    Our A/C quit working over the weekend. Called this company, they were willing to come out the same evening but I decided to have them come out the next day. Chris came out and did his diagnostics promptly. The unit outside had a leak and had lost almost half of the refringentIt was going to cost just as much to repair, as to replacing it with a brand new A/C unit. We were up an running within three hours! Great customer service!

    I was calling around trying to get quotes at 10pm because our ac broke down late at night. Over the phone, Tony’s warm personality won me over—compared to two other 5 star companies I had called previously who seemed annoyed I was calling so late. Choice Air Care’s quotes were also more reasonable. They don’t have emergency hour pricing, it’s the same whether it’s day or night. I was scheduled right away same day (night) and they sent Chip over. Chip is just so personable, friendly, and courteous, and he definitely knew what he was doing and talking about. He pinpointed the problem, got it done, and our home was cool within an hour and a half. He even gave great advise on how to maintain our ac unit and filters. Great staff, great service, great company all around! I will definitely call them for any future a/c issues. Thank you so much! Awesome company!

    Christopher with Choice Air was referred to me by a friend and Im so thankful for the referral! They first came out in the summer of 2020 when my A/C went out and were able to quickly fix the issue same day! I had to call again today (12.8.202) with heater issues and again they came out same day and quickly fixed the issue! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! I would highly recommend Choice Air to friends, family and neighbors!

    I received four estimates, and Choice Air Care was by far the most competitive. Chip was very thorough, and answered all my questions regarding the other quotes. He came out after the work was complete to inspect the work. There were a couple of minor items to correct, but Chip took care of them the same day. I have already recommended them to others. Great company!

    I had a great experience with Choice Air Care. More specifically with Chris. My A/C was not working late at night and after speaking with Chris (after 10 pm), he offered to come out immediately. We were able to set up an appointment for the next morning.     Our heater has been working on & off for a couple of months now. I had done the basic checks and I couldnt get it to work properly. It finally just stopped blowing hot air and wouldnt shut off, so I called Choice Air. I was surprised to find-out that they would come out on a Sunday, and even more surprised to learn that they do not charge overtime or weekend rates to do it; and they were nearby. After speaking with them on the phone, a technician immediately texted me with a time frame to come out. Chris cam e out as promised, I described the issue, and he went right to work. In very little time Chris came down and told me he had everything working properly and described what he had done for us. He also advised me on what to do in the event of future problems. Then he told us there was no charge! What? The temperature has just hit freezing this week, and it looks like a cold winter ahead. This blessing has made me a believer. Im thinking if I had called someone prior to this for routine cleaning and maintenance I would not have had to worry in the first place. Call these guys.

    Choice Air is amazing in my book. My AC died in the middle of the night last night. After calling a couple of different companies this morning, Chip with Choice Air was at my house in a couple of hours, on a holiday weekend Sunday when the Texas heat decided to kick in. It is currently 87 degrees in our house and I have a young child and LOTS of pets. My 14-15 year system officially died. We knew it was coming because we have already repaired a couple of things on this unit. A few hours later, they are back at my house putting in a new unit at a price well below all others. They did not charge us for anything we did not truly need replaced. I have had 3 different AC companies to my house fixing different issues the last couple of months and have received quotes from probably 5 others. Let me tell you, its been fun and educational. I have to say Choice Air is affordable, honest, on time and they come out on a holiday weekend at no extra charge. They were at our house both times shortly before the time they said they would be here. Highly recommend Choice Air.

    Choice Air Care is the best around. They have excellent customer service, competitive prices, and are very professional and responsive. Any time I’ve ever needed them, even in their busiest time of the year, they’ve always taken care of my ac problems promptly. In fact, I had to call them late last night when my ac suddenly stopped working. It was very late when I called, but I was assured they would get to me as soon as they finished their current job. Chip and his assistant got here around 12:30a.m. and it only took them about 30 minutes to correct the problem. Choice Air Care deserves your business and you won’t be disappointed!

    Great Customer Service! We contacted Choice Air Care late Saturday afternoon requesting a quote for a new unit. Chris came out the next day and answered all the questions we had.     I cannot express how much I recommend this company. From the get go, Toni, the dispatcher was extremely professional, courteous, and kept me in the loop at all times. Chris came to fix our AC unit and was the same way. It was obvious how knowledgeable he was about our problem, how to handle the home warranty company, and he fixed our unit much faster than we anticipated. He was also extremely courteous and professional, and he was willing to take extra time to answer any questions we had no matter that his original visit was late in the evening after a long day. This is a family business that does things the right way....not something thats easy to come by these days. If you need AC service you would definitely be better off using Choice Air Care than anyone else.

