    The RCI Technician was absolutely wonderful. I believe his name might be Salvatore. In any event, he was conscientious, did expert workmanship, and was committed to getting our air going before he left for the evening. We have had a number of technicians from RCI in the past and they’re all very good. Today’s Technicians was truly outstanding. I will of course always use RCI in the future.. A company is only as good as its workforce. All your technicians are real credit to your company and your management!

    Very pleased with the overall experience. I contacted them in the morning and by the afternoon, a technician was at our home. Ed asked a few questions, and immediately knew what to do.     About a year and half ago I had an AC problem and the company I had been using for years had gone out of business. I called RCI and the service was excellent. This week one of my units stopped working so I called RCI, from the person that took my call to the technicians that responded all were professional and courteous. Both times the response was faster than I was used to.I will continue to use RCI and will recommend them.They came out today and it was a different tech, this gentleman was polite and professional.     Best AC service I’ve ever had. Noticed my AC went out last night. I called RCI this morning and they dispatched a technician, Salvatore, he was very pleasant and efficient. Diagnosed my problem, obtained required parts needed and my house is now very cool. I’ve never seen a technician and a service truck so clean and organized. First class professional service.

    Julio and his assistant came to discuss with me, my holie “rat eaten” duct work system in my attic… I’ve lived in this house for more than 50 years and my electric bill has been going up and up and my air conditioning. Comfort has been going down and down.. Julio came on time and he’s a big guy - he got up into my attic to check it out what was wrong.. tell me he could fix it an give me a fair price. I told him to go ahead and before the day was over it was all done, and he told me that the repair should last another 10.years. ( unless the rats return)!We were more than satisfied with the professionalism of this team and the company. I certainly would recommend.

    The best experience I have ever had with an air conditioning service. To start with Molly was the best! Prompt service..when it was 98 degrees out we needed it.     RCI is the best!!! Our air broke in the middle of July! Called at 6:00 on a Wednesday and they determined we needed a new compressor. Air was fixed the very next day. The first time i met Mike for the estimate i told him what i wanted and he went over everything that i needed to do. He was crystal clear in the process and in his estimate. I replace two units with him and the work was outstanding. His guys worked well and were very polite.     So thankful to have found RCI as our go-to A/C company in Miami. We used RCI to install a smart thermostat last September in our new home. We knew the air handler was old so we got honest advice from the technician. Instead of trying to up sell us, he told us everything looked good and to call them if we ever had issues. We’ve been using RCI to clean/maintain our unit since, as well as our rental unit down the street.Worst nightmare happened late last night...A/C was running but no cool air. I called at 7am desperate for help as the weather report forecasted high 80s. We had a technician Rodrigo at our home by 10am and he was super professional, kind, and prepared (wearing a mask for precaution). He had our A/C blowing cool air in 30 min.RCI is an honest company with high quality service. They’ve got a lifetime customer in me.

    Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning SystemThe specific work performed was to seal a Freon 22 leak in the outdoor coils of a 14 year old Trane XL15 unit. We had our previous a/c contractor out here in May, and they never even attempt to tell us there was a problem. Then I contacted another highly rated (by Yelp & Google) local company. It took them (Nationwide) two trips and $500 worth of Freon refill, to find out that they recommended a complete system replacement, because these aluminum lines to the coils could not be fixed.I finally turned to Trane.com and found RCI Air Condition. Called them early this Monday, explained the issue to Mike. He dispatched a Tech to my house within the hour as promised. Lazaro the tech quickly discovered the leak and explained my options and a solution to repair it. I gave him the OK and in 2 hrs.he had the leak repaired, all of the gas lines vacuumed and refilled with Freon 22. Lazaro was very knowledgeable and profesional, explaining every step. System is running and cooling well at this time. Thanks.
