Me and my sisters car needed some urgent work on our cars. My sisters advisor was Carlos Flores, the whole time her car was in there it was great, all thanks to Carlos! He helped us out so much, explained in detail everything that was going on and kept us updated the whole time. They fixed the car super quick (we thought it was going to take way longer). When my car got issues, I payed a tow service from Katy all the way to this service center and made sure Carlos would be my advisor. And again it was smooth sailing, he was awesome! Car was out quick, and I felt so happy with the whole service from beginning to end.Thanks for everything Carlos!Will for sure recommend this service center and Carlos to others, and now gained a loyal customer!

Nestor my service advisor has been great. I’ve had two long term repairs and the customer service he provides is above and beyond. He has helped me a lot by doing a lot of the leg work with the claims and getting things approved. Very communicative about longer time repairs. Always have me in a rental when I need. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. Last time i got work done on my car here i felt like i was being overcharged for the work being done and no one could give me a clear explanation of what was wrong with my car. When i left they told me what else i needed done to make my car safe. I waited 3 months until i had the money and decided to give tom peacock one more chance to make me feel confident with my purchase, she definitely did that! Thank you so much for working with me and getting the repairs done in a timely manner. Ill be back next time i need something done on my car!

Pablo Rivera provided me with exceptionally great service. His professionalism and updates helped me be at ease on my first visit. I really enjoyed all the free perks such as the free delicious columbian coffee with the variety of creamers, computer work counter with electrical outlets. I actually finished my work, the clean restroom, the two televisions waiting area, cozy big chairs and free carwash. I will certainly return for all my vehicle needs. I would like to give accolades to Scott the manager. I purchased my vehicle in August of 2019 a brand new 2020 so being new you would think I would not have so many issues with the vehicle. Moving forward I was spending every weekend at the dealership trying to figure why I had to keep getting a boost when the battery was replaced. On this Wednesday I called frustrated because I had just pumped gas into my car and guess what the car wouldn’t start. I said enough is enough I called the dealership and asked for the manager. Scott was very helpful and assisted all of my concerns even though it was close to their closing time and I did not have an appointment. He waited and made sure everything I needed was complete on my car and I was satisfied. I haven’t had any problems as of yet. Thank you Scott for being so awesome.Dorris Knotts

They always do a great and thorough job. I recently had an issue that my extended warranty would not cover and Peacock took care of me. They have always been polite and explained the service throughly. As a woman, getting my car maintenanced used to come with a lot of harassment and upselling. NOT HERE! I feel treated with respect and professionalism. Anytime additional maintenance is suggested they email me a full report of why and how much it will cost. Seriously a great dealership.

Brought my Leaf here for a repair under warranty. I saw some negative reviews, but decided to give them a try since they were close to my house. I made a appointment online and dropped off the car. They diagnosed the issue the next day and told me to come back for a courtesy rental since it would be a few days. My service advisor was Feliz Fuentes and he was very helpful. It took a few days longer than expected, but they fixed everything and Feliz kept me updated. It was a positive experience.

Renee and Esteban were professional and courteous....wonderful! I am a customer of Haas Nissan but it made no difference. I was immediately taken care of eventhough you were busy and it was an hour before closing. I am on a cane, and Esteban had my car brought to me in a closer location so I wouldnt have to walk so far. And Renee walked me to my car to be sure I didnt fall.I got my lease Rogue at Haas in Tomball. But you can be sure when its time for a new lease or car, I will be coming to Peacock!Please see that the appropriate people see this text. This wonderful lady who worked in the service area went above and beyond she let me use her charger and went to go get my cord to charge my phone from my car while it was being service. I recently bought a used car from Tom Peacock Nissan. Various warning lights came on the day after I took delivery, including one telling me that the passenger airbag wasnt working . I tried working with my salesman to get them resolved. I even tried going through my salesmans boss and the Sales Manager. After nearly 2 weeks of begging for help to no avail and not allowing anyone to ride in the passengers seat, Rich Hoch, the service director happened to be the one who answered the phone at the dealership when I called. I apologized up front and warned him that I was about to unload weeks of frustration on him. He listened to me retell the story and then said hed do some research and call me at 8a the next morning with a solution. He did just as he said. I got an appointment and in the course of this one appointment, all the issues were resolved and continue to be resolved. While Im disinclined to ever buy another car from Tom Peacock Nissan, I will take my car there for service as long as Rich Hoch is involved in my cars care.

I went in not knowing what was wrong with my baby Anna (2016 Altima). After getting the run around from another dealership I found Tom Peacock and decided to seek much needed help. All I could do was speculate what was going on with her. I begin working with Yamilia and right away she told me what she knew and what she was going to do to get me back on the road again. I was kept fully informed with what was going on with Anna. I was given a day for me to be able to pick her up and she was ready that very day. Yamilia made all the nerve racking phone calls for me and got my car back to me all ready for me to drive brand new. I just want to Thank Yamilia and Tom Peacocks technician that worked on my baby.
