Randy was recommended on a Reddit post I came across for good, quality HVAC people in the Houston area. He came out and gave me a quote to replace my whole system. The pricing was right, and Randy was the most knowledgable Id talked to. Randy was willing to talk technical with me about any questions I had, where most guys just want to sell, Randy explained the differences between systems I was looking at. Signed his quote on a Thursday, he showed up Monday morning with a crew and had me up and running that day. The new system is great, and it feels like a new home. Totally recommend Fly HVAC to everyone.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! My AC condenser failed and I called Randy at Fly HVAC. He arrived at my house in less than 15 minutes and had the condenser running in less than 10 minutes. He also spent about 4 hours installing a cage around the condenser to protect it from thieves. I could not be happier. Excellent service at a reasonable price! I will definitely be calling FlyHVAC in the future in case I need any AC service.

I’ve been lucky enough to have Randy’s help on our aging AC (2004? 2024?) since we bought our 1940 house back in 2018 (and he was working for another company, hadn’t yet gone out in his own). He has always been forthright, direct, reliable, and gets the issue fixed - often after giving me an option of a couple different ways (and costs) of getting things done. Great service. Randy came to inspect the issue with my AC unit and suggested honest solutions to fix it. He performed the service on the spot and got my AC back up and running. The fee was fair and expected. It was a straight up no-nonsense type of service that is difficult to find these days. Im sticking with them for future repairs. Recommended.

Over the past year, we have had countless contractors come out to look at our commercial AC unit. After their inspection, I would receive a 5 figure quote and was left with little explanation as to what needed to be done, and for what reasoning. To be completely honest, when we reached out to Randy to come give us a quote, I had expected the same experience, however it was nothing of the sort. Randy took the time to explain every little detail to me and answered every single one of my questions, no matter how silly it was. I had a detailed quote in my email, less than 10 hours later and then he still took the time to answer questions after that. I didn’t feel like I was being sold, but rather I was being informed of exactly where my money was going and why. He is timely, professional, genuine, and truly the perfect example of what all small business customer service should be. We have found our forever HVAC tech for all of our commercial businesses! I can’t say enough good about him. If you’re tired of not understanding your quotes or feeling rushed when speaking to contractors, I urge you to call Randy! 10/10 recommend!

Me being a contractor of 43 years was most impressed in all the details of prepping the site, final clean-up and workmanship. This particular visit was for an installation of a whole-house dehumidifier to replace an old worn out dehumidifier that has been like a work-horse. This visit arrival was on time, all work done (from removing the old system to installing the new system) was done in 1 hour. Very quickly in my opinion.There is more that can be said from challenges that our home has had in the past and Fly HVAC solved what other teams of professionals could not, but rest assured that you are in honest good working hands with this company.
