    Javier continues to provided services above and beyond to insure that my daughter’s air conditioner in her new house operates to its greatest potential. He interrupted his schedule to provide emergency services because she has fibromyalgia and could not take the Texas heat. Since he had already assessed the air conditioner system and knew just what to look for, he got the part and repaired for the unit each time there were problems. Although the air conditioner had to be replaced, he added several additional part to the system to maximize the output. We are so grateful. We look forward to a good relationship with him as our AC guy

    AC was having issues today and had another AC company try to problem solve with no success so we called Javier (JAVCO). Javier was there in 30 minutes. Javier is an example of what an honest business person is. He’s up front, objective, offers options with customer budget in mind, rates the priority of the AC system for repair, offers a more than market fair price and in my experience he over communicates in a good way and offers himself for any need me and my family have. In this “know it all” instant expert day and age it’s refreshing to have an honest AC guy who meets you as much of the way as you need. For our family we are blessed to be able to rely on him.     I like to shop local as much as possible and Javier and his team is the company I was looking for. I reached out to Javier when I had a odor coming from one of the vents. He was punctual for our appointment and gave me a full breakdown of how to resolve the issue. He gave me a many options to resolve the issue. Having an older house he suggested options to get my AC to work at its full potential but never being being pushy to upsale. Before leaving the house he recapped his visit and answered all our questions.The day he came to fix and upgrade the AC unit he was once again punctual and his team came to work. Completed all the work quicker than he thought. His team would steadily sweep the house around the working areas. Before leaving he showed me all the work that was completed in the attic and answered all the questions that I had. My AC now feels crisp around my house and I would strongly recommend JAVCO Air Conditioning if you are looking for your unit to be serviced.

    JAVCO the showed on Sunday ready to solve issues with the unit unfortunately the tremendous storms that came through took out the unit they came the next day and changed it out and replaced it we have used Javier with excellent results. Saved me about $450 and was not something I would have thought to check. Fast forward 4 years and I texted Javier on a Sunday night about 10pm that my AC was out (not expecting a reply till the morning) and he replied that night! Said he was booked all day but would come after work. He came earlier than expected, fixed the problem today (left to get a part and installed it this afternoon).     Ive been using JAVCO for a number of years. In addition to providing services to maintain my air conditioner and furnace, Javier has gone above and beyond the call of duty. In one case, my air conditioner stopped working the weekend before July 4th a few years ago. Javier came to solve the problem immediately, so that we wouldnt suffer from the heat longer than necessary. Two days ago, my old furnace had a serious problem. Again, Javier came to the rescue very quickly. He was concerned that it may start leaking carbon monoxide, so I got a new unit. He and his three men installed it today.     I had to replace two old furnaces in my attic. JAVCO came recommended by a friend of mine. Javier came out quickly to assess my system and gave me multiple options to go with.     After contacting a few other air conditioning companies I came across JAVCO while at work I called the number listed on the company vehicle and Mr Javier answered promptly he listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment to come out to check my unit after a thorough inspection he was very HONEST with the condition of my unit and gave me options on how the situation could be handled after a night of decision making I chose the best option for me and he did exactly what was discussed I highly recommend the company for any and all of your HVAC needs…… very honest and professional service

    When the weather got really cold in Houston, I discovered that my heater would not turn on. Javier came over quickly to assess the issue. He replaced the control board and furnace. My heating system was back up and running , which is very much appreciated in this cold weather. Javier is always very helpful, understanding, and he explains things well.     I can call them to come out they give me a time and show up within 30 minutes of that time frame. They let me know what’s wrong give me a price and do not try to sell me anything else. They came out and replaced my unit outside and up the cost was much cheaper than the other two AC companies.
