    Wow. My husband and I were blown away by the service David provided us.{ TLDR: We highly recommend DND if you are looking for an honest company that will not rip you off with unnecessary repairs. Excellent, full of integrity. A+++ }We contacted DND for a second opinion service evaluation, and he was able to visit same day. Our house had been running hot over the weekend while we were out of town. We had another (5 star) AC company take a look while we were gone and basically told us our less than 2 year old system had been damaged by a tree branch or potentially vandalism. We were quoted labor repairs between $1-2k as the parts were still under warranty.I urged my husband to let me call another company for another quote juuust to make sure all was in the clear before proceeding.(My grandfather worked with HVAC units his whole life and has always urged family to get multiple quotes due to unfortunate rampant dishonesty in the field.)We are relieved and soooo thankful that the owner, David, of DND is one of the honest ones. He showed up on time (early even), took a thorough look at our unit, showed my husband there was no damage to be found and that the system was performing top notch. He said to let him know if it starts acting up again but for now it is running just fine. He did not recommend any repairs and even waived the diagnostic fee! Wow. šŸ™ŒšŸ¼If we need someone to service our unit in the future, we will be calling David without hesitation. We are so blessed to have found such an honest company that we can trust!     My A/C stopped cooling as the Texas summer started to heat up. Saw Steven from DND Heating & Air Conditioning at a neighborā€™s place installing a new A/C unit. Walked over and talked to my neighbor, and my neighbor had nothing but positive things to say about Steven and DND Heating & Air Conditioning. Went and asked Steven for a business card and explained that I was having issues with my A/C. Instead of just giving me his contact information, Steven volunteered to come over and assess what the problem was with my system. He identified the problem and checked to see about the availability of the parts needed for the repair. He then gave me a quote for the repair. Steven was very friendly and knowledgeable. He picked up the parts and made the needed repairs. My A/C is back up and running great. I am very happy with the service provided by Steven and DND Heating & Air Conditioning and will be calling them in the future should I run into any more issues with my HVAC.

    We just moved to Texas and one of the first things that happens is our AC doesnt work in our house...in the middle of summer. We chose DND after looking at reviews online. David and his son came the same day I called and diagnosed and serviced our units that same day as well. David explained everything that was wrong with our units and walked us through what they were going to do to fix it. We did our research prior to David coming on how much it typically costs to fix AC units, and Davids price was fair.After David fixed it, everything worked as it was supposed to! The next week, we had another AC incident and called David to see if he could come back to check it out. Not only did he not charge us for the second repair, but he came the next day. And thank goodness, because it is over 100 degrees outside!We highly recommend DND for any HVAC issues. They were professional, responsive, and did quality work. Thanks, David (and your son, too)!

    DND Air recently installed a new ac and furnace for us and they did a great job! We were having ac issues and David came out right away to diagnosis the issue. He walked me through the problem and explained our options. They quickly came and installed a new ac unit and furnace. Everyone was very nice and did a great job. The prices were great compared with the other quotes we got and the quality was very good as well. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

    David and his crew were great! I called David for a yearly AC tune up, he was on time and spent time explaining the answers to all of my questions. After looking at my system, he pointed out a couple of big issues, showing me what was causing them and explained why the best option would be to replace rather than try and repair or wait. He offered an affordable system that had a 10 year warranty and was able to install a couple days later. All went smoothly and Im looking forward to a very cool summer!

    David has been more than helpful in guiding me and helping me understand unit issues. He walks you through and helps you understand what is going on vs most who lie and donā€™t explain anything. His service is amazing and is a very trustworthy person. Iā€™ve had another separate issue with another A/C company since I went through my insurance and David has been able to give me advice, knowledge and explain what to look for free of charge so I am not taken advantage of. Service like this is rare to find. If you have Unit issue donā€™t hesitate in calling David, you wonā€™t be disappointed!!

