Yall..prior to finding this company, our ac went out in the middle of July. We were quoted by OTHER companies a insane amount of money. 3 other companies told us we needed a new unit and quoted us 11k, 8k. Best Air Conditioning and Heating was recommended by a coworker of my mother. John the owner came out and took a look at our unit. He was nice, courteous and was passionate about his job. Turns out we just needed the fan replaced. He sent out his tech Jerry, who was extremely knowlageable, and got right to work and had us cooling that day!!!!. This company litterally saved us from the burtal Texas heat. John understood that not everyone has money for a whole new unit. He will come up with the best solution possible for your budget. San Antonio you need to call best ac and heating before anyone! I promise you will not be seen as a number, but as a San Antonian just trying to stay cool this summer!!!! Call them!!!

I’ve been using Best Air Conditioning and Heating for twenty years. They are the best. John, the owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable. His only goal is to provide the best service at the best price. If you don’t call Best, you’ll probably pay too much. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend John and team - and in fact, I just did recommend them to a friend. They installed an A/C unit for about 2/3 the cost that the big local contractors quoted for a comparable or identical unit, and Ive had them service my heating, too. Every interaction has been professional and pleasant. They treat me like a friend and charge me like Im family. Bonus points: John is a veteran -- U.S. Naval Academy graduate and former submarine officer.

Best AC came out in less than an hour to fix my ac! I have my disabled father living with me and John and his wife were so awesome and had Jesse ( the best ac tech) out in less than an hour and had my ac fixed.!!I am so grateful to Best AC for getting here quickly and resolving my issues. Jesse was very professional when he arrived and figured out the problem. Very reasonable and did not try to over charge like some AC companies do. I highly recommend this company.

My Air Conditioner stopped working and the temperature inside reached over 90 degrees. After contacting other companies and getting nowhere I called Best Air Conditioning. The were able to send a technician withing 2 hours and he was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. He did not try to sell me not needed equipment and the price was very fair for the services. We were in desperate need of help and they not only answered the call but didnt try to pad the bill. Jerry was knowledgeable and efficient. He got us back up and running in such a short period of time. We would highly recommend both Jerry and his company to anyone in need of AC or Heating work. We will call them again without hesitation if the need arises.

My dad had Best install new system several years ago and spoke very highly of them. So, when my A/C had stopped cooling I knew who to call. Within seconds of hearing the address, the owner, John, remembered my dad (who passed away a few years ago).Technician arrived shortly thereafter, diagnosed, remedied the problem, and double checked to make sure nothing else contributed or pended for future.Treated like friends or family and take their professional service and honesty personally.Cost was negligible (far less than I anticipated).Cant say enough good things about them. Thank you Best Air!
