I have used Arise Air for several different jobs, I am a contractor, and they are top notch. Responsive to emails and calls, quotes are delivered quickly and pricing is very reasonable. Marge, Craig and Levi are great to work with and the work is consistently completed on time with a level of quality and professionalism that reflect my own ethics. Highly recommend for any HVAC work you need done. -

Terrific work, service, employees and value. We have had terrible AC/heat issues. Most companies told me I needed to buy two smaller units for my small 2 story house, and replace my one big, fairly new unit. Which would have been very expensive. Arise has worked with me steadily (read: patiently) and creatively over the last year to help me get what I need as far as equipment and results without breaking the bank. They also recently replaced my brothers whole AC unit (he has more money than I do obviously :)) and he too thinks their work, pricing and service is terrific. -

Today, I had the honor of meeting Larry with Arise Services when he came out to my condo to check on my heat pump. I am so happy with the service that Larry provided, his expertise, and how well the company communicates with confirming appointments and providing ETA. I am happy to say I now have a heat and a/c guy! Thank you Larry and Arise Services!!!! -

My AC has started to leak water due to a possible clogging. I have noticed it on Fridays evening. I have called to Arise immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next morning, on Saturday. I had to work that day. Arise Servicess technician ( I cant read his signature, I would like to give his name) has arrived promptly by scheduled time. My mom has shown him the AC problem. The technician has checked the AC, removed the clog, installed a new filter and checked the system again. The repair was done fast, effectively and professionally. Thank you very much Arise Services! I highly recommend this company as your AC service company! -

I was referred to Arise by a friend of mines boss who had used them for years. Arise was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done in a timely manner!Another impressive standout was the technician Levis extreme attention to detail as to social distancing, cleaning of his equipment/tools protecting our home from COVID-19.I had been told by another AC Company in the Lago Vista Jonestown Area that I had a leak and needed warranty work. My intuition felt like this was might not be correct, that perhaps this was a way for the company to make more money. Arise could not find a leak and told me they didnt think I had a leak, again, Arise proved they have integrity!You can not go wrong with ARISE, so glad I found them! -

Arise was able to come out on a holiday weekend for an emergency A/C call. Not only were they able to fix our issue fast, but did not charge any after hours/holiday up charges. They are very professional and great customer service. I would highly recommend them for your service needs. -

Larry runs a company with integrity. Theyre my go to place when I need help with my AC unit. Long story short? Even though they were assigned to me by a crook of a home warranty company, Larry helped me fight in court when the insurance company tried to screw me over. What more can I say? -

My A/C stopped working Friday evening while we were hosting dinner with friends and neighbors. I made a bunch of calls and couldnt find anyone that was willing to come to fix it or look into whats wrong. I called Arise and the person that took my call suggest to troubleshoot me over a phone call. He was able to solve my issue and get my AC running!!! He asked me few questions and found a clogged drain pipe that tripped a safety switch. He explained what to do, my air was back on and everyone were happy! Perfect example of true professionalism. -
