Ive used Prolong Air for the last ten years of more. Theyre very responsive and reliable. A few years ago I bought two HVAC unit from them as well and Ive been very happy with my purchase since and I still use Prolong for inspections and maintenance.

We initially got a quote to replace our AC unit from Prolong Air Systems last July, but decided not to go with them. Fast forward 9 months, we gave them a call back because out AC was acting up. Benito was very knowledgeable, and our AC has been working great since his visit.

Benito with Prolong has taken care of my extended families AC systems for the last 15 years. Our first experience was when a family member’s old unit was close to failing. Benito was able to patch it up for a low cost so it can finish the season. Eventually, he replaced the unit at a competitive price. Another time, he replaced my upstairs unit since it was also at end of life.We wanted to fully use our garage year round so Benito installed a 18btu mini-split for us. It has been truly wonderful. Our garage is now very cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter, enabling us to use it for many family activities. This was especially important during COVID when extra space was welcomed. Our garage feels just like the inside of the house. It is not just temperature control, the garage mini-split manages the humidity of the garage.It should be noted that this is a small business and Benito treats his employees very well. That is always nice to see.Yes, A/Cs will break down, but I feel reassured having Benito in my phone directory.

Outstanding customer service and installation of what was needed. Very communicative in the process to keep you posted (via text). He can answer all questions when I ask to learn more about our home AC system. His crew is VERY professional, quick, and they are there to get the job done without wasting time. They all wore masks and had covers on their shoes so they would not track in dirt. Such a pleasure to work with. Honest assessment and good pricing.I HIGHLY recommend for your AC and heating needs without a doubt! Just trust me and thank me later.

Benito replaced 1 of our AC units in the past and is the first call we make for issues or for maintenance checks. He is excellent at communicating when we can expect him and has great follow through. Very professional and pleasant manner. We had previously used a large company out of Houston for service but they were difficult to nail down on time and were not nearly as responsive. Very happy to have been recommended ProLong by a friend for another more Iocal option.

Absolutely the best and fastest service Ive ever had - period! I called at 7:45 in the evening and my AC was repaired and cooling two hours later. No price gouging either, the cost was very fair.

I called Benito and told him my AC was not working he was at my home in 30min with his team they where all respectful and wore shoe covers face masks and addressed the problem immediately Benito had been out before and was very honest so I immediately thought of him with NO regrets they fixed the AC and the tab was very reasonableGreat service I will definitely use him again !!!!
