    Omar was professional, knowledgeable and solution oriented. He immediately identified the problems and showed me pictures to help me understand his assessment. He also shared the pros and cons of the viable options so I could make the best decision to maximize the performance of our HVAC units. He worked quickly and was considerate of our space wearing blue booties whenever he came inside our home. This was my first experience with Graco - but I was very impressed.

    We had a huge project of replacing entire HVAC in our home. Charlie came out and looked at project and was very professional and came up with plan. He is the reason we went with this company as opposed to others. When working on project which took almost a week, Charlie, David, Joe, and Andrew worked very hard and all weekend long. 100percent satisfied with all their work. Andrew was extremely helpful in educating me with the new thermostats and Charlie was excellent in the overall installation. Would highly recommend!!!

    Brady came out to my house quickly and was even sweet to my barking dog. He listened to my concerns about water moving through the pipes in my house, and then began to check everything that needed to be checked.     Had no choice to make my home up to code so had to put in a tankless water heater. Brady and Jonathan did a fantastic job getting my old one out and getting the new one installed. Gave me a great price and great service. I have used this company since I moved to OKC 6 years ago and have always treated me and the people I recommend them to great including my 93 year old neighbor.     My a/c unit was out on a 100-degree day. The response time from Graco Heat & Air was excellent . I put in a service call around 9 pm with the answering service and was contacted at 7:30 the next morning with a service man on the way to my residence. The professionalism was excellent. Jonas Grider was excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. For a costly appliance situation that could have gone south. It ended up being a minor fix with just a service call. I did the membership yearly charge (unlike a monthly subscription like some charge), and they cleaned my entire unit, checked my freon, and will be back to service it again in a few months. And no more service call charges for less than 200 bucks. Thank you, Graco, for your fast response time, and thank you, Jonas, you saved the day.

    Ive been very happy with the service from Graco. I started with them a year and a half ago when they sent out there summer promo flyer. The promotional rate was one of the best Id seen. The techs they send out are always very professional and polite. They seem knowledgeable but HVAC is the one trade I cant even fumble my way through intelligently so Im not really one to know.If I had a complaint its that on my first couple appts they gave me a ridiculous service window of 8 hours. Who the takes a whole day off of work to wait at home for their system to be serviced?Ive been happy enough that 2 out of the 3 properties I own are on the membership maintenance plan. Only reason the other one isnt is because the system is an old r-22 unit and the tech basically told me if it breaks they wont service it anyway.Just finished up my semi-annual maintenance and Keaton did a great job.

    I called Graco to fix a faulty heating system over the weekend. They were wonderful communicators and sent a technician to investigate. It turned out to be an issue he thought would be covered by my warranty, so rather than working on it and voiding the warranty, he suggested I wait until Monday and call the installer come fix it. He drove an hour each way to look at it, so I was incredibly appreciative of his honesty. And he seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business!
