I have been using SDW for years. Brandon has been our main point of contact throughout the years. He kept our older A/C unit running for years. When it was time to replace the unit Brandon shared his knowledge and reasons why I didn’t make financial sense to keep repairing the older unit. Brandon has always given great customer service, responsive and been super efficient.Highly recommended

Brandon with SDW Services has been our go to for AC services for years. He helped us with repairs on our old AC to get us through couple more years, and was so helpful when it went out in getting us a new unit installed in the height of the August heat. Would highly recommend!

Had a few issues with the house unit and called SDW. Brandon was able to come out the same day. He came out the same day and got the issue resolved very quickly. We noticed our ac wasnt cooling properly last night. We were referred SDW by friends. They were able to schedule us for today. Brandon came out and checked everything accordingly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our condenser fan motor needed to be replaced. He had the part ready and installed in no time! Thank you for coming out and helping us with our ac!

Thank you to SDW Services, after the hurricane, our ac condenser went out, we called for help, and within hours their crew was out. They diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix it on the spot! It’s very enjoyable to have a family based company, in Houston, to be able to rely on. Couldn’t recommend SDW more! I truly appreciate how the office lady, Shelly, is always ready to lend a hand and go out of her way to accomidate to my needs. Great company!

Spencer Williams and his crew have installed and maintained all our gear over the last 12 years - a/c unit, water heater, washer, dryer. All have worked well with minimal maintenance over the years since then. Still do!
