    Paul and his Team at Complete Cool Air are top notch!! We have nothing but positive and professional experiences with them. We had an older system previously that they repaired on a couple separate occasions. Hindsight we should have replaced our unit earlier on, but we never felt pressured by them to replace it any sooner than we felt financially comfortable. We recently worked with them and had them replace our entire AC system, and look forward to continuing our engagement with them for any AC or heating needs going forward.

    I can see why this company has such a high rating. They arrived when they said they would, diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes, and had it fixed pretty soon after that. They are an honest company and if all thats wrong is a minor part ( as was my case), they will tell you. Ive been jacked around by other A/C repair companies in the past, so I am sticking with Complete Cool Air.

    These guys are great and know what they are doing!!! I called Complete Cool Air and they were able to diagnose the problem impacting my AC unit within minutes.     Complete Cool Air Conditioning replaced all of duct work in our attic. The technicians who actually performed the installation did an amazing job. Not only were they on time as promised, when they finished the install they adjusted everything to have proper ventilation balance throughout our home to ensure that the air conditioner wasnā€™t working overtime to cool down or warm up our home. Itā€™s important to have the your system deliver adequate air into each room The overall cost of the job was extremely fair and finally the technicians took the necessary time to clean up everything throughout our home to our satisfaction.     I had Complete Cool Air come out to my house recently because both furnaces were not working during the freezing temps in DFW. Paul and his crew got me fixed up with brand new Furnaces and I couldnā€™t be happier! They were both old (20yrs) and it was time to replace and they got me up and WARM fast! I also priced AC units with several companies and Complete Cool Air was very competitive and I had them replace a 5 ton unit as well ready for the summer. I canā€™t say enough good things about this company - they KNOW what they are DOING!!!     Complete Cool Air has been easy to work with and they follow up on maintenance schedules if you sign up with them, so that I dont have to be the one to keep on top of routine maintenance on my home heating and cooling systems. Because I will forget. I forgot about it for 10 years. Scheduling is quick, efficient, and friendly.For the actual service calls, Don is friendly, straightforward, takes the time to answer my questions, and provides easy to understand answers. I havent felt pressured to make unnecessary repairs, which is awesome.I havent yet had any issues come up that needs last minute repair since I signed on with Complete Cool Air, but I was reassured that customers with contracts get priority scheduling, also awesome.All in all, my experience with this company has been pretty good.     Came home from work to find my indoor temperature at 89F. Called every company I could and none answered. I was about to give up when Paul called around 7:00 PM and said he had a guy wrapping up nearby.Don was able to stop by within 30 minutes and even texted me he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem as a refrigerant leak and also gave me a quote and payment options for a recommended fix. I decided to top up the system for now since it is just the start of summer.I will most likely call them again when it comes time to replace the A/C system.UPDATE 07/19/2023The refrigerant leak ended up being an evaporator coil leak for my 10-year old system. Don was able to stop by and assess the system and determined the compressor and blower were still in good shape. He laid out different options on a replacement evaporator coil for me using clear and concise terms.The guys were also able to fit my work schedule and showed up on time on Saturday morning and finished installing the evaporator coil in about 3 hours. They were humble and professional during the whole process. Alex even advised me to watch for a certain complication and they would come out to check on it. Sure enough that particular side effect happened, but Alex was able to stop by and fix it in 15 minutes without extra charge.I cannot emphasize enough how professional and reliable these guys are and how deserving they are of all these 5 star reviews.

    Thank you Don from Complete Cool Air for fixing our air conditioner so quickly. Called them for a second opinion as American Home Shield had A-US Air come out. They took 10 days to finally tell us they could fix our Air for $1,500 not covered by American Home Shield. Complete Cool Air came out same day and fixed our problem the next morning for less than half that A-Us Air wanted to charge. I would recommend Complete Cool Air for air conditioning repair.

