I have been coming here for almost 2 years. These guys are truly the best. I’m always skeptical going into auto places as some people try to take advantage of my knowledge of cars. But not these guys, they always assure me the best for my car and even have worked with my price range. Everyone is very friendly, I’m always in and out with no fuss. They always ask for my approval moving forward if something is needed or catches their eye. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This is the place to bring your car for maintenance and service.They provide friendly and professional services consistently. I have been a customer since 2020, and they are always fair and transparent with pricing, never trying to upsell you on anything. Communication has always been great, and they explain things about cars in a way that is easy to understand, even for someone who is not mechanically literate like myself. The service bay always looks neat, and the lobby area is always clean and stocked with refreshments. From the service advisor to the mechanics, everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service.

I’ve gone to Autocheck previously, but never this location. These guys are awesome. Very friendly and efficient service.They got me in and out of there quickly. In addition to my inspection, I had a rear tail light bulb that was out and needed new windshield wipers. They did it all in one service, which was convenient for me.The waiting area is very clean, calm, and peaceful. They also have free coffee and drinks while you wait.Will definitely be back!

I was on the road coming into Houston from Florida and had a flat tire 250 miles from my destination on Good Friday. I found a place to change my tire but unfortunately they didn’t know there trade very well. The bulk of those people working there couldn’t even speak English. They changed the tire and put the lugs on, but the man doing the work didn’t tighten the lug nuts. I pulled out an before I reached 500 ft, I knew something was wrong. I went back and talked with the owner, which was the only one who spoke English and told them the trouble. I watched as he tightened the lug nuts. But one of them was now broken and would not tighten. I made it to Houston and was told by our family that this company, Complete Car Care was the place to go. I told the manager, John Wagner my story. He reassured me that he could let me know in a little while what the problem was and if could be repaired. About 30 minutes later he said, I’ve sent a man out to get the part you need and he’ll be back in 10 minutes. The bill was less than a hundred dollars and I was very pleased. I wish I had these guys in Florida to take care of my car. It’s hard to find people with high integrity and a work ethic of our great grandparents. I would recommend them to you highly.

I realize it’s not within their control to be able to service my vehicle quickly…but today I was in and out within 20 min for my inspection. I will happily be back for all my car service needs.

Took my auto first timr here. I usually dealt with Caliber Auto. Caliber Auto told me they reset my sensor that I had to drive my car 15 minutes. Well after a week its still flashing. Took it back to Caliber they said 2 more sensors was out. I walked out. Took my auto to Auto check. They reset my sensor and the other 2 were okay. Plus these guys at Auto didnt charge me anything. What a great feeling to find a honest company. thank you Auto Check.

I have been using another auto shop to service all my vehicles. I started using Auto Check very recently, so I have limited experience so far. Based on the two services I had within a week, they were able to fix the problems quickly and charged reasonably. David was my point of contact. He provided 3 options for fixing the mirror problem which potentially can save $ hundreds. He even tried a quick fix and solved the problem and charged me $0! He also kept me updated with vehicle repair statues. Based on my limited experience with Auto Check, I highly recommend them to anyone!Updates June 2024.Ive been here many times now. This auto shop has been very consistent. Reasonable price, always honest, and good customer services. Thumbs up!

My truck has not run or driven this good since new and that says a lot for a 20yo truck. I had the pleasure of watching them dealing with another customer that was having a long list of issues and saw how well they broke down the repairs needed and worked up a plan on how to get it all done for him. First of all, another shop did very poor work on my car and Auto Check Elite - Katy took the time to LISTEN to my concerns and help educate me on what the previous shop may not have done. Auto check elite also educated me on the needs of my car. Took time to explain WHY I needed these things. They then gave me a quote. My car was ready in less than 24 hours, they warranty their work, and called me along the way. The total cost was in line with the estimate. They provide the best thing a car owner could ever ask for - PEACE OF MIND! And they do so in a professional, courteous, and educational way. So you know exactly what you’re getting and why. My husband and I have been looking for a new mechanic for a while now. Our previous one retired and it is so difficult to find honest mechanics. It was time for my husband to get an oil change and yearly inspection so I did some research and found Autocheck. The location is perfect since its close to his job. I admit I was a little nervous about us trying a new mechanic but Autocheck exceeded our expectations. They got the work done quickly and they also replaced the air filters (it was time to do that as well). My husbands car is running like new and the air in the cabin is extra fresh. I once took my old car to a place around the corner from these guys and got super shafted, as in they took my money and didnt fix the issue. After the shafting, I took the same car to these guys and presented them the same issue but didnt tell them abt the aforementioned shafting, just to have a clean slate. These guys took an honest look and diagnosed the same issue, but didnt shaft me in doing so. When asked what I owed for the diagnoses, my guy behind the desk said something to the effect of ...we didnt fix anything so we wouldnt do you like that. Stand up company. 🍻

