of the crew at Strategic Air. We did a whole house upgrade and added two mini-splits. No small job! Ricky was always there for us as customers, responding quickly to even the smallest requests and he consistently delivered. I look forward to cranking up the new mini-splits in our new sunroom and the garage! I am switching my semi-annual inspection agreement to Strategic Air based on the service we have received.

    Ryan came out and gave me an estimate to replace my evaporator coil. He was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be done. After getting a few estimates I went with Strategic Air Services and was very pleased with the experience. Ricky came out and took care of the coil and my AC was back in business.     Great service prompt arrival time the tech ( Trevor) was extremely knowledgeable had great interpersonal communications was quite professional and it was a great experience to deal with him ( who would ever think air conditioner leak could be a positive experience! ) i would recommend calling on him and if he represents the level of the people at strategic i would have to say you wont get better. Each company was excited to complete the work; however, comparing the level of customer service, quality of explaining the work, and pricing the job, Strategic Air Service checked all the boxes. I will be recommending them to family and friends. They were quickly less than half what the others were charging, and the turnaround was less than half the wait time.

    These guys are great! Fast , reliable, fair price, efficient, responsive.Kevin on the phone, Jay comi g on site by quickly diagnosing and fixing our AC.After 2 miserable days of AC off and extreme heat in our home, we needed a quick fix!So, I found them on Google, called them , and they came a few hours later on tge same day to diagnose it. The issue was the blower, a relatively big issue.They took care of contacting the manufacturers for the parts warranty, and came the next day with the right piece to fix our AC.I am now writing under a cool, refreshing atmosphere again. In other words, these guys are great, highly recommended!

    We were not able to get the current vendor, who, by the way, we pay a platinum service fee for, to come look at our AC, so I called Strategic. Jake was wonderful and very helpful. I know that he could have easily clocked out for the night, but he came to our house to help. I would highly recommend them for service and will be looking at switching our service.

    I cannot say enough great things about Strategic Air Services, I will never use another HVAC company in ATX.I needed to replace one of my HVAC units so I shopped for quotes from 12 different companies. I ended up choosing Strategic because they were the most responsive to all of my questions and had a very competitive pricing. The final in-person inspection for the installation quote was very straight forward and Ryan who came out did not try to push any additional sales and even called to see if the team could do it same day since my system was going in and out.Then Ricky showed up a few hours later with 2 young apprentice to replace my heat pump and air handler. The young guys were okay and still learning, but Ricky really stayed on top of them to make sure they were doing the job well. Then during the install, something wonky started happening with my second system that hadnt had any issues before. Most HVAC techs Ive called in ATX were too new and had to call their bosses for answers, or even senior techs often fumbled. But Ricky really knew his stuff of exactly which wires to check and used process of elimination to get my system back up and running. He didnt even charge me for this extra work and then went back to finishing up the install, as well as checking over all of the work his team did.Strategic also offers a military discount and theyre one of the few companies that do not charge a credit card fee. I highly recommend these guys and definitely would request Ricky!

