My BMW 3-series had a catastrophic engine failure while I was visiting San Antonio (I had driven from Colorado Springs.) I selected to have it towed to Eurasian Auto Repair based on their positive Google reviews. The diagnosis for my car was not great--but Rob and his team made a really difficult situation a bit more tolerable because of their patience, kindness and clear communication. I ended up donating my car to Texas Public Radio, and they were totally okay with leaving the car on their lot until it could be towed. I really cant say enough about the kindness and professionalism of this entire team. The shop is immaculate also. Go there--there are a great team!!

After a nightmare experience at a nearby auto repair. I took our company truck, a 21 Chevy Silverado, to Eurasian Auto Repair. Thank you to Eurasian Auto for a great job on my 2010 Mercedes. I had it towed in (60 miles) after hours so the nightly key drop box was convenient. I received the diagnosis just a hour after they opened. Ordered/received the parts to replace the alternator and headrest that day and ready for pick up the following morning. This was my first visit to Eurasian. I took our KIA Sorento to the location on I35. I really appreciated how Roger explained what was going on with the transmission and what they could do. He took his time in educating me with his knowledge. A totally different experience which I encountered at a dealership which was so sad. It’s nice to find a business like Eurasian and pleased with the outcome and the service provided.

I have a 2011 Mini Cooper that needed to have the Steering Wheel angle sensor programmed. I had tried a couple shops that claimed to be Mini specialist and they turned me away without even looking at the car. The gentlemen at Eurasian said that they would attempt to program it. I dropped the car off, they were extremely professional and set a clear expectation of what I could expect. The car is now programmed and works perfect. I highly recommend these guys for your car maintenance!

I value their honesty, pricing and effort to identify the squeaking sound when the car is in reverse in the a.m. While the exact cause was not identified they took time to be certain my breaks are fine. They oiled all components and as of now the sound has stopped. I was encouraged to bring car back if sound continues.

The first time I had gone to them another mechanic shop worked on my car & they couldn’t find out why the car was still not working. Eurasin was able to find the problem and fix it. This was our first visit to Eurasian. What I really appreciated was the honesty. We had an AC problem and Eurasian called me and said the AC started working and asked if I wanted to pick it up. I had inadvertently left the AC compressor unplugged when trouble shooting at home and looking for a short. They did find dye on a leak test on the condenser and compressor and I went ahead with the replacement after all. They could have just as easily told me it was broken and never said a word so again, integrity and honesty will ensure I return for future repairs.

I just got here to San Antonio, TX. Had some issues with my car when I moved here. Got some recommendations on a few shops in San Antonio. I checked out 3 shops to get some quotes. Wanted to see who was pricing the best for all the issues I was having on my car.Each shop I explained the issues. Two shops charged for the inspection at $200+. The third one did it for free. Two other shops quoted me at $8k. I was shocked they found even more issues. The third shop that gave me a free inspection of my car and for the issues I stated. Third shop was Eurasian Auto. They found less issues and nothing more. They even gave information for future services for my car.I was kind aof dumbfounded I had a long list of $8K issues from the first two shops. But, I then had even less issues found at Eurasion Auto. It showed me that the other shops were dishonest with me and attempting to overcharge for issues that werent there and getting me to believe that. They wanted even more stuff fixed on my car that didnt need fixing and were just trying to get milk me for money.Eurasian Auto was very foward and honset. They were sure of just the two issues they found and nothing more! I had them fix the two issues and had my car back in two days. They even tried to have the car back to me within the same day. I told them it was alright, take your time. I really appreciate the gesture from the shop.They got my car fixed, it still had an issues after I left and came back and told them it still had the metal clunking sound issues. Even though the other fixes were done and the car was riding so much better. I was working with their employee, Ray who handles the European side of Vehicle maintenance. Ray is so damn professional, friendly and Welcoming. He went on a ride with me to listen and figure out what the metal sound could be. We set up a new date and time for another inspection just a few days later.I brought it back and they found the issues, I asked how much and they said it was free. I was shocked because they did another inspection on my car for the issue and it took them over 3hrs to resolve and find the issue of the metal sound. Got it fixed and fre of charge.This shop exudes class, professional and a future customer that will come back.Also, have another staff member. His name Josh. Also, another fantastic worker they working and he handles the the other side of the shop for customers. Great guy as well, informative, very chill and easy to talk.Another great thing about the shop is their customer service to random customers that come in. while I was waiting for my car in their shop for the metal sound. A lady walks-inn and she hit something in the road, had something come loose underneath the car. Found their shop onlinr and came to Eurasian Auto. Josh got her taken care and had the mechanics check out the issue. Within an hour or less, Josh brought the car back around and they fixed the issue. The Lady asks how much, they tell her no charge, its free..it was just a simple fix.This shop is honest with you, they have great character, they have morals and values. Theyre up front and honest, they not overcharging unlike the other shops.Also, they even do monthly payments when you got those expensive visits. Rather than having to do an up-front one time payment. Because any other mechanic shop is gonna charge you fully up front, no monthly payments at all.Trust but Verify it yourself.

