Replacement of defective cooling evaporator was done efficiently and in a timely manner! Both technicians (Jorge & Axel) are very good at their job plus they have excellent personalities in which to speak with. This problem has existed for close to 4 months when the AC unit failed in August, but finally manufacturer shipped warranty evaporator to resolve the problem! Can’t blame ‘Majestic’ for inefficiencies in Mitsubishi mfg service, but with Debbie’s indicative approach, we got the AC back up and running before Christmas! Appreciate all direct communications therein. Cost for warranty work was expected and not too bad! Will certainly use Majestic again when AC PROBLEMS in home become prevalent? Thanks to all for a job well done…appreciated fully!

I contacted Majestic Air and not only did they come out the same day, but Enrique was very knowledgeable and noticed that the new thermostat was not wired correctly. As soon as he wired the TStat correctly the heater started working. This company is amazing and have real service repairman that don’t try to sell you anything. So, if you want good AC service please contact Majestic Air.

This company is good depending on who they send out. If youre lucky enough to get Javier, I give them 5 stars. We had a bad experience with one of the techs who, as it turned out, didnt do a complete job and then sent us an invoice stating that he monitored the problem after he fixed it for 15 minutes--but my camera recorded his arrival and departure for a total of 22 minutes, then I have to subtract the 3 minutes he went out to his van and the 10 minutes he spent talking to me and my son. Anyway, he did NOT have time to monitor the system for even 2 minutes! BUT, Javier came (I personally requested him) when I reported that we still had the problem, was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable and the best in customer service. He explained everything he did and was very personable. He actually took the panel off and showed my son where the problem was (the other tech never took the panel off). He really represents Majestic AC very well -- please keep him around and take good care of him! As far as the company is concerned, Ive used them for my A/C and heater and have a maintenance contract. On the whole, they are very good and Im very pleased with them and their procedures. They always send a text telling you when the tech leaves the office and when to expect him as well as a picture. Then you get a copy of the invoice via email. I would highly recommend them . . . but always ask for Javier!!

We had a wonderful experience with David W. and his team. We had a whole new system installed in May and we are beyond happy with it. Choosing Majestic AC was the best decision ever! The team installing the unit worked like a well oiled machine, too. They complimented each other’s work ethics and they were so professional and hard working. Our old unit was inside a closet. David suggested moving it up to the attic to give us more space and that was a huge game changer for us which is why we chose Majestic over two other companies. The sales representative Brian Patton was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He walked us through various options available based on the size of our home, current equipment, and energy consumption. He presented us with straight forward pricing on each of the options, along with any pros and cons, providing an honest consultative approach which we really appreciated.The crew showed up to do the installation exactly on time, was very respectful of our property, cleaning up everything afterward. They then provided follow-up to ensure everything was working properly and that we were comfortable operating the new equipment and newly installed thermostats.We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Majestic AC from start to finish, and would highly recommend!

Matthew was at my house by 2:30 pm and the AC was up and running again by 3:30pm. I was told by co-workers to expect a bigger bill as they had recently had the same type of repair. My bill was less than half what I was expecting and the part came with a 5 year warranty. The customer service over the phone and the professionalism of the technician were top notch! Will be using this company for any future maintenance request!

Their pricing structure is very competitive and extremely focused on the customers needs. I retired two old Trane units, providing me with over 17 years of great service. I upgraded my system with two complete variable Trane XV18 units.I selected Majestic because they were not simply interested in making a sale. Brian, their comfort specialist took the time to analyze many variables involved in properly identifying the correct HVAC specifications for a home. There are many important variables involved in ensuring a successful HVAC installation. If the comfort specialist doesn’t take the time to analyze items such as proper airflow, adequate return ducts, proper duct placement, and a myriad of other critical components your HVAC project will not be fruitful. Brian was extremely helpful and very responsive when there were questions about system requirements and HVAC specifications.The technicians who work for Majestic have an enormous and vast HVAC acumen. They approach each task with enthusiasm and a mindset focused on excellence. With 4.9 reviews on Google, companies don’t achieve those ratings by providing lackluster service.A sincere thank you to the entire Majestic AC team for a positive experience.

