We had our AC replaced by Martin Mechanical and they did a fantastic job! Travis is honest and fair. Anytime you have to deal with your AC it can be scary, but Travis walked us through step by step and explained everything.

We have used Martin Mechanical for about three years, and have always had fantastic service. Travis is always very honest, and genuinely wants to find the root of the issue with your A/C problems. Everything we have had an issue, Travis has been quick to work us into his schedule, and solves our problem.Recently, we had him come out just to ensure the system was working accordingly. He found our drain pan was partially clogged and completed a cleaning, and he repair/reconnected three ducts that had come loose. In the end, our system has been working better than ever.

The most important and valuable aspect of Travis (Martin Mechanical owner) is he is honest and fair. He took time to evaluate our issues and came up with alternative solutions to meet our needs. I never leave reviews, but he is worth taking the time to show my appreciation. I cannot emphasize enough the value of being able to trust that you are getting good service and not being gouged for inflated prices or unnecessary solutions. I will never need to worry about who to call if I have any future AC needs.

I have used Travis twice now. Once for a heating issue and once for an A/C maintenance. Travis was extremely responsive to our needs and came out very quickly. He spent many hours sorting our heating system out during the recent cold spell. Then with our A/C he assess our situation, included some immediate fixes and gave a quote and description for repairs that could come in the future.I highly rate Travis, and will be continuing to use him for any issues that arise and also year maintenance.

We have been using Martin service for our AC and heating system preventive maintenance for years. They also repaired my Restuarant refrigerators as well. I like that they are on time and work around my schedule needs. Unlike many other repair guys that will promise you schedule and price that they could not keep, Martin are honest and explain problems to me clearly. I would recommend their services. You will not regret it.

I can’t say enough about this company and the owner Travis “Clayton”. We had our AC go out at midnight in July and gave Martin AC a call at 12:30am. Within 20 min the owner was here checking out our unit. Smiles and a great attitude until almost 3am!!!!We were provided three options that allowed repairs which would fit our financial situation. This was a relief as AC repairs can be super costly!! We ended up opting to get an entire new unit installed (it was about that time). The overall price was competitive and our trip charge and diagnostic fee were credited towards the total.Travis and his crew were back here 9am that same morning!! They came in and started work promptly. Work was seamless, efficient, and most important effective. We had cold air and a new unit in by 5pm. He stayed later and made sure all was working well and even requested to come back in 3 days to do another check up.Not only was our experience amazing, Travis is a really awesome person. Super honest, easy to talk to, and reliable!!!!!! I highly recommend this company and team of great guys. We’d definitely use them again in the future.Thank you Martin AC Katy!!! You all ROCK! 😀👍👏

My a.c. stopped working on a hot day and Mr. Martin dropped what he was doing to come remedy the situation. You cant ask for much better service than that.