    Chip came in and did a great job working with me on a new system. He got me everything I needed at a great price. The installation went extremely smooth. They got here 5 minutes early and only took 3 hours for an entire install. Their installation team was absolutely great! I was having fun joking with them and didnt want them to leave!     My technician was Mike who arrived exactly on time, called 30 minutes beforehand to confirm and did an excellent job diagnosing, fixing and then CLEANING my AC condenser.Mike also explained everything he was doing as it happened so I actually learned a lot about my system as well.Choice Air Care scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning after I called on Friday night and everyone I interacted with was very helpful.I will definitely use them again!

    Ive used Choice Air Care twice now and both times they have made a difficult situation much easier. Choice Air Care was recommended to me by our realtor and Im grateful for the recommendation. Scheduling service over the phone was easy, even getting a tech to come out same-day. Choices tech Chip has been out to our house both times. He did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing our problems quickly and in the most economical way possible. Chip is also great at educating us as first-time homeowners about routine care and maintenance of the HVAC system. Choice Air Care is the only HVAC firm I will call because I know they will treat my family well for a fair price.

    Choice Air Care are amazing. We had an urgent need to have our AC checked, as it wasnt cooling. I called several AC companies and two came out same day and couldnt find any leaks or provide clear diagnostics on what might be wrong with the unit.I called Choice Air Care, and I was immediately schedule to the next available technician.Ken called me about 10 minutes after the call with the office, letting me know that he was on his way.He arrived at my residence little earlier than I and when I got home, he was ready to go.He spend several hours going through and exploring every possibilities as to why the unit isnt cooling. He performed several leak tests and finally he found out that pipe set had a big leak within the walls.Long story short, Ken went and extra mile to fix the leak, performing additional tests, ensuring there is no any other leaks or issues with the unit.Ken, on behalf of my family, thank you for your exceptional customer service, your patience, your charisma and your attention to details, and your dedication to your work.I have had several companies service our units, but never found a great company like Choice Air Care.     I wanted to compliment what great, efficient, and friendly service I received from Choice Air. I got home after work late and realized that my AC wasnt working. I called another AC company that showed had great reviews and advertised that they were open 24 hours, but when I called I got a voicemail. This seemed to be false advertising. So I called Choice aIr based on the stars they received. Spoke to Chris and he was very helpful when I had some questions regarding what could be wrong with my AC. He gave me a window in which to expect a call from Chip the service AC person which was between 9-11pm. I thought, oh boy thats late, but Im not going to be able to sleep and its going to be a long night. And after I hung up with Chris, within 20 minutes, Chip called and said he was about 20 minutes away down the road. He arrived and was very friendly and so fast! He obviously knew what he was doing because he was done within 20 minutes. So from the time I called Chris and the time that Chip was done with the service call it was under 1.5 hours. What great service! I was so impressed. My AC was up and running and the house was cool. The whole process was so easy. Cant say I get such great service like that frequently. Thanks guys!

    These guys are top notch. My AC went out in the early morning hours of Father’s Day and Chip from Choice air came out to look at the unit same day.... on Father’s Day! And he could not have been nicer about it.I had a total loss and needed the entire system (18years old) replaced. His crew came out the next day and got the job done quickly. I gave them the code to the garage and they went in and got everything done while my wife and I were at work.Chip worked with the distributors to get me a great price and arranged financing so I didn’t have to pay for all of it up front.I highly recommend Choice Air for all you HVAC needs. They are trustworthy and fast.

    Chris and Team were fantastic. Chris came out late on a Saturday afternoon when everyone else wanted big up charges, and a few locals even said the parts were more on the weekends. After a few minutes, Chris found my compressor toast and was giving me options. With in an hour he had me scheduled for a new unit at 9 am the next morning (Sunday.) Besides the outstanding Customer Service, the price for the new unit was really good. Not once was it mentioned that it was the weekend. I wish there were more people that cared about Customer Service like Chris. Usually when you here your A/C is done, panic sets in. This was actually a great experience considering.     I highly recommend Choice Air Care; my A/C went completely out on a Friday afternoon at the end of May 2018 where temperatures had hit 100+ for several days in a row; I have 2 kids; a 15 month old and a 3.5 yr old. I called Choice Air Care on a Saturday; they sent Chip out on a SUNDAY!!!!!!!! he was so helpful; we worked a fair price and then they installed the system that next morning at 8:00 a.m.; we had brand new system in less than 15 hours from when I met with Chip; price was the best around and service is by far best around.

    As you can easily tell from their spectacular reviews, Choice Air Care comes highly recommended. I reached out to them for a second opinion after the original company I called charged $600 and spent 15 minutes onsite diagnosing my cooling issues. They then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $9k for repairs and pushed hard for me to utilize their astronomically high APR financing.When I called Choice Air Care on Saturday morning the scheduler promptly answered my call and listened to my story. She said not to worry, theyd have someone out within a couple hours (on Easter weekend to boot!) Chip arrived shortly and within 30 minutes had shown me why all the HVAC units didnt need to be replaced. At that point, I felt like he should have been wearing a superhero cape! It gets better though! He scheduled his repair team to come out two hours later, the same day, and at 1/3 of the original contractor’s price. The installation techs were on time, professional, and did a superb job. (I bet all that has to do with their Rockstar supervisor, John.) That guy is going places.The team at Choice Air Care easily stand above the rest and will be my first and only recommendation I have to friends or family needing any HVAC work.

