    I had a leak near my water heater. Turns out the water purifier was connected to the drain valve and leaking into the water catcher. The plumber was able to reroute the drainage to outside my home. It’s a little expensive on the weekends so I recommend calling them during the week day. They did a great job and I no longer have to worry about my water heater getting damaged.

    Water started coming out from the floor board in my downstairs guest bathroom. Panic! Professional Plumbing came out with special leak detection equipment; narrowed down the location and spent the better part of a day drilling, extracting water, finding and fixing the leak! Their work was excellent; their prices competitive; Beto and his partner were polite, gracious and very professional. Not only did they repair the leak, but they cleaned up everything after they were done. I would highly recommend Professional Plumbing for your plumbing needs and emergencies!

    A few months after professional landscaping my backyard I was experiencing a water leak. The landscaper has not completed warranty repairs and the leak was getting worse. I contacted Professional Plumbing for help. They asked for a picture to gauge what they might need for repairs and was able to do a same day appointment. They showed up and repaired my faucet which not only stopped the leak but was stronger and to standard. I would recommend Professional Plumbing for any plumbing services.

    I was every satisfied with the work done by Professional Plumbing. We had the pipes underneath the tub break and so in an effort to better the home we had the pipes fixed and the entire bathroom redone. The most important thing was that I had direct communication with them and they walked us through every step of the process. The workers were very respectful to my home and my family. I couldnt be more pleased with the end product. The bathroom is exactly what I wanted and looks just amazing.

    This is not the first time I have used their services. They have done a number of jobs for - from a simple toilet issue to major plumbing jobs regarding a team to fix. This time I needed a new faucet. What everyone needs to remember is that plumbing jobs cannot be diagnosed over the phone and sometimes in the process of doing a job, a bigger issue may be identified. I say this because the people before had a major issue and it took longer, so he could not come when promised -- but he called to keep me updated. He worked with me and my scheduled. I still had it fixed within 48 hours. His prices for me are reasonable because I have never had to call him back or anyone else to fix something he did. So you may be paying a tad more but it is worth. They also are respectful of your property and health, taking proper COVID measures.I used them again on 4/16/24 - I appreciate their consistency, timeliness, and have yet to call them for something they fix. They fix it once. Some might say prices are a pinch high but I would rather pay what I do for the peace of mind I get every time I call them.

    We had an emergency a few days ago where the turn off valve broke by our downstairs toilet and water came flooding in - gallons of water, before Hubby turned the main off .     The reason why I called Professional Plumbing was because of their great reviews. I set up an appointment, and they gave me a courtesy call before their arrival. Beto is very professional, patient, willing to see and hear all my plumbing issues, very knowledgeable, and he provided greatly quality of work. He gave me quotes on my other plumbing issues, which I will be calling to make appointments for those things. Today he was able to install two shower heads I purchased, and he fixed my heat setting on one of the shower faucet’s because it literally took 10 minutes for the water to get warm. He also recommended that I get pipes that are meant for water because when they built my house they used gas pipes and they painted them. He told me the gas pipe is causing a lot of rust and build up that is reducing my shower pressure. Which was true. I saw it when he removed the shower heads. Beto was great! I highly recommend Professional Plumbing! Thank you Beto!

    I called to have someone come out to service our water heater when the pilot went out and all of my troubleshooting didn’t resolve anything. They picked up the phone immediately, had availability right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were transparent with diagnostics, cost of repairs, and the cost/benefit of alternative solutions. When Beto couldn’t find a new part for me, he found an old valve and came back to install it within just a couple hours. Even better, when he went to replace it, he found a much easier and cheaper solution for me that did not require a replacement valve. He showed skill and integrity when many others would just want to make money. I will be calling them for any plumbing needs going forward!

    Great guys. Answered the phone right away, obviously in the middle of a job, and called me back as soon as they were finished. They got me sorted out the next morning because the one place in town that sells old style water heaters closes early and they arrived five minutes afterward. He got me the closest water heater to what I had that ended up being better and fit the space unlike the previous one. Excellent install because he cleaned up old and extra pipes that a previous plumber had left behind from the busted water heaters installation. I had forgotten to write a review until today when I had an outdoor plumbing issue that a different company had fixed. I called him to see if I needed him to come out and he took a couple of minutes to figure out the problem and saved me a service call and the embarrassment of getting mad at the other company for a common problem that I wouldnt have thought of myself. If youre worried about who to call in the northeast, these are the guys.

    Whoever I spoke to at 10:30pm solved my problem over the phone. I had a main line back up and I didnt know what to do. I called my home warranty because my house has been built less than a year ago. They didnt help me at all cough cough Classic American homes. When I called and explained my issue the man instantly said to open the drain valves on the outside of my house. I did just that and wow the water was coming out. I used a plunger on it and the water went down. This company will be my number pick if I have any problems with my plumbing. They dont take advantage of you because they solved my problem over the phone for free. Thank you to whoever picks up after hours. I will surly be back in contact if I have any issues. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    We had a water leak from Control Valve of our Water Heater early in the morning around 7am on New Years Eve. I called several places in the Northeast and I either had no answer or they couldnt help me until 10am or Afternoon. This place actually helped me quick. Beto Rivera was professional and had respect before entering asking if anyone was sick in the house. He wore his mask the whole time while fixing the problem. He fixed the problem fast and was very detailed in what had happened exactly to our water heater. I recommend and would use this company again for any of my plumbing needs should arise again.

    I called about the water valve for our dishwasher and they said to send them a photo of the valve and that they could have someone out in the next hour and gave me a quote. Not only did they show up earlier than an hour (within 30 minutes), but the quote was spot on and they even stayed to look at another sink in our house about a leak and didnt charge us. They charged us exactly what was quoted and I got a receipt sent directly to my phone.I would not call anyone else for plumbing work in the area. This should be your go-to. Absolute professionals.

He went above and beyond by completely replacing what couldn’t be saved anymore for a very reasonable price.
