Bill and Theresa are outstanding and exceptional. Bill stopped by yesterday for a quick fix on my downstairs AC unit and was superb in diagnosing the issue quickly, explaining the issue to me in detail, and implementing a fix. His pricing is also very fair and hes an all around terrific guy.If you need help with your HVAC, stop scrolling and searching right now and call Longton Air, they will take great care of you.

I never recommend any contractor but Bill is really great. He is quick to diagnose the issue with our AC unit and showed us on how to fix if want to do by ourselves. He is one good contractor! Keep him in your speed dial.

I have been a Longton customer for 6 years, since we moved into our current home. We’ve done regular maintenance, emergency service, and even installed an all new outdoor and indoor unit. Always responsive, always honest, always friendly. Most recently I texted Bill a pic of a worryingly full A/C drip pan—20 minutes later he surprises me at my door and hustles up a fix in between other jobs. Responsive, friendly, trustworthy. Highest recommendation.

Mike and his team were excellent to work with. They were professional, honest and got the job done. We had them install a new minisplit in our pool house. Working them was exceptional. Mike was responsive and went back and forth answering our questions and making sure he knew exactly what we needed and wanted. Their prices were competitive. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I need anything HVAC related.

Weve had Longton as our HVAC service provider for over a year now. They have done everything from basic maintenance, repair of major part failure to new duct work to make our system more efficient. Bill has always been honest, responsive and fair. He takes the time to explain the problem so folks understand the facts to justify the work needed. We were having a temperature imbalance in an older home we recently purchased. After having numerous AC companies tell us that our ductwork could not be repaired without extensive remodeling or expense, we called Longton Air Company. Bill, the owner, promptly came out to our home and spent almost an hour and a half analyzing our situation. Unlike the other AC companies, which either flat out refused the job because of the complexity it entailed or quoted us expensive alternatives, Bill took the time to really assess our problem. Bill not only provided us with a quote on the spot, it was by far the most reasonable price compared to others.It is wonderful to now be able to enjoy our home without uneven temperature issues. We are very grateful for finding Longton Air Company and the service provided by Bill and his crew. It is a pleasure to find honest people, such as Bill, and that is why we will give LAC our business going forward.

Langtons approach was more thorough in explaining the process, the product, and their warranty.
