We are now going to do a duct cleaning and get an air purifier after hearing Adrian explain the many benefits we will get from it. Adrian came by for our regular service and to check out a concern I had with our drip pan drain. No cost additional cost because we have the monthly service agreement (highly recommend as it has saved us a ton when we had to get the unit replaced). He reminded me of an outstanding maintenance item on our second unit (I didn’t even realize was still pending) and we got it taken care of by Israel’s team a few days later. Everyone was extremely professional and customer service top-notch. Even the owners are kind and responsive when I had questions. Also, they have additional services now like duct cleaning and dryer vent service, so I’ll be coming back to them for all my HVAC services. Highly recommend to everyone in north DFW; seriously, these guys are the best!

He clearly explained everything he looked at and cleaned and found a cracked external pvc tube he repaired for free. Great service, the company reminded me that it was time to take advantage of the maintenance that was included in my plan and i didnt have to remember to badger them to come out myself. Luis is a great guy! During the visit, he went out of his way to explain everything to me about what he was looking at and why. This also helped speed up explaining the options at the end of the visit since we looked at it all together as we went. In the end, Luis and Legend Air left me with options, prices, etc and time to decide on which way we wanted to proceed. I felt they were very thorough and professional. I am only doing due diligence in having a second technician out just because that is how I normally operate; nothing caused by Legend Air. They are a stand up company and Luis is incredible and super nice!!Update: second technician from a different company came by and found a different area of repair for our AC issue. We ended up saving thousands of dollars (less than half original quote from Legend) and have a fully functioning and cold AC again.

July 4th, 2024, a hot Holiday Weekend planned and of course my AC started blowing hot air. 🥵I called Legend A/C & Heating for the first time. Found them with a google search for HVAC repair near me. They had good reviews, so I gave them a shot and did not disappoint. They were very responsive and quick to set an appointment to arrive on site. They performed an excellent and professional job inspecting my 14-year-old home HVAC system and gave a thorough explanation with documented photos of what was needed to make repairs and/or replacement of parts. They also provided a good, better, best option to fit any budget. I chose to replace the entire HVAC system with a new up to date efficient system. The original to the home just had too many aging issues that kept leading to constant repairs and down time every year. The install crew was on time, very responsive, and easy to talk to while on site. They completed the entire job the same day and kept the worksite clean and organized and they worked. Amazing service from beginning to end. I called originally and setup an apt for Wednesday. By Monday I couldnt take the heat any longer so I called Legend on Monday evening asking if they had any last minute apts. They called me back a couple hours later and were able to get Jason to come out. He was very professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes. Legend Air has a new lifelong customer!Luis has done it again! Amazing customer service from begining to end. He had the entire unit up and running with all issues resolved in just a few hours.

What an amazing company!We were disappointed with a different company and went to Google to find a reputable company for our deceased A/C. Legend came right up with great reviews.Kandi was able to get a technician out to us today. The technician, Adrian, was wonderful. He told us exactly what was wrong with our A/C, and explained all of the options to us. We are scheduled for repairs this week.5/5 stars. Would absolutely recommend this company, Kandi, and Adrian.
