    We just had our entire unit replaced. Our experience using Keith AC & Heating was excellent. The process was beyond easy. All the guys were excellent, respectful and professional. We are confident that we wont have to worry about a large AC issue for at least ten years. They even checked in on us following the istall to ensure that our needs were met. We live in Longview Texas. If you are in the area and are in need of their service, then we absolutely recommend calling Keith AC & Heating.

    When we needed air conditioning work done, we tried Keith Air Conditioning & Heating. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and dependable. They provided a short-term repair and showed us that we couldn’t put off a replacement much longer. A week later the replacement was installed at exactly the estimate they provided. Not only do we now have a working unit, we know who to contact for all future service!We have a teenage son with Down syndrome and he was fascinated with what the technicians were doing. They were kind and friendly as he “supervised” them. I was already pleased with the service we received; their attitude towards my son made them heroes to my son and to me. Thank you.

    I don’t normally leave reviews but felt like I needed to because I was so impressed by the quality work, professionalism and personality of Keith’s AC and repair. As a 30 year Naval veteran, I have lived all over our great nation, and overseas… so, I know great service and professional work when I see it. I will admit, it’s been challenging finding it here in our local area, but I definitely know who to use for AC/heat repair for my home and business. Brian and his team are extremely professional and efficient, and I think you would be very surprised with his competitive pricing. He does also take CCs which I know can be helpful with last minute expenses. Trust me, if you need anything dealing with AC/Heat/Duct work, Keith’s AC and his team should be your first call.     Our a/c went out and the house got up to 87 degrees inside. We knew it was late on a Friday night but were frantic. We were relieved to see several 24 hr. a/c places on a Google search... until they werent. NONE called us back, not even to say when they could come the next day or whenever. Early the next morning I called Keith A/C and they came in a very busy time for them. Within the hour the problem was resolved and then some. Do not call All Elements, they still never called back. Go with Keith, theyre professional, fair priced, and kind and they actually answer their phones and do what they advertise to do. Thank you Keith!

    These guys are amazing! They are always on time, they communicate well, and they do great work! Our AC went out in May and they had it repaired the next day. Our heater went out and we called them back and Jacob, Mr. Keiths son came out, found the problem and had the part for us and made the repair the next day! Which is important because we had our first freeze last night! I can not say enough about their professionalism, their customer service,and how quickly and well they do their work.     Most amazing service! We built a new home and required service on an older unit in another home, both experiences were completed with exceptional service. The duct work and furnace were done perfect to make sure everything was neat and organized. The office staff was very kind. The owner was an excellent person to work with and gave us great advice on our new home construction. We are very happy we chose Keith Air and will continue to use the company.

    Keith Heating and Air is a wonderful family business.     These guys came out to repair my 30+year old equipment. Eventually i bought a new unit from Keith AC and it was a great decision. Smooth quiet operation also save about 50 bucks a month on my electric bill. Cant say enough about the owner and the employees. Honest ,dependable. On time. Fit me in at the last minute.     We’ve had KAC fix two different issues with our hvac unit. Each time they did an excellent job. The second time called their office at 8:20 am and they had repair men at our home by 9:30 am. Repair men were friendly and explained exactly what needed to be fixed & estimated cost before moving ahead. Repairs were completed the same day and didn’t take long. Feel like their prices are fair for the high quality of service provided. Can’t recommend them enough!

    Heat went out in a 10 degree deep freeze. The Keith technician was brilliant and skilled. Got the heat working within two hours at a cost of $275. He crawled under the house in the freezing cold and replaced a heating coil. He is a straight shooter, honest and did not try to sell me anything. This company is excellent! I highly recommend them.     Keith AC was outstanding. We had our furnace go out in the middle of the East Texas winter storm (11 degrees and 8 inches of snow..). No one else was servicing because of the driving conditions but Keith AC said theyd try to get to us safely. They showed up earlier than expected, were professional, located and fixed the problem in a timely manner, and did so at a very reasonable rate. They will be my call next time I need service done on our HVAC units. They have my highest recommendation.

    Replacing an AC unit is not a task anyone cherishes, but Brian Keith and his crew made this a pleasant experience. They could have easily replaced the unit and air handler and called the job complete, but instead, they listened to the issues we had and took the time to offer us options to improve our system. Installing the unit, air handler and new duct work was completed in one day. I could not be happier with the professionalism and courtesy of the entire crew and the wonderful job they did! We are now ready for that upcoming Texas heat.

    Great people to do business with! AC went out at 1 pm and they were there to discover that we needed a new unit at 4 pm. The next day by 5 pm we had our new unit and the house was cooling down from 86 degrees. All employees are professional, respectful, prompt and caring. I especially liked that they put down tarps to protect our floors when taking out the new unit and putting in the new unit. They cleaned up after themselves with their own vacuum cleaner and gave us some tips on caring for our new unit. Winners all the way around.

    Keith AC ReviewOut of the five HVAC contractors we contacted, Keith AC was the only dealer who asked a critcal question: “Does your existing AC system work? It is going to warm up and it can get pretty hot in Texas...” I mentioned that the system was not working and we couldn’t get it to respond. Keith AC sent a technician to check out the old system. After running a series of tests, the technician replaced some melted electrical components, wiring, and a large, burned out electrical plug with only one partially melted prong left. Eventually, he got the system working. “This should get you through the next several weeks,” he told me, “if it goes down, call me and I’ll come out...” “How much do I owe you for the parts and service,” I asked. “No charge,” he replied, “we’ll retrieve the parts when we install the new system. We just want to make sure you have heating and cooling capability until the new system arrives.” I was amazed. How many other companies would go out of their way like this for their customers? Keith AC’s actions speak for themselves. Their chief concern is the welfare of their customers!Once the new system was installed, it still lacked the “communicating” touch control system which had not arrived yet. A few days passed and I became concerned. I am a chronic worrier. I sent an email to Keith AC expressing my concerns. The following morning a Keith AC truck pulled into my driveway. Soon, a technician was inside installing an up-graded communicating touch control system. Accompanying him was Keith AC’s owner, Brian Keith himself, overseeing the process. Brian had received my email, got directly involved, and secured the up-graded control system. Keith AC was intent on ensuring that any concerns on my part were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. One thing has become very clear to me: Keith AC’s foremost and top priority is taking proper care of their customers. Their actions truly speak for and back up their words. Keith AC is known for its down-to-earth Texas hospitality, be it also known, given my experience, they are Top Class in everything they do the new system works impeccably.If you are looking for a new HVAC system or service of your existing one, I urge you to include Keith AC in your search.
