    Rob with Ample Air is the best HVAC service you can rely on at any circumstances. No one found themselves without AC in the middle of hot summer in Texas, but thats what happens. Unfortunately, it happened to us twice, especially in the middle of night. As room temp is skyrocketing, I left a text message to Rob hoping he would reply back in the next morning. Surprisingly, he showed up in an hour and figured out what war wrong, and fixed it right away, saving our family from the hot sauna. He always charged very reasonable rates compared to other HVAC companies. We had broken coils last summer, and most service companies called over ten grands saying it will take two to three days. Rob replaced both coils very next day at a lot cheaper prices. Hes professional, reliable but also fast in response at any time you need his service. So grateful hes in Katy. Thank you Rob.

    Rob and his crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Fair pricing and great scheduling of service. He has replaced a coil for me in 2021 and again just this week. (7/13/2024) Both replacements were due to dissimilar metals used in the coils causing leaks. I would highly recommend Rob with Ample services for all your HVAC needs.

    Rob with Ample Services is awesome. My AC quit cooling last week. Gave Rob a call and he was there in an hour and within 3 hours had my problem fixed and house cooling again. He did a really good job. He explained clearly what was wrong and gave me a great price. I wouldn’t use anyone else for issues with my HVAC system.

    Solid service every time I call on Rob and his team for HVAC issues. Rob always works with you to get the most out of your unit and make repairs before suggesting replacement.     Rob with Ample Services was fantastic! I had an issue with my A/C condenser. I thought it was the capacitor and replaced it, but it still did not work properly. I texted Rob in the evening, and he was out the next morning to diagnose the problem. It turns out it was the fan motor on the condenser, which he replaced quickly. Pricing was more than reasonable and probably would have doubled with other companies. I was worried as it was in the upper 90s during the day, but I had AC in less than 24 hours!

    I wish there was a way I could give Rob and his team @ Ample more than 5 stars. After a call on Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend, he said I be there in 30 minutes. After a quick diagnosis, Rob found out that I too, like so many others, had a defective evaporator coil that was leaking Freon. With everyone being closed on Monday, Robs team was on the job to get things repaired on Tuesday -- and based on what Im seeing from other contracts @ a very fair price!!!Rob - thanks to you and your and your team for the quick response and the follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the service.

    There is nothing worse than a hot house in Texas heat. What I thought would have to wait until the next day, Robert with Ample Services came to the rescue. Late night call and Robert didnt hesitate to come and help. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and quickly fix. At last some cool air back into the house.     Amazing service and very responsive. One of my AC units was running constantly on a warm day. Called Rob on a Friday afternoon, he came out on Saturday morning to test the system and found the coolant pressure was really low, obviously a significant leak since I had it recharged less than a year ago. He checked the evap coil in the attic and found it was highly rusted and recommended replacing it. Came back out on Monday morning and replaced the evap coil unit, and charged up my other AC unit, all for a reasonable price. He was on time for each visit and texted me updates on when hell arrive.

    Very satisfied with Ample Services. Robert was very responsive and arrived within 1 hour of my phone call. He figured out the problem and recommended the fix within 30 minutes. The next morning he picked up a new unit and arrived to install it in 92 F heat. Very happy with his professionalism and rapid service.

    With regard to customer service, Rob with Ample is off the charts. Ill do my best to keep this short. I was having an issue with my air not turning off and the house was too cold. I know.....rough problem, huh? Anyway, I called Rob to diagnose the issue. When he arrived I asked if he could take care of a small electrical issue as well. He obliged, diagnosed the A/C issue, and corrected the (unrelated) electrical issue. Anyway, his diagnosis of the A/C was that he believed that the issue was due to having been installed incorrectly 6 years earlier by the builder. He told me that rather than have him do the work to correct the problem, I should call the builder and state what hed learned. Well, the original installer came out, did their own diagnosis, and determined that they had, in fact, made a mistake when they originally installed it. They installed the new parts and did all of the labor free of charge. When I called rob to square up with him, he simply told me to give him a good review on Google Reviews. Mind you, he hunted down and fixed an electrical problem as well as diagnose and determine an issue with my A/C that he knew might be able to be corrected for free by the original installer. He was at my house for about 2 hours and wanted only this review as payment for his hard work and honesty. Rob is literally as good as it gets. I would never even consider calling another A/C guy. Hes pure class and honesty.

Rob came out within 30 minutes of our call late this evening and our a/c was back up and running. He fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need.     Robert is awesome. We had a leak coming from the AC and I called Robert on a Sunday and he was at my house within two hours! Robert also fixed the unbalanced temperature in our upstairs by coming out the day after I called him and installed a new return air, electronic dampers and thermostat to level out the temperature from one side to the other! Robert is so honest and reasonable that I won’t use anyone else but him!!!

    Robert to the rescue! One year ago we called him in the middle of the night AC unit not working....30 minutes later he was there to repair the unit. Called today (hottest day of the summer) AC unit not working- described problem- he came in 30 minutes with part in hand and had the unit running in less than an hour. Excellent honest service. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future for maintenance and repairs.

    Ample Services came out late on a Saturday in July because my A/C wasnt getting power. They checked the zoning board and found it on purge. They reset it and got it working again. I have two small children so this was very important to get working again in summer. His charge was extremely fair. If you live in his service area I highly recommend you use Ample Services. I will definitely be calling them for regular maintenance and any repairs that are needed in the future. FYI they are experienced with HVAC systems that are zoned.

    Robert responded quickly and troubleshot the problem effectively. He gave me an upfront diagnosis, which I chose to wait for the hard failure to show. When the unit ran for the rest of the day, he came right back to fix it when the fan motor started wailing as predicted. Everything fixed in a blink, on a steamy Saturday. Honest and hardworking and demonstrates care for other peoples premises. I cant expect any more and Ample will be a leading candidate when it comes time to replace the units. The next repair is a no brainer, Ample all the way.