HOA frown on a car on jack stands and I dont have everything I need to do certain jobs right.My last experience with Autocheck (this one and the Kingsland shop are great) was due to some ac performance issues. Ive had the vehicle for sometime and never messed with the ac. Then this heat wave and comparing it to a newer truck... obviously wasnt at 100% but also not broken. Took the cap off the ac and heard the hiss of the valve... its leaking. Put the auto zone can on it... overcharged. Interesting.Got a quote that ranged from minor work to major disaster. I wanted the valves replaced and the system needs to be empty to do it or you kill polar bears or something...They could have tried to lie and say I needed 2lbs of freon. They didnt. They could have tried to upsale a filter.. one I recently changed for the ac system. They didnt.What they did was fix what I asked and got the correct amount of freon in the system. Sticking to the quote and not trying to give me the run around or make up other issues. All I had was that stupid can telling me the thing had too much... not exactly the best tool to use.Now that it has the right amount of freon its working better against the current heat wave... and I didnt vent it to atmo/murder baby seals etc. So be happy EPA. They didnt make miracles happen and its not refrigerator cold but its well within spec now.Honest, on time, followed the quote, and nice in general.Highly recommend them and I am a total jerk when it comes to my cars.

Although Ive never visited this mechanic shop, it is evident through our conversation that you will get what you pay for from this establishment and thats quality service. Although I have it a three star, thats only because this is based on one conversation over the phone, but should I ever get that opportunity to experience their service in the future, Ill be sure to rate it accordingly. Thanks for reading my review.-----------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: It has been serveral weeks since Ive left a review after speaking to David about my 2004 Honda Accord, I needed the throttle body cleaned out. I did visit this location and as David has assured me, it would be done through the machine; which was necessary because of how dirty it was. It took about 40 minutes - give or take and we were on our way. However I did feel a slight struggle as if the car felt heavy, so I called the shop back to make sure they really did clean the air intake, and they guaranteed that they did clean it so I just went on about my business. Though the problem persisted, I checked under the hood and found that the air intake hose was cracked and was hanging so I brought it to the shop and spoke to Henry. He came and took a look at it, I explained the situation but unfortunately Scott the owner was not there. Told me to come back early in the AM so that the owner can have a look, so I did just that. We talked, exchanged some theories and now after I have had some time to evaluate the situation and how I found it to be, he may have been right. My thought was that his employee must have used a power tool and put force, but Scott suggested that it was not flushed and in an angle that when it was tightened it was pinched. Which sounded more feasible since I had to push it back in with a flat head screwdriver. With that said, Scott ordered a new part from Honda and installed the new hose in so Im going to drive it a while and see. I would say that my experience with Auto Check in Katy has been a positive one. Professional, caring, and when I had an issue they listened, took responsibility, and action. My dad always told me that “as a man, there are allot that can push you down, but as long as you have integrity and respect! Those can take you a long way.” and Auto Check is definitely a place you can count on. Thank you.

My husband checked my fluids and cleaned under the hood of my van, the next day it would not start at all. So I called out AAA, they jumped it and recommended Auto Check. I left my van overnight, using the drop box which falls in side the store. Around 10 am they called me and let me know what was wrong with the van. I had an oil change, 60k check up and a dead battery. They did everything I requested and they talked to me about my fluids. They told me that my power steering fluid was dirty (which was true my husband told me after he checked my fluids) and they told me that I could still drive on it or they could change it now. They are honest and they will have a conversation with you about your vehicle not just tell you what needs to be done. I have been swindled so many times before (at other places) that I hate to take my van in because they seem to always come back with problems. I will definitely return here because they are honest and treated me like with respect.

Took my wifes car in to have the AC looked at, it wouldnt blow out of any vents except the defrost. Another shop that will remain nameless told me it was an actuator that had gone bad and it would be around 1500 to replace and reprogram. I suspected that they did something to the system hopefully by accident (although I believe it was on purpose to try to get more money out of me).The Auto Check guys are honest though and got the AC blowing properly and told me it was not a bad actuator it was just the need to reprogram the AC.Reprogrammed and did it very reasonably (price wise). I know where I can go and trust that I am not being ripped off.If you want honest auto repair this is the place to go.
