I contacted Mr. Fonseca for checking over the a/c unit outside and up in the attic. After an hour, he had some questions. I explained to him why the ducts had a strong odor and asked him to check the attic again and inspect the ac unit in the attic where the smell of smoke was coming from. Long story short, it was a short circuit and he showed me the part and what needed to be replaced. UPDATE: The air was not working. Mr. Fonseca returned to inspect it and it was a smaller part that needed to be replaced. Despite the issues with the a/c it works and is functioning fully. He explained step by step what needed to be repaired and offered ways to reduce the high cost of running the a/c. We are pleased with the work he put into it and was always professional and courteous. He offered to install a portable unit and did a great a job. I highly recommend Omni Air Conditioning Solutions.
