Excellent service when you need it.I had my well pump go down on a Sunday morning. I called East-Tex air, Keith answered and asked a few questions then suggested that I bring pump assembly to him to test prior to condemning and needing replacement.He opened up, tested my pump and found the thermal overload was the reason.Keith tested pump and told me why it overloaded. He asked for NO payment however I insisted that he accept some payment for his services.He’s the last of what I call the “ good guys”.Thank you East-TexCount on Keith to help you out!!

I have used Keith for years. He is always very prompt and professional. My a/c quit working in July and he showed up the same day and took care of it. It wasn’t a problem with my unit after all but instead a burnt fuse in the breaker panel. To my surprise he took care of that as well and I had a comfortable nights sleep with cold ac. I would highly recommend him and will always use him in the future

We had Keith install a new central air & heat along with new air ducts, his price was fair and work was spot on. Keith later installed a holding tank and pump on our Well to reduce the sulfur smell, again his price was fair and the work was great. I would highly recommend Keith for you A/C & Heating and Well service needs.

We moved to Broaddus, Texas almost 5 years ago. We had several issues with the existing well. Keith was always wonderful about coming out and saving the day. After several attempts to repair the 60 plus year old well, he then helped us to drill a new well. Best decision ever! We now have a better water quality and a deeper well. Price was great and was completed quickly. Thank you East Tex Air for a job well done.

My wife and I have used East-Tex Air & Heat for service to our air conditioning system and our well since 2007 when we moved to Broaddus, Tx.Keith Chapman has always been extremely prompt to answer our needs for service, he is very honest and trustworthy and his prices are fair and reasonable.I have always recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Keith has installed the 2 central ac units in my 2 homes in San Augutine more than 15 years ago. They are still going strong with no issues. He is always prompt when service is needed and courteous.