Jake identified the problem, made us aware of the problem and potential issues, and got them fixed all in less than 2 hours. Jake was thorough, pleasant, and very professional. He took his time explaining everything to us so we understood our options.     We were satisfied and happy to work with Strategic Air Services. They went above and beyond to find us the OEM part which had to be rush shipped from another city. They were the only HVAC company that were willing to come out to fix our issue within a timeframe that worked for our renter without charging us an after-hours fee.     Best AC Tech/ Replacement in Austin!My AC has has had trouble reaching and staying at our desired temperature since we bought our house in October, 2023. It was installed in 2016. Over the last few months our electric bill has sky rocketed and we needed a fix. My first call was to Radiant because of there frequent 5-star reviews...boy was that a mistake. We ended up going through a 5-hour process for them to provide a quote for a new 3-ton 2 stage AC for $24k.Fortunately a close friend was with us and said the cost was insane. He immediately recommended Strategic Air who he had used for a recent AC replacement. We called Strategic Air at 830pm on a weekday and within 30 minutes Ryan was at our door to take a look.From the get-go Ryan was a sight for sore eyes! He was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable, and got to work to figure out what we ACTUALLY needed.When it got down to pricing a replacement I love that Strategic Air has a hard copy book with their prices. I dont trust someone typing things on their computer to determine what the price is going to be (Radiant). Strat Airs prices were WAY lower than Radiant for the same ACs. Ryan is a Vet, like myself, and gave an incredibly fair offer (more than 50% discount from what Radiant charged for a 3-ton Variable Stage - top of the line AC).They got me on the schedule for the following day and had a great crew w/ two Master HVAC technicians to install. They got the new HVAC, Compressor, and thermostat installed in under half-a-day.Their customer service has been incredible throughout. When there were a few minor requests I had they got out to my home same-day to take a look at NO COST!I cannot recommend them enough. Dont be fooled by 1K+ reviews. If you want high quality premium service please know you dont have to pay Radiants prices to get it!We are life long customers! Thanks so much Strat Air!!!

    Im the facilities director for a North Austin school.     Such an easy experience working with the Strategic Air team!From gaining initial insight for our homes HVAC needs and receiving options/estimates in a timely manner all the way through to the install and follow-up for any outstanding items, the SAS team was great to work with.Ryan was a great single point of contact to work with both pre- and post-sales. He understood our situation and was clear in communicating his advice as well as helping to facilitate any questions we had throughout the process. He also acted as an advocate for us when we had requests following the installation.Chad - and the entire install team - was great to work with.     Writing this as the team is finishing up installing my new variable speed Daiken Fit, 4 ton.The Strategic Air Services team was fantastic from start to finish!First, an estimator named Ryan, a certified HVAC technician himself, provided a free quote and built it himself. Unlike the other 4 companies that relied on non certified sales people who called back to gather data for technician to build back from the office, Ryan gave me the confidence I needed, ensuring I was receiving the right system for a very competitive price.On installation day, Strategic Air Services sent 2 Master HVAC technicians (Ricky & Chad) and an HVAC apprentice (Preston) to to perform the work. All 3 were incredibly professional, demonstrably knowledgeable, and quite courteous as they worked around me during my work from home meetings. When they encountered an unforeseen problem with the equipment, Ryan immediately called me, explained the situation in terms I could understand, and took care of the issue free of charge.Overall, I highly recommend this company. Strategic Air Services offered the most competitive pricing and provided quality service. I will be recommending them as the preferred vendor for my HOA to share with all my neighbors.

    Our ac unit was blowing hot air we called them around five pm and they said they would be here between 7-9 pm the same day wow very good service man showed up during time we were told went right to work found the problem fixed it and put on new thermostat he was done in an hour.     Its simple, call these guys first!!! You will not have to make anymore calls. I needed a complete full house unit install. Called and Matt came out to our house on the same day, gave me multiple options, let me think and choose the model. I called to proceed, Chad and Ryan (2 very professional and knowledgeable guys) came the very next day with the entire A/C unit, attic and condenser, and everything else needed, and hauled off our old unit. They were in our attic all day in 100+ degree weather! After everything was done, they stayed with us to ensure it was working properly and had no issues. We have never, ever had any work done at our house with this kind of superior service. Strategic Air is on top of it, the best!

    I wanted to replace my undersized HVAC system and saw Strategic Air Services through Google searches. Mikey responded right away and was here in about an hour. He looked it over and gave me a quote. This was on Friday and on Monday his team was here at 8:00 a.m. ready to change out the unit. Ricky and Chris had the old unit out in an hour. About six hours later Ricky informed me it was running. He also had to upgrade the breaker which he did. Mikey got the breaker out to Ricky quickly. Ricky and Chris got everything right and checked out including the new heater without any problems. They cleaned up everything also so you couldnt tell they were here. Great service and great people. The next day Mikey called to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I told him their work and people were what you want to see and hope you get when you have work like this done.
