    Fuse HVAC was amazing. I have a home with two systems and my upstairs unit, in the dead heat of Texas summer, decided it didn’t want to do its job anymore. Fuse came out the same day, thoroughly checked BOTH of my systems and then gave me my repair and replacement options. They did not try to force anything or recommend unnecessary replacements or repairs. It was, quite honestly, shocking. Most HVAC companies want to sell you a lot of stuff that may or may not be needed but, Fuse was up front and honest. Once the work began, these technicians busted their backs and worked all day and into the evening to get both systems installed and running. It was impressive. Having contractors in your home is never easy but these technicians were polite, courteous, worked neatly, and respected my home as if it was their own. Highly recommend Victor, Leo, and the Fuse HVAC team!! Professional, polite, hard working team that provided service and installation at very reasonable pricing. Please do yourself a favor and call them first when you have HVAC issues!

    My refrigerator/freezer was frosting over. My repair guy was very knowledgeable and worked diligently but couldn’t find anything that was broke and needed to be replaced. He did discover that the temperature controller for the fridge needed to be reset. That seemed to fix the problem and he only charged the service fee, which I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely call on them again.Well, it happened, I called them again. This time it was my dryer making a terrible screeching noise. Victor knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it and replace the part in record time. Victor is very efficient and knows exactly what is wrong. The charge again was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again.

    I had one of the stove top burners quit working. Victor came out with a new burner and went thru his diagnostic steps. He determined that it wasnt the Burner but the switch to the Burner. He left, ordered the new part and returned to replace the switch. On both visits he was great. Very personable and informative. You could tell he definitely knew what he was doing. I was very pleased with the whole experience and plan on using him again if a need arises. Great customer service!!

    Fantastic customer service. He arrived within a hour or so when I called to fix my refrigerator. Because its over 20 years old, he had to order he part. He helped me find the part on line to save me money. When the part did arrive, he was back in less than an hour. It took 15 minutes to fix. Everything was clean and working.