    Paul and Alex were prompt and professional. Before we decided to replace our heat pump, the repairs that were made were quick and easy. The system was 20+ years old so we decided to do a complete changeover. Paul helped us properly size our unit and planned the demolition of the old system along with the installation of the new. The process was very easy and Complete Cool was in and out in a half day! I was able to get to work and salvage some of the time that Iā€™d anticipated being off. This is the 2nd home that Paul has changed my HVAC in. The work and service was great. I even had Complete Cool come to my place of business and replace 2 cooling systems on our roof!     Our A/C went out Wednesday night. Paul came out Friday morning and gave us a quote for a new system, it had already been determined that the 30 plus year old system in the house was not repairable. His price was the best and the warranty better than the other two companies we had come out. His crew arrived Saturday morning and installed the new unit.     I had a new HVAC unit replaced on 4/15/2022 and I chose Complete Cool Air in Euless because it is a local, family-owned veteran business. I am very happy with the new efficient, quiet HVAC unit. The unit really packs a punch...I have the thermostat set as 82 degrees during the day, in this Texas heat! Alex arrived early morning (right on time) and the HVAC installation and removal of the old unit was completed finished by mid-afternoon. Alex had to trouble-shoot and adjust the bottom vent, it was skewed and he also stabilized the top air flow vent with a piece of wood because it was attached to only dry wall....nice!!Complete Cool Air has outstanding employees/technicians that take the time to explain the HVAC complexities, while performing their job and servicing the unit in the most extreme Texas heat. My unit was making noises and the A-coil froze up on 8/8/2023. I called Complete Cool Air and Paul (as always) returned my call within a half-hour and sent Don to my place within an hour! Don performed all the tests on the unit, found a defective part and returned the next day and replaced it. It is humbling watching/knowing these men are out in this extreme heat while providing quality service. I trust/respect this family-owned, veteran company... they go the extra mile and stand by all their service work with integrity. I really recommend purchasing the Complete Club Membership annually; it will save money on repairs, includes 2 visits a year to check the entire HVAC unit: components/electrical/freon levels and provide serious peace of mind at a decent price! Especially, for someone like myself with zero HVAC knowledge; this membership warranty helps protect my investment and assures me; if something does go wrong, Complete Cool Comfort in Euless is there to take care of the problem because this company does care about its customers!!

    These guys came out same day when our 23 year old AC pooped itā€™s pants in 108 degree weather. They got it running and never pushed us to replace it. We asked for a quote since we had been shopping around, and they gave us the most affordable quote out of about 6 different companies. They guys busted their butts replacing our Mary Shelley monstrosity of an AC and were so professional and careful with our house while doing it. New attic decking, ducts, even ran a c wire for a new thermostat. We wish we had called them ages ago.

    Absolute professionalism. All home owners feel hesitant to call repair companies with fear of getting gouged or cheated. Not with these guys. They are honest, fair, knowledgeable, friendly and good at what they do.I called 4 companies after 5:00pm to get my AC fixed and no answers. I called these guys and talked directly with a technician who knew what I needed. We maybe got lucky but he was here within 30 minutes and had my AC running in 15 minutes. He also recharged the refrigerant and checked out our second system to make sure it was good.He also gave me a few tips of things I could do to keep the system running more efficiently.He didnā€™t charge me $800+ no. Not even $300. It was less than $250 to get both systems running smoothly.I ripped the other companyā€™s stickers of my units. These are my guys now.

Yesterday evening around 7:30PM my system blew a capacitor and Don was out here by 10:30 AM to replace it. I cant say enough good things about Paul and Don!     I called at 9:00 on a Monday night for a service call for this week. I was shocked that they asked if I was cooling and if they needed to come out right away. I told them tomorrow was fine as we are still at 75 degrees.They set appointment for 11:00 am and I got a text at 10:30 that they were in route. Don got here , diagnosed the problem and had me at 100 capacity and very comfortable.They gave me 2 recommendations on a possible coil replacement and a zoning board that is out.     The owner of the company is the nicest and honest man Ive met in a while when it comes to owning a business. The pricing he gave was the cheapest and most reasonable estimate compared to the other 6 companies I had come look at my issue. There was an issue with something a few days after my install of my new ac and Paul, the owner, came himself and fixed the issue and even went the extra mile to fix the issue that wasnt ac related that caused the problem to begin with, and all on a Saturday and he didnt charge an arm and a leg to do so either. We had flooding in one part of our home bc of plumping that we thought was caused by our ac run off being improperly replaced, but it was flooding from a clog in the run off area of plumbing. Paul referred a plumber that he knew could come out in a few hrs and got it fixed up for us quickly. This is why Paul is an honest businessman and definitely delivers on dependability even years after my initial installation with their warranties. Thanks Paul!

    When I called in to the company, I mentioned the thermostat was not working. They did not ask me to check the thermostat batteries and perhaps replacing them would get the AC working which would have saved me the $ 76 service fee including the Angieā€™s list 5 percent discount the technician charged when he replaced the thermostat AAA batteries which I provided, and which was all that was needed to start the AC working. So, I was a bit disappointed that no advise was given to check the thermostat batteries at my initial call so that I did not have to pay the hefty service fee just to have the technician replace the thermostat batteries which I had on hand.
