Fresh air matter seems to always be a great go-to for my homes needs. We recently asked about couch cleaning, and they were quick to help out! They had the appointment booked quickly with plenty of options of availability. We were communicated with very well in regards to a reminder about the appointment and an on the way message. The technician was very thorough and we could not be more pleased.Payment was quick and easy, with a follow-up from the owner directly afterward asking how the appointment went.Finally, a company with an understanding of good customer service!Thanks, and Im looking forward to working with these folks again!

Michael and Steven were both great! They were quick and well priced. They sprayed cleaner to get rid of the mildew that had built up and started making my wife sick and got rid of all the dust buildup. I Highly recommend them!

I got a 20% offer from NTTA for air duct cleaning and to be honest, I havent ever gotten it cleaned. Ive been in my house 13 years. I figured this was good time as any. I put in an online request for a quote. The owner Stephen called me within the next hour and we scheduled an appointment. I was surprised at how early they could schedule me in especially around the busy holiday season. Just in time, too! Itll be 10 degrees tonight in Dallas. The tech, Michael was on time for the appointment and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took him about 45mins to an hour. It was pretty quick and he was educating me along the way. Overall, had an excellent experience and with true professionals.

I was having some issues with our HVAC / A/C making noises and sounded like it was working hard to function. Called Fresh Air Matters and they came to check it out immediately the next day. We just bought this house but the HVAC is as old as the house, had some mold and needed to be cleaned. They treated it first and will be coming back to clean it out next month. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. Professional and very quick to respond. Even with just the treatment I can already tell its working better. Thanks guys!
