They are absolutely amazing and very nice. I called after 5pm or 6pm and with 10 minutes someone was calling to schedule to come out and fix. The tech Jason was going to come out that night but had to come next morning. When I said he went above and beyond, thats an understatement. He told me about both systems and a computer thing I have on tip of one that cleans air. Told exactly what issue was and explained it was us not being told about suctioning pipes that come off AC that lead to issue. Educated me on how all works and importance of keeping them vacuumed out. Showed where hose of one came off of pipe under sink in laundry room, which we wondered why it was clogging and found out why by his educating me. The price was very well priced also for all he did and showed me some other issues the other AC people should have fixed when they came out. We will definitely be using this company for now on and getting their maintenance plan where they come out every 6 months before winter and summer it is definitely worth it.

One of my AC units had went out and my master bedroom was reaching over 80 degrees. When I called Murray AC at 430 pm the next available wasn’t until the next day. Well I have cancer and my body temperature is already out of whack so there was no way I could possibly wait until the next day. The ENTIRE Murray team is professional, attentive, and very trustworthy. We were recently out of the country on vacation with multiple hours time difference, family (20yo/17yo) was staying out our house caring for our dogs. We received a high humidity alert from our HVAC system and because of previous experience with this team, we immediately knew we had to call Murray first to see if they could help and we are so glad we did.We called as soon as they opened, explained our situation; the Murray team took it from there! The receptionist went the extra mile to find a same day appointment time slot, the Technician (Robert) texted with us the whole time to keep us informed. Robert even moved our car (neither family member drives) to access the attic unit. It gets better! Robert turned around -after he had wrapped up- to replace the existing filter when I mentioned we had a spare.If you’re in need of seasonal maintenance or emergency repairs do yourself and your stress level a favor and reach out to the Murray team before all others; you will not be disappointed.

Murray installed a complete HVAC system and new duct work 12 years ago and it is still running like new. Not required for service, but they have an honest and beneficial annual maintenance contract. They make sure everything is within specifications and make adjustments as necessary. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. The schedule lady called and told me a higher price. When Robert came he confirmed the initial price was correct so I dont know why the scheduling lady had a differentprice list. Hopefully they get that worked out as I almost canceled my appointment due to conflicting pricing. My unit is still under warranty as they were the installer so I went with them anyway.

I recently had a scare and wanted to share. I work from home was in a meeting with my doors closed. I walk out of the the study and my home was filled with this haze. It looked like I was walking through the clouds. I checked inside and outside the house and everything looked fine. Not knowing what it was I called 911. They came out and found that my air handler was leaking freon, which create this haze. I called Murray AC and I cannot remember the ladies name that I talked to but she was so sweet. I explained the situation and she fit me in right away. Someone from Murray AC was at my door within a couple of hours to take a look. They said they needed a part and would follow up with me. Later that day got the call from the same lady and said a technician would be here between 10-12 tomorrow. It was warm but we made it through the night. The next morning someone was here at 8:30 to start working on it. I know what excellent customer service is. I will say that from the lady who answered the phone to the technicians that serviced the AC, they were superb! I never used Murray AC but when you see excellent service delivered, there would be no need to look elsewhere. Excellent job Murray AC! I appreciate all your help and had to take a moment to rate your service.

Murray AC will always go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of. I had contacted Murray this past weekend with 100+ temperatures outside with a failing capacitor. Tim Murray sent out Jason one of his technicians to replace the capacitor. After the capacitor was installed Jason preformed diagnostics on the unit. He did find that the fan motor was not running as it should, so he also replaced the motor making sure my unit was perfect working condition. If you are ever in a AC bind call Murray AC in La Vernia.