    I’ve been having some cooling issue with an older a/c unit in my home. As of late it seems to not be cooling my home especially at night. I called Choice Air Care after reading the great reviews and Chip was sent out to my home. I must say that everything that was said about him on yelp turned out accurate. He diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving and told me exactly what’s been happening with my unit. I’m going to invest in a new unit and will definitely be reaching out to Chip.     These guys are absolutely wonderful. Chris, the owner came out for the initial inspection and wanted to ensure that the issue was properly diagnosed, so he allowed the test to run overnight. Next, we worked with Chip who was able to deliver the diagnosis. We had been scammed out of thousands previously by someone who falsely claimed to be a certified specialist and the people at Choice Air Care were very sympathetic with our special situation. They also charged the system for us to give us some cool air while we waited a few days on a part that was needed. Unlike all of the previous companies that we had out to diagnose the problem, Choice Air Care took NO MONEY from us until the job was completed. Don’t even hesitate, this is the company to go with if you want things done right!

    Excellent! Arrived on time and did a great inspection of our AC unit in our new house. Gave me a thorough report of what it looked like, what to watch, and what to expect in the future.     Our AC was having trouble keeping up with the hot weather so I called Choice Air Care, based on these reviews and the BBB. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was blown away.     I like that Chris did not try to run the bill up. he found the right problem and fixed it. customer every where could so easy to be sold more coolant or a part we really do not need and the repair person could fix the true issue while installing the part. it is so nice that Chris did not do that and just fixed the problem.

    Choice installed our unit several years ago and it has been well worth the money invested. Came home to the outside unit not running this evening, made a service call figured it would be something minor. Chip arrived and ran through some checks and narrowed the problem down promptly and explained his findings, upon solving the problem he checked everything else and gave the unit a clean bill of health.     Im a disabled vet with a lot of health issues that make it impossible for my body to regulate its own temperature. On Friday my AC started blowing hot air. I was home alone and in a bit of a panic, but Chip from Choice Air was able to make it out the next day and he went above and beyond to make sure I had cool air again and is following up even right after the appointment. Im so glad I can be safe and comfortable in my home now!

    Fantastic company! Showed up same day at 8pm with no after hour charge! Chip, my technician, was really nice and professional. Found my issue quickly and explained the problem. Even showed me how I can take care of it in the future if it happens again. Also gave me some great maintenance tips to prevent the issue. He fixed it in 30 mins or so, and didnt try to force sell me anything. Sooo glad I called them instead of those other heavy advertisements guys. If we have any future issues 100% using this company.     Quick edit: I think they might have gone out of business. I called multiple times over the course of 3 weeks, left half a dozen messages when the voicemail box wasnt full, drove by the office on Main St. in Frisco behind Green Gator and the lights were out and no one was home. Kind of sad I had to take my business elsewhere.Original Review: We had Choice Air come out and install 3 new wifi enabled thermostats. Mike Hopkinson came out and had all 3 installed and working perfectly within an hour. This is the 2nd time we have had Choice Air come out for installation work, and we will never go elsewhere!

    Our 15 year old system decided to quit on us and Owen came out around 8:00 pm to check and see if it was repairable and unfortunately it wasnt. They have us some options had good pricing and werent pushy to do more than was needed but gave options for more efficiency as well. Owen answered all of our questions and once we decided to have the whole system replaced they were out here this morning (the next day) at 8:00 ready to go!I would highly recommend this company if you need A/C repair or replacement

    Skooter Thompson has been repairing AC for 8 years and is loyal to the same employer. He was friendly and kind to my neighbor and my wife. He fixed only what was needed, gave me accurate advice and a fair fee for parts and service. I would say that Mr Thompson is an individual with the integrity and experience that anyone would want from an AC service provider.

    I can tell you that I will be a customer for life - the actual OWNER of the business came to my house (actually arrived early, unlike other businesses that make you wait until the last minute). He was very professional and friendly. It was before Christmas and I was basically cringing over what might be the problem with my heat. It turned out that it was basically a filter causing my issue. As all consumers know some companies could, and would, have taken advantage of someone with no clue as to the repairs needed. Not Choice Air - he laid out all of the options and prices which were fair - and that I will need in the future. But he didnt pressure me in the least to do the work now. I respect that and for that I will be using them for anything air or heat as long as I live in the area. Just fantastic!
