Heat stopped working even the unit was running. I was able get an appointment with Nova Air in the next business day. I asked for the repair and general maintenance. He completed the general maintenance and was able to fix the issue. Heat is back on again. With the maintenance, he will come back in 6 months to check the units.I highly recommend their service.

We had a great experience with Nova. We called Friday had someone out Friday night for a free quote. They didn’t try to sell us more then we needed and the price to replace the unit outside, the furnace and the inside part for the zone system was a few thousand less then a couple quotes we had. They came out that Monday and quickly installed the new one.they cleaned up after themselves and give a great warranty to boot. We highly recommend them, they did a great job!

All five star reviews of this place are correct. I found this place on FB. I gave them a call and they came out and gave me a free quote. The price was so great I went with them. These guys are very punctual. I scheduled a time for a Saturday between 8 and 10. I woke up at around 830 and saw part of the crew already waiting. Then the Nova Air van came around 9am. After about 30 minutes of setting up they began work at 930. Salvador said the job should take around 5 hours. They were done in 4. That includes clean up. These guys are great. They practically left no foot print. And if you want your air ducts cleaned they work with another business that does that too. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Ac stopped cooling in 100 degree weather on a Saturday. Nova air was one of many we called for repairs and they responded promptly. They are the business owners responding to calls unlike others who have answering services that do not have access to scheduling. They had the part on hand for the repairs and completed the work reasonably well. We took one star because we had to call them 2x before we got a clear timeline of their arrival time. So communicating with us was lacking. But honest legit family business. Would use them again.

I called Nova air due to my AC suddenly not working Sunday morning. Eduardo picked up my call and let me know up front what the extra fee for a Sunday dispatch would be and what the fee would be if I chose to wait until Monday. The Sunday dispatch fee was very reasonable so I asked if he could put me on the schedule for the same day. Eduardo was on site within 2 hours and had my AC repaired within an hour after that. He was extremely polite and explained to me what the problem was and what he did to repair the problem. The overall bill was half of what I expected it to be for a Sunday repair call. My AC is running great now. I could not be happier with the prompt and honest service that I received. I will continue to use Nova in the future and highly recommend these folks to anyone else.

8/14/2019 my AC died after 17 years of Texas heat. I had the old R22 unit. I first called one the big name companys that you hear on the radio to just come out and check it out.I waited from 7:00am till 2pm with no call back for when they be able to make it. I know it was the Hottest day of the year but, if you say yes I can get you service today I would at least like a call to say when or a ballpark so i am not sitting in a hot house all day. After searching on the phone for other companys and worring how bad the damage would be. My facebook rolled up a ad for Nova Air Local here in Mesquite with a price on a new unit listed for around the size unit i would need. I had a bad feeling my compressor went out this time and wanted to have a idea of what to expect. Being a single income home. I also had did some price search for the Buy it online and well connect you with a guy to install. But who knows when right?.These guys came within 30 mins of my call. They gave me 4 quotas of fixing the old unit. replacing the outside unit only, and 2 different size full packages that all would do the job fine. I tell you they beat the buy it online store price and with a way better quality unit for the price. No worries on when. They were able to install next day in a day. They showed up when they said they would. They kept the house clean. the work was clean. It even looked to me like they replaced the old power box on the outside for the outside unit. I feel Like I got a very good price, and would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of a great service provider in my home town mesquite.

