Fred came by and gave me the information I needed about my unit in the attic and outside. Told me what services I needed and what I didnt need. Told me what I could do myself while giving me prices if I needed him to do it. Checked my heating stuff too so I didnt need to call for the winter. Had some schedule issues but a company I recommend.

LRT is a great HVAC company to have. Mr. Jones runs a tight / well oiled business. Fred Jones inspected / diagnosed my system on a Sunday; Priced and received payment on Monday, Demoed the old unit and installed the new unit in 3 1/2hrs on Tuesday. Very rarely do I find and honest, fast, and reliable company to do anything. LRT takes excellent care of me and my family. If you want a straight shooter with integrity and doesn’t price gouge. Go see LRT. (This comes from a facilities manager that deal with contractors everyday all across the country.) Thank you Mr. Jones. You have saved my sanity and … possibly my marriage.

We bought our home in July 2019, today was the first time we had an issue with our AC. I went through warranty paper work and saw that LRT installed it just a month before we bought our house. It came with a 10 year part warranty! Mr. Fred Jones was the business card that was in my paper work, and after talking to the receptionist(who updated all our info as the new home owner) that was over the moon kind, she informed me Mr. Fred still worked there. They were at my house within a hour of calling. Mr. Fred was even the one to come out, after talking to him, he was the owner! He had it up and running within 30 minutes. Seriously the best experience we’ve ever had with a house issue. I HIGHLY recommended them!

I will start by saying that we have used LRT a few times in the past few years and they are by far the most reliable, honest, and reasonable HVAC companies that we have ever dealt with. After the storm, when the power came back on for us, the AC worked very hard to catch up, and the next morning, the fan in the attic was no longer blowing. Now we had to call our home warranty company and deal with the company they decided to use. That company took several days to come out and diagnosed the issue as a dead fan motor. They said it had to be replaced. Unfortunately the warranty people denied the claim from what the AC company said. So I called LRT and they said they would be out in 45 minutes. And he was. They came in and went straight to the attic to see what the issue was. After about 45 minutes, they came down and said, Its working. It was a capacitor. Not a dead fan motor. The other company was trying to jack up the cost to make more money. LRT is who I recommend to anyone I know that needs any HVAC work to be done. They treat you like family, or old friends. Great company.

Ive only had to call on LRT twice, but both times Ive been soundly impressed by their knowledge and ability to fix my issue. A great explanation of current issues, and potential solutions for a variety of budget amounts. I cannot recommend this company and their employees enough. I will continue to use this company for any HVAC needs I may have, and recommend my friends and family to do so as well.

This company is professional. I would highly recommend them. Fast-efficient very pleasant and knowledgeable. My entire unit needed to be replaced. I had several companies to give me a quote, LRT was the ONLY company to understand Homeowners and being in a pandemic. I’m grateful for meeting such honest individuals. The owner promise me he’ll see my installation from the beginning to the end. My complete install was done within hours. My mother recommended LRT (Fred Jones) after I received a few quotes on my Goodman 2.5t E Coil and Condenser unit. Fred came by and did an assessment then beat all the prices and had an excellent labor warranty. LRT was too booked to do my install but still had the best price on all the AC parts and delivered to my home in Houston. Although I used my own installer, Fred later provided me my serial numbers so I could register my equipment with the manufacturer. The receptionist Joselin was very professional and easy to deal with.

My heat went out two days before the weather was supposed to drop down into the 40s! LRTs knowledgeable crew came to the rescue. They had me and my family warm literally within hours! The serviceman was kind, respectful, punctual considerate, professional and knowledgeable. My unit was running and not cooling. I called at 8:00 Am and explained that I worked nights and needed someone in as early as possible. The serviceman was at my door by 9:45 and the work was completed before 11:45. I’m completely satisfied and would highly recommend LRT.

My AC unit tripped its breaker, so I was out of cool air for 1 day. I called LRT and the on phone customer service was exemplary- the lady was very pleasant and helpful. Technician was assessing the problem within 30 minutes of my call, after I spent all morning trying to get other companies to assist- this was amazing. It was refreshing to deal with a professional like Fred who was honest and efficient and was not looking to swindle me out of money like another technician from elsewhere who had diagnosed the problem (compressor issue- over $1000) over the phone without even checking my unit. LRT saved me from melting in the heat and saved me from spending cash I did not even have. Cant beat their diagnostic price either. Thanks LRT!
