I want to thank your company for sending Payton and Javonte to our home to service our AC units. Payton has been here before (twice I think ) and was always great. Hes smiling, hes friendly and he takes care of business even while I am asking him questions every step of the way. He always responds timely and is very efficient. Javonte was on his first visit. He is the same as Payton. Very friendly, knows what he is doing, smiles a lot. They both provided the essence of service which means they do a little more than is required to please their customers. I’m an educated man and I think I have an excellent vocabulary but when I try to tell my friends what the Lakeway Air Conditioning team did for my family words simply fail me.Corey, Kristi, Payton, Adam, Ethan…every single person that I have met or spoken with that works on the Lakeway Team are just the best people!I called Corey because the HVAC contractor who installed our new system had proven to be unreliable, unresponsive and poorly trained. We have been forced to call him to work on the system that he had installed many times. In fact every issue that we requested attention for required that I make repeated calls over a period of many days. For anyone reading this you should know that those kinds of contractors are out there and there are a lot of them. But thankfully there are some great ones. I’m here to tell you that you can have confidence in Lakeway Air Conditioning. They are, put simply, the best!To tell the short version we finally got into the extreme heat of August and our new home was very nearly uninhabitable.Finally I called Corey and begged him to step in and try to fix what the previous installer could not, or would not, fix. I actually spoke with his wife Kristi and she mentioned that they would prefer not to take over another contractor’s responsibility. “Kristi, I’m done with that guy. I’ll take the matter up with the builder and the installer later. The job is yours if you’ll take it. Please, just see what you can do!”They agreed. At that very moment everything changed for the better.Corey came and began to analyze our system. Components in our system had been installed incorrectly, others had been omitted entirely. The most alarming issue was the propane connection for the furnace was fitted less than finger tight. Adam was in the attic with Heath and noticed a propane smell. In short order he found the leak and even made a video to show me. We had no idea. That issue wasn’t even a part of the problem as we understood it. Can you imagine what could have happened if Adam had not been paying close attention?In short the system, as it had been installed, was a mystery. In fact the system had not even been registered with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. Every aspect of our system was now suspect.Corey and every singe Lakeway employee that came to our home displayed the same exceptional level of technical competence, dedication, commitment respect and courtesy. Even the invoice that they gave me included their technical analysis that was really a detailed, readable story of discovery as they unraveled the mystery that we had been suffering with.I really feel like I have made some new friends in the community that, oh by the way, just happened to repair my air conditioning system. In fact, it has never worked as it should have until Lakeway was done. What a pleasure it has been to have Corey and Kristi’s team in our home.If you are looking for professional, competent, polite, respectful, pleasant people to service your home’s heating and cooling system your search is over!

Great company with professional staff and excellent prices. I called several AC companies and all the others would not take new customers. If you are new to the Brenham area, how are you suppose to find someone to work on your ac? Lakeway was glad to assist me and had someone out that day. They have my businses for life.

My heater stopped working and needed service immediately before the freeze came in. Lakeway was not taking any new customers but assured me they could fit me in on the same day. Peyton immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it within the hour. Thumbs up to Peyton for being honest and having the experience needed to fix the problem and also to Lakeway for same day service even though I was a new customer. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Called Lakeway based on a friends recommendation. Just needed my older HVAC unit evaluated, and a small repair done. I had figured that this old unit was on its last leg, but after taking a look Cory advised me that it was a quality unit, and even though it was old there was no need to consider replacement at this time. I was absolutely impressed with his knowledge and his honesty, as he could have easily talked to me into a new unit. I wont hesitate to call them again if I need HVAC work!

Compressor was bad. Peyton and Gabe diagnosed problem, got new part same day and installed. Bedroom has not been really cold in 17 years. Gabe found problem and fixed in a minute. My bedroom is finally cool. Peyton stayed till dark to make sure everything was perfect. These young men knew exactly what to do. Professional, courteous and friendly. Lakeway A C is the best.

Corey came out to repair our a/c unit, which wasn’t cooling. The condenser unit wasn’t running. Turns out to be a simple repair, which Corey had the part on his truck. A bad capacitor was all it was. Dawn, who answered the phone was very friendly and explained about what time Corey would be available. Corey showed up when he said he would. Outstanding customer service.

Korey came in and diagnosed the problem right off the bat. Something called Dirty Sock Syndrome (leaking air ducts and mold on condenser). Came back and cleaned everything up and connected all ducts properly. Breathing alot better.