This is the third time we have had Nova out for service. Hector was the technician on our call today and as with all of our visits from Nova we were very satisfied. We just picked them out online the first time we called because they were local. We had used the big name companies in the past and we were always suspicious of what we were told and they were always expensive. When I say this company deserves all 5 stars plus some I mean exactly that.Id been searching for a company to replace my entire air conditioning system and almost given up due to the outrages prices and the unclearness of what exactly they were charging all the extra fees for. Well, the Lord guided my attention to this company as I was scrolling through my Facebook page. I gave them a call and without hesitation Mr. Sal immediately said he could come out on the same day to provide me a quote. Did I mention the quote was FREE? Yep, absolutely free with no obligations to purchase.Approximately a week later Id come up with most of the money for purchase. I contacted Mr. Sal and asked if he would be willing to give me an additional percent off if I paid in full. He agreed and a date/time was scheduled. They contacted me prior to arrival and they arrived punctual. My doorbell was having some difficulties and instead of just leaving Mr. Sal sent me a text to let me know the Tech was outside waiting. The Tech introduced himself and immediately began setting up.I inquired about relocating my outside unit and they explained my options to me. Without further ado, they moved the unit without any additional fees attached (an extra incentive which I truly am grateful). I was given an estimated time of completion between 4-5 hours and that included clean up. Yep, they even cleaned up everything without a sight of any work had been done. Saying these guys are great is an understatement; they were phenomenal!!!!If you are looking for GREAT work, GREAT system, GREAT communication, and GREAT prices theres no need to look any further :)BTW: Ive already recommended them to another family who will be calling them for their service.#Mr. Sal, Im finally cool and comfortable in my home. Nova first came out to repair our outside unit which worked for about two weeks, the work done was solid and in the evening so we were impressed. We knew the system was aged already so when Nova came out and said a new system was needed, we were expecting it.Hector gave us quotes and options. Once we decided we scheduled the system install and Nova did not disappoint! The quality of work is awesome and the value is great! Nova was the first company to return my request for urgent assistance. I was so appreciative because I was told I would have to cut the shower wall to do this and that was not the case. Ive had this issue addressed with 2 other companies and they never resolved the issue. Salvador accessed the problem, showed me pictures of what was wrong in the attic and repaired it. He waited to see if the temperature started to rise. He was very professional and safe during this Covid mess. Hes very reasonably priced andvery knowledgeable! Im going to be a customer for life! Our AC hadnt turned on in 2 days, thankfully there was cooler weather so we werent in a huge hurry to address the issue. Salvador, however, responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes and was able to come to our home the very next day.He text 25 minutes prior to arriving and arrived wearing a mask and booties which was appreciated! He was very courteous and professional. He explained the issue and gave us a quote, once we agreed he was finished within an hour of arriving.Will make sure to use Nova Air Conditioning again!!

He explained to me the process of having to replace a unit using a Home Warranty and answered every single question I had in the best possible way. After that I started shopping around for prices on new units installed. After searching and comparing prices with 4 different companies I called Salvador and after giving me the estimate i decided to go with them since they have great prices, warranty, financing, and the best of all Salvador treats you with respect. Its my pleasure to write something about nova air conditioning. I changed the complete HVAC system last year. Last week for an unknown reason, the compressor was not working. I texted them, they came within an hour. Found out that the compressor stopped working. They told me that they were going to replace the compressor. But it was talking time to get it shipped from Louisiana. They did not keep me waiting but replaced the complete outside unit. Salvador is very knowledgeable and gentle person. He kept his promise anybody can rely on him. Iram and his team are very professional. They did excellent job. For HVAC need, my first choice will always be Nova air. My sincerest thamks to you all. I typically dont do review but these guys are great and deserve all the 5 stars.I contacted another large well known, well advertised company for a routine HVAC tune up on my AC unit that was working fine. They concluded that I had a very small leak and since the freon level was a little low that it was the beginning of the leak and that I would need to replace the coils. Since my coils were under warranty, they could replace it for $1500. I later asked for the pictures of the leak but he said he did not have it but there was oil on my coils and it would not be visible on the picture.I contacted Salvador - who gave me a better quote to replace the coils. We however decided to verify if the coils were truly leaking or not. One of the techs came out (? Hector, I believe) and did a thorough assessment of the units, showing me everything he was doing, explained all the numbers and concluded that there was not a leak. He also put on covers for his shoes which was very nice.I really appreciated the honesty of the company and the fair pricing that they provide. I will use these guys for all my HVAC needs from now on.
