Great experience every step of the way. Great communication with scheduling and with our technician. Cecil was prompt and professional, arrived early, assessed the problem quickly, and did quality work. The companys price for a service call was the best price out of every other company I had called (e.g. others charged more than 50% more) and the price for our service was reasonable. Cecil also explained why the problem developed and recommended ways to maintain the system to keep it from happening again (this was an A/C repair). I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area who needs HVAC services!

I just had CJ Air Solutions install a new AC Unit at my Condo. So far, so good.Cecil was able to troubleshoot my AC issues same day as the issue was reported. He let me know the issues of my AC and was very knowledgeable. He had great communication (phone and text), WONDERFUL customer service and great pricing (I did not have a large budget)!I went into this very stressed and I have never dealt with an issue like this and Cecil made it feel less of a hassle.

I had both of my home AC units replaced by CJ Air Solutions in April. There were a couple of issues with the new units that took a few subsequent service calls to fix. Each time I reached out to CJ Air they promptly showed up and worked to address the problems, and they took the time to thoroughly check everything. Many places will make you wait, or take several days (and sometimes weeks) to come out for a service call. CJ Air has always been available no matter what time of day, and even on the weekend. I highly recommend CJ Air for their expertise and reasonable prices.

AmazIng service !!!! I have been using Carlos, Cecilio and Joe for YEARS!!! As an in home business that depends on staying on budget and cost effective AC and Heating these guys are my go to. They always make sure Im well taken care of and my business is able to work effectively. Can’t say enough of good things about him and this company and will sing there praises from the mountain tops! Cecil came out to our home the same day and provided us a solution that was several thousands cheaper than our home warranty. He took the time to explain in detail about what he was doing and why. Very courteous and professional. I cannot stress how simple this whole fix was. Will definitely call Cecil back for any and all future repairs!

We had been struggling with our A/C for a couple of weeks and finally decided to make a call to get it fixed. Cecil showed up and quickly helped locate the problem and walked me through every step he went through in finding the issue. He was professional and helpful and felt more personable than most repair man Ive worked with in the past. I know now in the future if my A/C goes wrong Im calling CJ Air and looking for Cecil because of his quality of service.

So happy with Joe and Cecil from CJ Air Solutions! We have used them multiple times before and most recently they came out and replaced our 14 year old system with 2 Trane 16 seer units. They were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and had very competitive pricing amongst the competitors in town. No hidden costs, what was quoted was done. Joe and his team are wonderful, highly recommend them!

They were about 1.5 hours late but with Covid and it being 103 degrees out (and my home at 91) I dont consider it an issue.Cecil got right to work. Never took a break the whole time he was here. He also didnt immediately try to upsell me to buy a new unit. My unit ended up having a short and he didnt just splice the last 3 inches that would have made it work, he instead ran a whole new wire. In less than an hour and half everything was in working order again and he even checked the Freon. They are extremely experienced and honest about their work. Im very satisfied.

Call before 7am and Cecil was here before 12 on a Saturday! He was courteous, professional, credible and honest. He cleaned our outside units, replaced defective capacitors and showed me the leaks in my attic unit coil. He even showed me it may be under warranty! All our ac services will be with them from now on! I highly recommend this company!

I absolutely recommend this company for anyone in need of air conditioning maintenance and repairs. They checked the motors, compressors, cleared the primary drain, added freon, and got the system running efficiently. Joes crew is very dependable & courteous--very well mannered--give them a call today! My A/C stopped blowing cold around 10pm Monday night. I called CJ Air Solutions at 7:15am Tuesday morning, and they had a tech here by 10:30am. Cecil was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and explained the problem, and provided me with options on how to rectify the issue. Prices were very reasonable and it was altogether a pleasant experience. Already to planning to use them in the future.

System wasnt cooling. Joe came out on a Friday night and was very courteous and professional. He explained what was going on and after a thorough cleaning of the outside unit radiator the system started working fine. He could have taken advantage of the situation and did not. I will recommend CJ Air to everyone I know. What a blessing on a hot night!

WOW! Cecil came to my house in Garland this afternoon and diagnosed my ac unit. I had another company come out prior to CJ Air and they informed me that I needed a new system!! I was skeptical so I decided to call around Cj air had the fastest response. Cecil came out and replaced a run capacitor and my ac unit started cooling again. I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors!!

Cecil was knowledgeable and polite. He was able to solve the issue quickly. He was extremely personable and professional. Unfortunately, we tried to tip him, but found that the app sends the bill amount plus tips in a lump sum to the company. Highly recommend this company, but suggest tipping with cash.

CJ Air Solutions took care of my problematic air conditioning. They were at my property withing 2 hour of my call. The tech was very helpful and perform the repair and had my a/c working again. What I paid for the work was very resonable. What I was most pleased, was the costumer service there. Their office called me an hour after the tech had left, just to make sure my a/c was still working properly. That just says alot about a company. They are not out to take peoples money like many contractors out there. Thank you CJ Air!

Extremely happy, Mr. Cecil did a great job on fixing my ac and getting me some cold air!My ac wasnt working and I thought it was the thermostat, (it wasnt) and I took it down somehow messed up the wiring, and couldnt get it back together. My my mother in law recommended them. We called and they came the same day. They fixed the real problem and the one that i caused. From now on I will not mess with the ac and let them handle my ac.

Cecil saved the day. He is an experienced master tech and a great person youd come across. He will hold conversation with you and explain everything in between as well regarding the issue. He took the time to listen, then spent a lot of time identifying the problem. He was using his gadget and not only was he recording the readings, he even showed it to me and then explained what it would take to fix it. My compressor was pulling more amps then it could handle. Designed for 74 amps, it was starting at 78-80. A simple Hard start kit was installed, and now the A/C is running cool without tripping the breaker for the past couple of hours.*Note to readers - Do not try to install any equipment yourself even if you are confident after watching YouTube videos that youll be able to. Leave this to professionals. Youre risking thousands of dollars just to save few* Their prices are very reasonable compared to others. I am going to recommend them to everyone I come across. Its been a great experience. Thank You CJ Air Solutins and a gigantic Thank You to Cecil for doing what he did for my family and I.

Writing a late review here but I was reminded after someone asked if I knew a good heating and air guy.Im a technically knowledgeable guy. I can troubleshoot and fix my own units but sometimes we as consumers dont have access to buy certain parts without being licensed. So I have known for awhile what was wrong with my heater. Ive had 4 other companies come out and try to upsale and lie to me about whats going on with my heating unit.Joe came out and was the first tech to tell me what I already knew. He walked me through how he came to that determination and even gave me tips to head off future issues with my AC and Heater.Its very reassuring as a home owner to finally have a business card I can put on my fridge that I know is honest and fair priced. Great service!! The best guys around! I have 2 ac units in my home and the downstairs unit was . First they replaced the evaporator coil and solved problems that I didnt even know I had on my second unit and they didnt even charge me for that part and this was all in the middle of July!! Their prices beat everyone else I looked at!!
