Mr Douglas came out to our home quickly and diagnosed the issue and repaired the AC fan motor the same day. Very friendly, professional, and honest. We will definitely call Douglas again in the future and tell all our friends. This is a family owned business with fair pricing. We definitely recommend!

We have used the Douglasss for Ober 20 years, when they put in new systems for our new home. They are always friendly, professional, and able to make sure we are comfortable. To the point they will move ducts around as a temporary measure, or provide portable units when they needed time to get a part. You cant go wrong with them.

I have used Douglass Heat & Air for over 20 years. I cant say enough about the business and the family that owns it. When my husband was on kidney dialysis, and we had a problem with heat or air, they were at my house within hours to help out. I will never forget their kindnesses, and over the years theyve replaced my old HVAC system with a new one.I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work, the fact that when they say theyre going to be there..........they are. I would never even think of calling another company. Theyve always taken care of my problems with a professional and friendly attitude. They are the best at what they do.
