Very Knowledgable Service diagnostic. He did a detailed review of my overall installation and troubleshooting and provided me with detailed information to share with the next Dealer I had to find. He was very reasonable and reduced the service fee charges by 30% for this diagnostic since he realized my fix would be costly. I appreciate his consideration and the frank discussion on the next steps to get this repaired. My only issue was that due to the recurrent problems I am having with my AC, possibly caused by the prior Dealers installation, Lawrence Air declined to help me implement a fix from a liability perspective. He told me that I wasnt in his service area, although the Trane website lists my zip code as part of their service area. I completely understand keeping a smaller service area to keep the 5-star ratings they deserve; however, I wanted my air conditioning issues resolved and didnt realize I would need to research and engage another company for the repairs.

Cory was the third HVAC technician to come look at our units. The first company technician did not seem to know what he was doing. He did not even have his own tools. The second technician from a second company just wanted to sell us new units. Cory had our heaters working within 10 minutes without changing a single part! He definitely knows what he’s doing and not out to sell you anything you don’t need.With 20 year old units, we know they will go out at some point. We will definitely be calling Cory when they do!

Lawrence Air Conditioning is a great company to go with for anything HVAC related. They are a small family owned company and believe in honesty and it shows with everyone from the owner to the techs that came and installed our new AC unit. Their prices are very good compared to the other quotes I received. When I called and told them I was ready to get the new AC installed they were able to fit me in the next day which was awesome as it is the middle of summer. All the installers where very professional, they laid down drop cloths and then vacuumed when they were done too. If we had any questions during the process they were great at stopping what they were doing and taking there time to answer questions. Overall I would highly recommend at lest getting a quote from Lawrence

Oh my goodness!!! I don’t even know where to start! This company is the best there is, no questions asked. Last night , late , my AC just stopped. We tried to reboot and nothing. Such a horrible time for such a thing to occur , especially because my baby got hurt, she had a surgery, and she needed a good night sleep. So imagine how panicked I was because of the AC not performing and my baby. But I called Lawrence, I chat with them and , oh my they came trough. I had the blessing to get Frank last night responding on a Saturday, he understood the urgency, came prepared, helped us with the investigation, found the issue, fixed the issue , changed all there was to changed and brought the AC back. Rather than charge an outrageous fee for a minor fix, they informed me of the problem (a circuit breaker) and the fix. I was able to arrange to have it repaired. Ive finally found an honest A/C company I can trust. So many people in my neighborhood are using Lawrence Heating and Air and I only wish I had known about them years ago. Frank, the technician, was incredibly professional and nice and took the time to answer all my questions. I was worried about all the expensive possibilities that could be the culprit, but he found some wires that were loose on both the outside unit as well as on the control panel. Once things were tightened up I was back to having cold air. All for only the cost of the service call.He also gave me peace of mind about my unit not being low on Freon (can be costly to add) and that all was functioning well with everything. Honesty seems to be rare these days in the service industry, so Im grateful for Frank and the entire Lawrence team. Definitely have been recommending them to anyone I know that needs A/C or heating repairs.

Scheduled for next day, even if I wasnt available for the technician Frank but I was told he gave exceptional service. Where do I start. Cory was our technician. He was very knowledgable about our system. Explained thoroughly and visually showed me what he was talking about. He made asjustments to our HVAC system that should help with our humidity issues. We are in the wait and see period. Fingers crossed. The first company we had, was not as thorough and wanted to sell us a bigger unit then we already had. They claimed that we had a 4-ton unit and we needed a 3.5-ton. That was a wrong assessment. Cory debunked their theory and confirmed that we indeed have a 3-ton unit, which is appropriate to our square footage. Kudos to Lawrence Air Conditioning for their awesome work. I forgot to mention. When I called to schedule with Lawrence Air, their dispatcher scheduled me with Cory. This was based off the preliminary info I gave him about our HVAC issue. Soon after buying our house, our AC went out. The home warranty company’s HVAC guy quoted $1.5k or a new HVAC system for $17k. I called up a few other HVAC companies who quoted similarly for repairs and replacements, but were all trying to get me to buy $17-$40k new HVAC systems. Then I met Cory, who quoted $500 for the repair and $14k for the replacement. Not only was his price unmatched, but he also appeared the most competent (opening everything and diagnosing faster and with more ease than the other HVAC people). I have a degree in physics, so I love technical and mechanical things. However, I know very little about HVAC aside from the theory. Cory took the time to educate me on all the parts of the repair, explained what all the other HVAC people had told me in much greater detail, and gave me good logical reasons to both repair and replace the HVAC. He also taught me a lot about upkeep and info on our thermostats that we didn’t know! We opted for the repair, but I will be keeping his business card for when it comes time to replace our system. Highly recommend!!

