They were a company that was outsouced by a third party to fix my cracked induction stovestop. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly ***highly*** recommend these guys for ANYTHING you need. Their business card now lives on my fridge.

Mr. Guzman from Intel Tech Solutions gave me a courtesy call to tell me he was on his way, and he came within the scheduled time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He replaced my entire Samsung refrigerator ice/water dispenser very quickly and efficiently. He was even nice enough to change my water filter while he was here, which was something I had not originally called about. I highly recommend him and would hire him again.

Leo worked me into the schedule quickly, arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed dishwasher problem. Had to order part, but returned in couple of days to install. Everything went very well from start to finish. I will use him again for appliance issues.

Our refrigerator stopped working, we called the home warranty company and initially had another repair company come out, we waited TWO weeks before they decided they couldnt do the job... needless to say, after three weeks the warranty company finally gave us a new repair company - IntelTech. Within three days our refrigerator was fixed! And it would have been much sooner, but a new compressor had to be ordered. The owner Mr. Guzman, and his apprentice Moses were very professional, polite and quick. They did great work and you can tell they knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Guzman, the technician, finished the job and resolved the problem with our broken Samsung freezer. He arrived on time, and the quality of his work was clear after the job was finished. I will absolutely use this business again in the future for any appliance repair in my home.
