We are so pleased with the service we received from DVO. Domingo and his crew arrived on time and also alerted us when they were within 10 minutes of arrival. They kept us informed throughout the project and finished ahead of schedule. Domingo and his company worked hard to repair and salvage the mess a previous company left. They installed a pipe that we didn’t know was required. I am so impressed with their level of customer service and knowledge. They also cleaned up and took the trash. I would give them 10 stars if they were available. We will use their services in future needs and recommend them to friends and family.

Mr. Vargas was fantastic! Professional and no nonsense. He was humble and respectful. He came out on time (during the worst of winter) and messaged me when he was within 15 minutes from me. He came in, looked at the HVAC system, and told me exactly what was wrong, and how prevent my furnace from not properly working again. He ran to get the part, came back, and had it working in no time.He didn’t give me the run around. He told me exactly what I needed to hear. Trustworthy. Domingo came and checked the unit, performed tests, offered a diagnosis and most importantly took the time to explain what went bad. He provided estimates and lectured me on how to take better care of the system. I did my research on pricing for labor, parts and freon refill. Domingo’s pricing is fair! Gave me good advice and said he would return in the afternoon.Normally you have to hound people to come back, but promptly at 1pm he messaged me he was 20 mins out. Showed up, fixed the issue and quoted me a very fair price for the speed and quality.Accepted multiple forms of payment.I will be scheduling maintenance from him again for sure. Mr. Vargas took very detailed pictures and explained WHY I had a leak and exactly what I needed to get the air back on quickly. He took the time to fix sloppy workmanship from the previous company I used and even fixed my ladder to the attic they broke free of charge without being asked.He was very responsive and explained every single detail of the job in consumer terms. I cant say enough great things about D-V-O s service! Domingo was able to schedule an initial service call, super fast. Think he came out the same day that I initially called.Domingo came out for a mold issue. And ended up replacing our whole AC indoor unit. He worked as quickly as he and his team could, for a total of 2 work days. And constantly communicated his progress.When completed, the AC worked great. And everything was inspected afterwards by the city. With Domingo present for all of the work. He was super knowledgeable and honest about everything that needed to get done.Now the AC is still working great. Its a way quieter AC system. And the house heats a cools in a matter of minutes. Ive written a ton of reviews and this is another great biz in the Mesquite area. I was wondering why my house was so hot and found out my AC stopped outside. I called and it went to voicemail and about 10 minutes later Domingo called me back and had me text my address and literally came in about 7ish minutes (Mind you, this was a little after 6pm on a Friday). He diagnosed the fan as well, and gave me info on the unit and the possible reason, and was able to fix it for me in about 10 minutes. He definitely saved me on this 99 degree weather!I definitely recommend if youre in the Mesquite area and looking for a quick turnaround