We live in Alden Bridge and had two units of 22 years old. It was about time to replace them, had several companies come by. Brian from majestic made the best impression, actually measuring, explaining the technologies available and how things work and no push. Installation was quick and efficient by a 3 man crew, we had some tweaks needed after installation. I texted Brian and service technician Kyle came out in a day, and was very professional: all solved, very happy. They were recommended by our neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, they work with the brand Trane, which is one of the best brands out there.

Been a customer since 2018. Bought two units from this company. Theyre always been accommodating, respectful, and great customer service. Ive gotten 2 AC units from them and entire duct work re-done. Each time I purchased an AC Unit (one upstairs & one downstairs) I got two additional quotes from other companies. Majestic beat them both by a mile.Finally, my upstairs unit started going out from a storm. It was a circuit board issue and the unit was under warranty. Majestic fixed the unit 4-5 times and it was all covered. Daikin was requesting me to buy additional parts to troubleshoot the issue. I spoke with one of the supervisors at Majestic. Told them it didnt seem fair to me after the unit had been running solid for a year. They got me the parts Daikin was requesting for free. Its up and and running again with no issues. The company definitely cares about their customers. I will continue to use them going forward.

Quick and great customer service. I had a slightly tricky set up with a 24 year old AC. Got my quote Monday and was fully installed on Friday. They were all amazing and the installation was super quick. No one is happy about paying for a new system they are really expensive but this was hands down worth every penny. My system was failing I didnt have time to get quotes but I did talk to a couple people after and it sounded right in line with others cost so I feel the price was extremely fair. I depended on reviews and let me say they have earned their reputation and I appreciate how quickly and painlessly they pulled through for me. Would highly recommend.

We had a mold problem in a vent that was hard to access and Majestic worked to figure out how they could help solve it. They sent out Technicians who troubleshooted the issue and implemented preventive measures, including making adjustments to the vent that was very hard to reach in our attic.The dispatch staff is also friendly and very helpful. They answer the phone right away for appointments and call to alert when the Technician is soon to arrive. They also send a text profile of who will be coming. My old TRANE AC system finally died after 29 years so I was in the market to replace it with a new, higher efficiency TRANE XR16 4 ton Air Conditioner. Majestic AC came highly recommended by a close friend. The salesman was great, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions onsite and even over text and email the next day or two after his initial visit. Their price on the system beat my next closest bid by almost 35% ($4,000) and was exactly 1/2 the price of my highest bid, (which just goes to show you that you need to get several bids and make sure Majestic is one of them). They scheduled me for an install 48 hours after the salesman left, and the installer did a truly professional job both in the attic and the outside the house. I did have one small issue with a thermostat that quit working a few hours after the installers left around 6pm that evening, but they had a tech onsite with replacement parts by 9am the next morning and addressed all the issues. As great as their prices are, their service is even better and everybody in the company I have dealt with has been truly professional and ready to help. If you live in the Greater Houston Area, I highly recommend Majestic AC for new system sales or ongoing service and maintenance of your Air Conditioning System.

Had a new system installed. David came out for a free in home quote and provided a lot of options that fit our budget. Two days later, crew was at the house at 7am ready to work. Communication was exceptional and the install team was finished in a few hours. The crew was very transparent with the install and informative. After the install, we waited two days for the system to run and then David came back out to the house to ensure the entire home was balanced.The entire process was extremely smooth and our new Trane system works night and day better than our original.Maintenance technician was contacted and came out to the house to calibrate the thermostat and double check installation. Matthew was great and couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal service. I hired them for a tune-up/check-up on my HVAC system. They gave me a 4 hour window when I called, then called me the day of the service at the start of the window to give me an update on exactly when the technician would arrive. They sent me an email and text in advance with a photo and bio of the technician. The technician arrived on-time and was friendly and professional. After the service, he reviewed everything with me and and offered information on prepaying for future inspections at a discounted rate, but didnt push the sale. Before he departed, he sent me an email that covered everything that was inspected and include multiple photos to prove that work was done / items were checked.

