We had our 2 ton AC/Heating unit replaced with a 3 ton, duct work and new vents/return installed by Dean and they are incredible. Quality professional work at the best price in town and super speedy service. Genuinely nice people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! -

At the turn of the Fall-Winter season, Dean’s AC/Heating demonstrated honesty and efficiency in assessing the noise coming from my blower fan assembly. Dean’s provided a detailed explanation of the problem and recommended needed repairs, cost involved as well as additional steps required to meet the current building code. Dean’s also explained from whom and how they would acquire the repair part and that their licensed business would interface with the manufacturer for better pricing. Aside from providing the product information, Dean’s kept me informed of the parts order and delivery status. I believe the pricing for the entire job was reasonable as I felt at ease with their approach to assessing, pricing and executing the work as promised. I waited until the heating season to make this review and I can say that so far, the new unit is running efficiently. I plan to lean on Dean’s for my future HVAC needs. Thanks for a job well done. -

I highly recommend Deans Air Conditioning & Heating for all your HVAC service needs! He replaced the evaporator coils in my AC unit and completed the work as promised. He is very professional and explained exactly what was required to fix my AC, that gave out last summer. I will be calling him for all future maintenance. Thanks again, Dean! -

My AC finally gave out after many years of repair and maintenance; I knew I would need a new one. I have previously used three different companies over the last several years that tell me different things with high estimates associated with a whole new HVAC system that was not needed.I reviewed Google and NextDoor extensively for reviews/recommendations. They all kept leading me to Deans Air Conditioning and Heating!! I am so happy and pleased I went with Deans!!! He was able to assess the problem and offered more than one solution, which no one else had done previously. He broke down each solution with his anticipated outcomes and his best recommendation; he only sold what was needed. Since my furnace works fine, there was no need for a whole new system. He is genuinely kind, honest and fair.Dean and his partner were able to come out the next morning and install the new AC unit, he kept me informed of the process and what to expect; he would also check on me to make sure I was ok/good. They worked efficiently between the inside and outside; it took just under four hours total to complete. I highly and greatly recommend Dean with Deans Air Conditioning and Heating. Hes my definite go to person now for my HVAC needs. -

I had a brand new system inside and out put in a couple weeks ago. The work was very neat and meticulous. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Price is good and you dont feel like youre getting ripped off . These guys do not disappoint. 6 stars out of 5. Highly recommended! -

Dean has worked on our AC a few times and completely installed a new AC this week. We were having issues and he was able to fit us into his schedule first thing the next morning and get everything up and running so we wouldnt be without AC in this heat. He was very friendly and honest, explains details, and follows through. My husband was really impressed with Deans work and him as a person, which is rare for him. Lol! Wed recommend him to anyone needing some HVAC work done! -

Dean is uncompromisingly honest and extremely talented in his field. He made a quick assessment of my attic furnace and recommended that the outdoor unit didnt need replacing unnecessarily. His pricing was very fair; actually, quite reasonable for the amount of benefit he provided. He even interfaced with the manufacturer when they shipped a higher-priced part, which resulted in even more cost-to-benefit value. I absolutely recommend Dean. -

Dean installed a new HVAC system for us last month and we are very pleased. He worked around a scheduling conflict we had without any questions. The workers that helped with the installation were exceptional. He was polite, punctual, and professional. After we had agreed on a price and set the installation date, he contacted me to let me know the price was dropping because the equipment manufacturer had just offered a rebate. He could have pocketed that cash for himself and I would have been none the wiser. I felt as if I was a longtime friend, not just a customer. He will do everything he can to help you! -
