I called Honest Repair Service Air Conditioning and Heating due to a problem with some old duct work in the attic. Fausto was very busy but he came right out as soon as he had a cancellation. He always explains everything very well and I believe he tries to save me money whenever he can, which I truly appreciate. I trust his opinion and his work and his prices are far better than other companies Ive dealt with in the past. I continue to tell my friends about this company and would recommend it to anyone who needs honest, affordable service, with a five star rating.I have called Honest Repair Service AC & Heating three times in the past 5 years. I have always been very happy with both the work and the cost. Fausto is very knowledgeable about what he does and he is good about explaining the problem and the solution. In the past, I have dealt with air conditioning companies who have told me my unit needed costly repairs or replacement. The first time I called Fausto, he fixed the problem, and I paid a lot less than Id expected. When my AC unit finally needed replacing, I paid a lot less than what Id been quoted by other companies. I wish all the companies I do business with could be as honest and customer friendly as this one. I will always use Honest Repair Service for my AC & Heating needs and will recommend this company to my friends and family.

We just had Honest Repair Service out to fix our A/C (on a Saturday) and he came right out, worked really quickly, was very reasonably priced and was HONEST about the condition of our unit. On last evening I discovered the fan of my air conditioner unit was not turning. This is a Friday evening when most companies are closed. After looking on the internet I saw Honest Repair Service is a 24 hour service, so I decided to read the reviews before soliciting their service.I must admit sometimes I am skeptical about solely relying on Google reviews as they are not always reliable. However, the experience and service I received from Fausto and Edwin was thorough and efficient.When I initially contacted Fausto I was given a window of less than 2 hours for his arrival (which is excellent for a Friday night during the summer season). He arrived within that time period. Once the problem was assessed, he had the part needed in his truck ( a very organized work vehicle) so I didnt have to wait until the next day. The part was easily replaced within a few minutes! Very painless experience and 24 hours later the air conditioner is cooling as before.I would recommend Fausto and Edwin to anyone who may have an emergency HVAC failure. This is the second posting I have given for Honest Repair. Mr. Torres (Fausto) is great! He was here on time, found my problem very quickly, and charged me a very fair price. Theres a reason I keep using him season after season...its because he is an excellent repairman and an honest business man. Truly...this is the company to call for air conditioning!9/12/2020I have to say that once again, Fausto is the best in the business! He came out when he said he would, it took him about 5 minutes to find the problem and another 5 minutes to fix it. He charged a good price and was Covid safe while he was working. It is so nice to do business with his company!! Thank you for my nice, cool home!

This is my third time using Honest Repair. I have referred them before and will again. As always, Faustus was prompt, professional and explained everything he needed to do. He made suggestions on how to take care of the unit and how to keep my electric bill low, because we run the AC really cold. All around a wonderful job. I cant say enough good things about the experience.

I had a clogged drain that was causing my ceiling to leak. It was urgent to get this fixed quickly before any major water damage was done. Honest Repair was the first to call me back and have it done same day with no extra fees! They were very kind, professional, and fixed the problem in less than an hour! Would highly recommend their services again!

I called Honest Air and Repair in need of an EMERGENCY! I have two young kids and on a Friday night in Texas middle of June Our Air Conditioner decides to not work! I called around 9 am and Someone was here at 11! Great Service and Friendly! Definitely have gained a customer in Me!

Well he came out when he said. My air was out and it was blowing cold when he left. I have two units. My one new unit had a short in the wires he said, the other needed Freon. He repaired the short but only warranted it for 30 days. And It stopped running just before he left!. Had to find the other short. Electrical tape is on the wire on unit outside now? Anyways efficient--but make sure you tell him to take his shoes off before coming in and out. We had mud from outside all over our dining room rug and kitchen island area. She was not happy made me mop the floor for not telling him. Would have given 5 stars but for those two things.

We had never used them before, but Brittany was very understanding of our situation when I called (Woke up to a very cold house). Robert, the technician, took multiple trips up and down the stairs to the attic to work on the unit, doing whatever it took to get the unit working. Thankful for Brittany explaining my questions regarding payment, etc... Appreciate the service they provided!