When selecting Majestic Air Conditioning, I found them to be the lesser of several evils in terms of pricing. The salesperson and office staff were professional and courteous. I was told that the blower motor needed to be replaced, however because of the quoted price and the unit being out of warranty, it was recommended to replace the entire furnace. I thought about it for a couple of days and decided on the furnace replacement.On the morning of the replacement, the salesperson accompanied and introduced the installers. I signed credit card paperwork and they began the installation process. About 30 minutes in, I went to check on the progress and to let them know where I wanted them to put the old unit. When I asked where my unit was, the installer mumbled something in Spanish and looked surprised that I asked. He then spoke in English and said it was already on the truck to be “trashed”. I asked why and he provided a laundry list of things that were wrong with the unit. None of these issues had been previously diagnosed by any other company or Majestic. This has NOT sat right with me.No company should assume they have the right to take anything from a homeowner’s house without checking with them first and getting permission. I feel that with the exception of the blower motor (Note: I do not think the blower motor was the issue. I think it was as simple as cleaning the sensor pin), a fully functional furnace was taken from my home. In my opinion, there is no way that unit was trashed, refurbished, yes. I want it back.

AC was getting error code that it wasn’t communicating to inside unit. Majestic found that previously repair company didn’t do a good job of investigating/inspecting/correcting the issue. Found that the wires were chewed by rats and other repair company employee didn’t do a thorough inspection of all wires and just took the easy route by just splicing a wire to the outside thermostat sensor. This was causing the communication from outside unit to inside unit. Majestic did excellent outstanding job and fixed all problems. 11/10 experience getting my ac repaired. As a brand new customer I called at 11 and it was fixed by 3. They came highly recommended and I found out why. I got consistent communication about the service call. They didnt send out some teenager or the owners brother helping out on the side, they sent a knowledgeable, experienced, military veteran professional for a more reasonable price than the other places where I had a less positive experience.

Majestic Air replaced all HVAC equipment and added a dehumidifier to our home. They were efficient and worked diligently. The new equipment replaced a unit that was 21 years old. Of course Majestic maintained the equipment for several years before replacement. Great company!

There are only a few times Ive felt moved to write a review, and I absolutely feel Majestic deserves a 5 stars for their incredible work. Every person at this company upholds best practices of customer service and cares for the customer above the transaction. Kyle was a stellar technician who clearly showed his expertise and also gave advice about how to keep up the a/c system. The owner was kind and shared different routes which would make the work more affordable for me. The person answering the phone followed up every time I asked her to and invested time and energy getting me what I needed. And of all the quotes I received, Majestic was among the most competitive. It is tough to find honest, hardworking and trustworthy companies these days, but Majestic has certainly earned that status and I will not only continue doing business with them, but also highly recommend them to family and friends.

Very pleased and satisfied with Majestic AC. When you are provided a quote, it is absolute; there is no bait-and-switch shenanigans. I very pleased with all work this company has rendered, including troubleshooting, replacement of thermostat, drain pan, yearly tune-ups, etc. The technicians are highly skilled and professional at all times. If you are looking for an HVAC, I strongly recommend Majestic AC.

We have been using Majestic for several years now. We first bought a split-unit for a back bedroom, then have been using them for semi-annual inspections. They always do a great job and the technicians are always professional. Javier did our last A/C inspection and we look forward to seeing him again.Update: A/C went out in our Master Bedroom so we called. Majestic was able to put us on a standby list. They called back not long after and asked if they could come out that afternoon. Of course, YES! The Technician Matt came out and was able to take care of us. Thanks Majestic!

They replaced my two AC systems in 2016. Did an outstanding job. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.Made appointment this morning for an issue with one of my units. They were able to be here just a few hours later. Found a stopped up primary drain line and cleared the blockage.Also did fall maintenance.Techs are always polite and respectful.

He is well versed in all things A/C and knew right off that my wall unit was on its last legs. He also explained why it could not be serviced and about how much it would cost to replace it. So glad we switched to a company that is invested in their residential customer! Looking forward to a long relationship with Majestic A/C!!

Our AC unit was having issues and Majestic worked with us, beyond what most companies would do, to try to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty. When the manufacturer was not willing to be flexible Majestic worked with us to make the repair we needed to have done affordable. The actual work was done quickly and professionally. That kind of honorable behavior in a business is certainly noteworthy and has earned them our loyalty.

My technician was Daniel Sherman. We had ac fail and where surprised to know that Majestic ac had 24 hr service. I was happy with how quick the technician returned my call, and how soon he came out. I have an infant and I was stressed about ac not working because of how hot its been outside. He arrived and immediately worked and soon after got to the root of the problem. My husband was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and great personality. Iam more than thankful to Mr. Sherman. Thanks to him my son will have a good nights rest. I absolutely recommend Majestic Air Conditioning for ac needs, especially in the middle of this heat.

