George was wonderful.However, I have had multiple problems with your phone people. I kept telling them that I received all parts and they would say I was on the schedule for an appointment and then it would cancel out because “all parts had not been delivered.” Katelyn, Bianca (by far the worst), and Jonathan did not do their jobs. I finally found a different number and got in touch with Ernesto (God bless this man) who told me that the appointments would keep getting canceled because no one had checked the box that said “all parts have been received.”

I recently had an issue with my air conditioner and called through my home warranty. I wish I payed closer attention to the Technician’s Name. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem to me in a way I could easily understand. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also provided helpful tips for future maintenance. I’m very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him for any AC repairs!”

I would give 5 stars for today’s service but the fact that it has only been two weeks since I had to service my fridge for the SAME issue I just can’t do it. I had to pay an additional service charge for a 2nd technician to come out and thoroughly complete the job. It was a simple issue but there is a correct way to fix it (ie steamer vs hair dryer) so that I am not calling again two weeks later. I don’t feel like I should have had to pay for today.

Jeremiah was knowledgeable, professional and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part which was shipped and arrived overnight, and he was back to do the installation in two days (holiday was in between). I am very pleased and will use this service for other appliance repair.

The rep was nice and professional. I had him come because i had an issue with my ac. He understood he was there for a heater maintenance. He didnt ck my outside unit. He did ck the thermostat and did put in new batteries. He did flush the drain as i told him i had put bleach in to hopefully resolve my issue prior to his coming.

Timothy was our repair guy and he was on time, extremely knowledgeable about what was needed in order to complete the repair. He filled out the information in his report and spoke to others about why the fridge could not be fixed. He was unable to fix the refrigerator but he explained that the process was still being addressed and explained to others what weve been dealing with for over 2 months while waiting...still waiting with broken fridge but it wasnt his fault. Evidently they dont make parts for our fridge anymore. Weve only had it for 16 months before it completely defrosted as in hot on the inside of fridge and freezer. He was super helpful with explaining everything and did everything humanly possible. The part that we need to fix it just does not exist...so, still waiting for a resolution and trying to be patient while my expensive $3200 fridge takes up space in my kitchen...but I dont blame the repair guy, he was great...the part just doesnt exist!

Tom our service technician called to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was very respectful and told us he was here for our service checkup. We felt very good about his visit. Tom informed us Sears not only has an appliance service program, but they also have a home warranty program which we didn’t know about. I would recommend Sears appliance service to others.

I was sent multiple emails and texts confirming my appointment, then tracking the technician, and giving me his estimated time of arrival. Juan was courteous, and friendly, telling us exactly what he was doing as he did it. He was fast and efficient! He even took the time to clean up a little bit of water that dripped off the freezer drawer as he replaced the icemaker. Will definitely use their services again.

My Sears technician diagnosed my challenge immediately. Sadly they do not carry compressors on their trucks. The part (still under warranty) was shipped to me in less than a week. I did have to pay the labor upfront (Sears’ policy). They scheduled an appt to place the parts 3 business days later. He brought an assistant. They both wore shoe covers. They were efficient, professional, polite, and clean. Very pleasant to deal with.

Earnest was great, but I would not suggest this service ever! I must say he really seems to know what he’s doing. Sears home service used to be amazing, but they seem to have outsourced absolutely everything. We will hold the accountable to finish this job but will never use them again under there current business model. There is no chance of speaking with an actual human. We lost an entire fridge and freezer because they kept delaying our service, and we have spent near $1,000 already.

It seems to work under a load but will most likely shorten engine life. Sears should replace this with one that works correctly.Additional comments: Sears responded here that they would correct this. However, it has been two weeks and I have not heard a word from them.If they do rectify the problem, I will udate again.

This defective item had compressor failure twice since purchased. I no longer have faith in their products nor do I recommend that people purchase from them.