For years I paid by check there. I have never been told checks were not acceptable. My ride dropped me off and then left so I was stranded bc my payment was refused. Over the years I have paid you several thousands in repairs by check w/o a problem in your receiving good funds. North Park Audi never treated me like this so I will have them do future work. It’s obvious you don’t value me as a customer. Your supervisor does not know how to treat loyal customers and is literally driving business away! Also, coolant was not topped off!

Once Again Eurasian Never lets me down. The dealer was unable to make the correct diagnosis... They kept telling it could be this or that and they will have order parts then go from there. The dealer could not give a good estimate nor reasonable answer of the problem....So I went to Eurasian...The next day John/Rob. were like heres your problem. Service was professional, friendly, and a reasonable price considered what other places have charged me on that car (2000 VW Passat). I chose Eurasian because it was open on Saturday, and even if I dont necessarily need service then, it is great to know that the customers schedule is considered. Also, I like the fact that car washing/detailing can be coordinated during the service as an add-on. What is also good is that the recommended service options are texted for approval with a description and pricing, and you can select what you want done. I liked it so much, I took in my 2006 Chevy Silverado, and they did a great job (they said they have a certified person for that vehicle even though it isnt from Europe or Asia.

I just relocated to San Antonio from Katy (Houston), Texas, a little more than two weeks ago.I was fairly certain as I drove into SA that my car was very low on oil. My best friend, Michael Jimenez, took my 2013 Mercedes S550 into Eurasian Auto Repair for an oil change.Michael recommended Eurasian Auto Repair highly from their previous superior work on his Jaguar.The auto service was quick, reasonably priced and just overall excellent. My car is driving beautifully!The customer service was stellar, as well.Throughout the day, we received several update calls from Josh. Prior to my vehicle being serviced, I received a quote for all services they recommended on the vehicle. I was able to view each quote for recommended service and was able to accept or decline each of them directly through Eurasian’s portal.After my car was ready to go, I received a text message with the detailed diagnostic results for my car. A very professional regimen. Everyone with him I had contact was also friendly, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. A remarkably thorough, initial diagnostic routine, well worth the charge. I did not choose to have every problem corrected at this time, as the vehicle is 17 years old and not driven a lot. But knowing about the potential problems is valuable. The desired repairs were performed promptly, and I think the charges are consistent with community standards. I will definitely go back, and I wish they serviced American vehicles also.

The work that was done was top notch. I just wish someone would have told me how to unbutton the engine covers. The factory had screw types, the ones that were replaced had a flat blade opening that I did not know about. Needless to say, when I had to jump start the vehicle today, bad battery you see, I finally had to force the one engine cover off to get to the cars battery. From the first call to picking up our vehicle, the staff is/was courteous, attentive, and responsive. Nora was great and helped to accommodate drop off prior to scheduled appointment. JR contacted me the morning of my appointment with an explanation of service to be done and my options. Unfortunately for us the repairs were beyond what we want to invest in this vehicle. I say unfortunate because Eurasian Auto Repair appears to be where I would want to take my vehicle to be repaired or serviced.

Loved the fact that Nora called existing customers to see if there was any service needed on my vehicle. Just as easy as setting an appointment online.Arrived at 10:30 am and left around 2:30 pm. Had to wait a while for a battery to be ordered, hence the wait. You receive a text message with a link to the estimate before repairs are conducted. Charges are broken down to the grand total. You can easily approve or deny the charges. I had to ask about the warranty. Little upset that the battery only comes with a 30-month warranty, couldnt they just give me an extra 6 months? Most batteries at this price point have a 3 yr warranty. Youll receive a text message to notify you that your repairs are completed in case you arent waiting at the shop.Overall Im giving a 5-star review due to their reputation, great service, and awesome staff. Id be a 100% highly satisfied customer if they gave me the 6 months warranty on the battery, but its not a deal breaker. Ive been coming here for many years but unfortunately, still take my car to the Audi dealership for discounted oil changes which come with free Audi loaners. Ill continue to bring my Audi and Porsche to Eurasian for service.