The difference between this company and the 2 others I tried was that they actually looked at the problem, whereas the others didnt. Consequently they noticed a blocked drain line on top of the leak in the coil - this blocked drain line could cause me water damage down the line if I didnt get it fixed. Also he took a video of the leak in the coil so there was no question - it was leaking!It was fixed in a timely matter when it was 102 outside. The cost was 2.5x less than fort worth airs quote and 20% less than an alternate opinion. I was impressed, and I dont impress easy.

I used Lawrence Air to replace a 28 year old HVAC system that consisted of a 4 ton and 3 ton unit. I also had them install a new mini-split in the garage. From day one they were professional and honest with what I needed and how to get there. During a time of shortages and hard to get parts they kept me informed and made decisions that I felt really benefited the customer. On installation day the crew was friendly, kind and very hard working. They pushed through the Texas heat to make sure we had a fully working system on day one. Heat and mini split were installed the next day. Just great service, the experience was just top tier.

Very pleased with the overall experience, after an extensive walk through and analysis of my current AC systems Lawrence AC made several recommendations on how to improve airflow, sizing and position of the air handler and duct work. No other company spent this time discussing options with me. They were also able to come the next day and install the 2 units and complete the job, they stayed until all questions were answered and the units were tested and working, it was after 7 pm when they left! Lastly their pricing was very competitive and the team that installed the system, led by Joe, did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend Lawrence for all your AC needs.

Best service from anyone ever. I called at 8am because I had water coming through my ceiling from the AC unit. They were out to my house and were completely done by 8:50. Amazing service, friendly people. Also very affordable.Update:In May of 2020 I had them come back to replace my 19 year old AC and Furnace. Two 8 year old systems. Upstairs system blowing warm air. Lawrence Air found and quoted about 2k in repairs including a leak in the upstairs coil. Got a second quote with more repairs, all the common items on second quote were 150% more than Lawrence’s, and they wanted to replace coil. Executed the repairs with Lawrence. 2 weeks, on 3 July, later upstairs unit failed harder, I suspect due to second company’s service reps. Lawrence credited back coil portion of first repair and their quote to replace the coil was 40% less than the other company. They also recharged the system for free on 3 July to carry us through 4th Holiday.

I asked them before scheduling what their minimum service call was, did it cover first hour the prorated or if there was a minimum then additional labor. I told there service writer I needed the main drain blown out. She told me the service call amount and the price for blow out. I told her what time frame I needed and amount of heads up time I needed in advance. She was nice, personable, and knowledgeable. The price was fair (lower than another company I had checked). They met my time frame request and service tech Darrell was very friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do to correct the problem. He even straightened my drain pan as it was dipping downward at a corner. Everything went very smoothly and price was as quoted. I was very pleased and signed up for their semi-monthly tuneup. No attic field trips for me!!!

When there was a small additional but unexpected charge on the invoice which I didnt feel right about, Kent, THE OWNER, calls me and not only makes things right but assures me that he is listening and appreciating his customers. Lawrence Cooling + Heating provided me with an exceptional service! The were on budget, early, and left my house cleaner than when it was before they came.I had them replace my vents, ducts, heating, and cooling systems. The showed up early or on time every day, and completed the project early. Their estimator/technician Cory was so precise, focussed, and knowledgable that if I didn’t know better I would say he was an engineer. The general manager, Robin, personally came out and inspected the job. The laborers were conscientious, polite, and careful not to damage either my house or my possessions. They even gave me some free pointers while working on how to proceed with other efficiency projects I am pursuing. The entire experience was exceptional, and I would recommend them to anyone. 10/10 in every way.