    No one ever wants to spend money on heating system repairs but if you have to, call David. Heā€™s professional, very thorough and honest.     My mother in lawā€™s heater was not working properly. This happened 2 days before Christmas. I called DND and David came out that afternoon and looked at the unit. Very nice and professional. Let us know what exactly was needed. Unfortunately the unit was older and to get the part would take longer than we anticipated. He gave us a quote for a new unit on the Tuesday after Christmas, found a unit on that Wednesday and had it installed on that Friday. All the while calling and letting us know exactly what was going on. He came Friday and was there all day installing the unit and making sure everything was working properly before he left. Him and his helper Jeremy were very professional courtesy and very nice. Cleaned up afterwards left no mess. We were more than happy and pleased. We very highly recommend DND for any of you A/C or heating needs. We will definitely be using them again.

    Honesty, integrity & follow through - NINE years after the initial sale!I purchased a seven and a half ton split system from David Stamper with DND nine years ago along with an extended warranty and had been happy with its performance until last week when my 5-ton unit developed a leak in its coil.Because it had been 9 years since my initial purchase I was extremely nervous because I knew replacing this type of coil typically costs several thousand dollars and money is tight for me at the moment. Anyway, I called and spoke with David at DND, he scheduled an appointment, and came out to diagnose situation. Sure enough, I had a leaky coil in need of replacement - I was afraid that it was going to be financially painful.David reminded me that, although it had been nine years since my original units were purchased, I appeared to have time left on my warranty that he verified.Within the next 3 days, David and his crew came out, repaired my system, no questions asked and no charge, and it has been running great ever since.Thank you DND! In a time where it seems everybody is trying to hustle you and rip you off it is absolutely refreshing to encounter a common sense, honest professional like David with DND.

    Highly recommend. Ive been a DND customer for several years over which Dave and his crew have maintained my units, and updated them as they aged out. DND also optimized the ductwork distribution to fix problems with rooms not getting the right amount of heating/cooling that had been there since construction.     I called DND Heating and Air Conditioning, with concerns that my daughters room upstairs has always been hotter than the rest of the home and other rooms in our house. I explained the situation and David came out to take a look at what was going on.I have to say, I think it was the first time in my life that Iā€™ve had a service provider come out and not try to nickel and dime us to death. Not only did David not charge us for evaluating the problem, he also adjusted the damper to my daughters room while he was up in our attic thoroughly looking over everything to help increase the airflow to her room!David was full of valuable knowledge, tips and tricks, that he happily shared with my husband and I.     Loved working with this team! David was able to come out to my house quickly, explained what was wrong, and and gave me the solution. Over the past year, Ive gotten maybe 6 quotes to replace my outdoor unit and make the any other necessary adjustments. Davids was the best. He clearly outline what needed to be done and why it needed to get done. I didnt feel oversold, and even better, we could get it done ASAP. That was a big deal given the 100 degree + Tuesday coming up tomorrow!     I had a company called kindle come out and put in a new complete a/c system. It froze up and worked half the time.     Use DND HVAC for routine maintenance for seasonal inspections many times. Found David to be an honest, thrall and has reasonable pricing. After using other HVAC companies that try to up-sell services or replacement of parts that are not needed, David came out for second opinion. Part did not require replacing and is still working. DND will be my go to HVAC company for any future required services or if a unit may need replacement. Refreshing to have a honest company you can trust.

    Owner had great customer service and made the time to come out and bid for the job even though it wasnt urgent. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish by redoing some of the duct work and quoted me in the same visit. He came 3 days later and completed the job with no inconvenience.     During the December 2022 negative temps., a few days before Christmas, our upstairs heating system went out. DND called to notify us that they were on their way to assess the system.     I took down original rating so I could update it with nothing but praise for the people. They came out and repaired originally what they thought was the issue. We found out it was more involved than first thought. The guys did not back down and worked on the A/C system till they were able to locate the real problem (broken wire in the wall somewhere) they replaced it and stayed till they were sure the system would not fail again.