I had a leak in my cooling system which turned out to be a failing water pump (so they said). After 2 days in the shop, a new water pump and a $2000 bill, I picked the “repaired” car up. After driving the car for 2 days, my low coolant light came on again. I popped the hood and sure enough, the coolant had leaked out again. They did not fix the problem.Update: After speaking with Robert again at Euarsian, he and his team were 100% committed to ensuring my leak was repaired and that I was satisfied. I won’t t get into all of the details but I will say that they went well above and beyond to “make it right”. In fact, they went so far above and beyond that I actually feel guilty, as if I have taken advantage of them. I do know that they will be doing all of my work for me from now on. I never take the time to write reviews but I just felt the need this time because Eurasian continues to impress me and give me the best service. The guys that work there are extremely nice and helpful. Theyve always been very accommodating, whether it be me getting my car towed there and not being able to be there, or having to pick up my car late in the day because I work mornings. They always get started on my car fairly quickly, usually the day of unless theyre super busy which is understandable. They always make sure to call me before doing anything to my car and they also send me text messages with a breakdown of all the parts, repairs, prices, etc. that I can look at for more details. They never pressure me into paying for extra services and they always explain in detail whats going on with my car. Im a young women and I dont know anything about cars and they make me feel very comfortable going to them for help because of how well they explain things and the fact that its all broken down online for me as well. Leo was extremely empathetic and professional, and reassured me they could help. They began working on my car at 7 am on Thursday and worked through the entire day into the next day. My car was done at 10 am on Friday and had about $870 worth of complex repairs. He called me every 2 hours with detailed updates on what the diagnosiss were and what they were doing to fix them. Their labor price is a little bit higher than other places but 100% worth it for the service provided and their efficiency. They will not rip you off and will only provide the appropriate needed repairs. Highly recommend to anyone. Best auto shop service I have ever received!

Rob Made it right and although my first interaction was not the best, the resolution that Rob provided me was more then I expected and says a lot about the business. I always believed that everybody has room for improvement either it being personal or in the business sense. One thing I can say is that accountability is the one thing I respect the most from a business or from a Person.I updated the star review because I respect when somebody takes ownership when addressing an issue or concern. I myself also took something away from this , for that I see everyday as a learning opportunity.Thank you again for reaching out .I am very disappointed! Took my Jeep to get diagnosed since it had issues . They said a full diagnostic would be made and then we can decide to proceed further in repairs. They LIED! I feel cheated, they told me they had to REPLACE BOTHVALVE COVERGASKETS, SPARK PLUG TUBE SEALS. They also said they might have other issues but they are not sure. Took them 48 hours to find out the engine was blown and no good. But of course they did not tell me that before I agreed to have initial work done. They lied to me and just had me agree for work to be done when they knew the engine was already damaged and I would have no need for the Initial repair! I went to another business on 01/28/2023 and they diagnosed my Jeep in less then an hour with full details of Blown engine ect.! Very bad business . Please be straight forward. I would have preferred to pay for the honest diagnosis for $200.00 instead for labor charge of $644.05 and total bill of $779.49! Very dissatisfied.

If it was possible to give them 10 stars I would. I have never experienced the level of customer service like what Eurasian Auto provided. I have been taking my cars to them for the past 6 years and my most recent experience has completely placed them over the top. I had previously taken my 2005 Nissan Xterra to get looked at and it needed a fan support bracket replaced. The replacement part failed as I was driving back to Fort Hood and caused the mechanical fan shaft to break. This resulted in damage to other engine components. I made it to Killeen and immediately took my car to the Nissan dealership. Nissan quoted me $2,665 to repair what was damaged as well as identifying other issues that need attention. I contacted Mike at Eurasian and he informed me that the parts that they replaced were under warranty and that Nissan would be able to collect on that warranty. Nissan contacted the warranty company and briefed them on what they had found. The warranty company then called Eurasian to confirm some of the details. Mike called me after speaking to the warranty company to let me know that what Nissan had annotated on their estimate sheet did not jive with what they told the warranty company. He asked me if it would be possible to get my car towed back to San Antonio to their shop. I had the car towed and Eurasian not only fixed the damage caused by the failed part but the additional faults that Nissan had identified AT NO CHARGE! They completed $4,000 worth of work and didn’t charge me a dime! Not only that but they covered the diagnostic fee owed to Nissan. This is just superb customer service and I am eternally grateful to Mike and the staff at Eurasian Auto. If you’re looking for a repair shop that you can trust unconditionally to take care of your vehicle, this is where to go. Thank you Mike and and everyone at Eurasian Auto. You guys are amazing!

Full engine service for my 2001 Subaru Legacy. Replaced leaky head gaskets, spark plugs, steering boots, and a complete timing belt service. They offered more accurate diagnosis, advice and service than a Subaru dealer in Austin. Three years and 25,000 miles later the car is going strong. Eurasian worked with my busy travel schedule and provided great follow up service. I was confident that they were focused on making my vehicle right the first time. No up-charging: they even advised me against an engine treatment that I had requested, because it was not necessary for my specific engine. Auto repairs of this nature (gaskets and timing belts) arent cheap and shouldnt be done cheaply. Getting it done right the first time saves you in the long run. Thank you Eurasian.

I was visiting San Antonio for work when I encountered a problem with my BMW 328i. BMWs can be difficult to repair and require a specialist so I had no idea where to go. I got a personal recommendation to go here from a colleague. Leo and Rob were both extremely helpful in the diagnosis and repair off my BMW 328i. Turns out that the problem was related to a recent repair that had failed. They reached out to my shop in my hometown to get the issue resolved for the least amount of money. Pickup was contact free and easy, the car was spotless when I picked it up. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a repair. This was better service than I would have received at the dealership at a fraction of the price.