Javier was our technician today, he was early, very knowledgeable and polite. It only took him fifteen minutes to correct our Heating problem. It seems that a previous Contractor had disconnected the wiring at the unit. In that case Majestic corrected our A/C problems left from a bad Contractor.So once again Majestic saved us again with same day service. Can’t recommend them enough. We are extremely satisfied with Majestic Air Conditioning. In March 2021 Majestic installed Trane 4/5 ton dual speed AC/Heating systems at my house. The great experience started from the moment I called and spoke with Debbie at the Majestic office. David Weems was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable on the systems and he guided us correctly throughout the process. He was extremely involved from inception through the installation process. Kept us informed throughout and also took the time to go over the entire system after the installation. The installation crew led by Wade was awesome. They had their masks and shoe covers during the entire installation process and kept us informed through out the installation. Cleaned up after the installation. Very happy with Wade and his team members. After installation Ulices Gonzales and another team member came to perform Quality Control (QC) check. We were very happy with their courteousness and explaining what was the purpose of their visit. Majestic has a great professional team; we highly recommend them.On 1-15-24: David Weems helped my family well beyond the duty calls for. It was late Sunday evening (temperatures were falling) I called David and he walked me through to resolve the issue which helped to provide heat on the second floor. David stayed on the phone with me till it got resolved. David sold us the units couple of years back but to him we are his customer for life. If you are in the market for buying new units, I strongly suggest to ask for David Weems.

Majestic installed a new Trane HVAC system at a previous residence and did a great job. The designer was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get a top notch system. Their price was not the cheapest or most expensive of our bids. We went them because of our trust in the designer. The install crew did a great job removing and installing the new equipment. Today we use them to check our system twice a year. The next time I need a new system I will always include them as one of the bids.

Majestic installed a new Trane unit at my home, and completed the job yesterday. Chris Pine and the sales rep Justin were nothing short of excellent to work with. Justin came out, did a very thorough load assessment on my home, and presented me with the good, better, best options for me to choose from, depending on the price point I wanted to be at. At no time did he try to push any system on me, just stated the facts and let me make my own informed decision. They replaced my entire system, duct work, and added new return air and vents to make my system work better. The installers did a fantastic job, and left my home in better condition than they found it. I would highly recommend Chris and Justin and Majestic A/C. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

Frank the technician is top notch. He found my air scrubber was out and replaced it with a new internal cell / uv bulb. He replaced my airfilter in the attic unit as well. Hopefully my wifes allergies will be better now. This company has installed 3 different units for me and they were high efficiency Trane and Mitsubishi. My electric bill dropped 100 dollars the next month after the whole house Trane installation. I have only used them for maintenance and service on all 3 units because of the caliber of this company, especially their employees. Best I have ever used in my life.. and I am 69 years old, so have tried a few others before finding this great company. Also, Debbie, in the office, is One-Of-A-Kind person. Very Rare to find such good people nowadays.Update 02-01-2024. Matthew came to my home and cleaned one of my Mitsubishi mini-split a/c systems. He bagged it, to catch all the dirt and mold he flushed out of it. No splatter, no mess. He even wiped all surfaces down afterwards. Next, he replaced my 4 inch thick filter in the attic unit and checked it for proper operation ( Heat ). He also checked the air scrubber unit I had them install a couple of years ago, for proper operation. They had replaced the internal lamp last year. After closing the attic access, he asked for a VACUUM CLEANER. I thought he was going to use it on the upstairs unit for something.....NOO !..... He began vacuuming the area under the attic access. I joked with him, saying, I got an A/C Repairman and a wife in one....NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH THOROUGH SERVICE...P.S. He told me he treats it like its his house... He acts.....No,.... HE IS FAMILY.... Awesome company, that just keeps getting better and better, Unlike the rest of the world.

Have been using Majestic A/C for 5 years, per builder’s recommendation, and we are very happy customers! They are quick to respond, which is always appreciated in this climate that we live in, and easy to reach by email and phone. I always get a heads up text that my tech is on the way, with a photo and some of his work experience info, which I also think is a nice touch, gives confidence in who is doing the work and who I should expect when I answer the door. They always arrive with masks and shoe booties.Finally, I am a member in the maintenance program, which helps keep me accountable for having seasonal checks of my two HVAC systems. Whatever work is done gets documented with photos, comments, and an emailed report. Another nice touch.
